The story is great, the characters, the archetypes (personas) everything is quite good. But man alive the balancing of the bosses and the dungeon progression is wayyyy off. First off the whole game is pure mana management from start to finish. Secondly the game expects you to farm a crazy amount on normal and hard difficulty. If you dont farm at key points in side and main dungeons you have no chance against the final boss and some key side quest bosses. This is not communicated well imo and I'll remove 2 full points due to that. Its insanely annoying because that fact is paired with very strange and sparse auto saving points. If you play on hard expect to save often and reset to saves hours prior cause of hitting an insane hard wall.

This game is really making it hard to love it. But once it gets its hooks into you its easily <100 hrs of fun.

An excellent semi open world game set in the univers of pillars of eternity. The game is paced excellently and there is no corner left without something interesting to find. I strongly recommend the highest diffficulty because the combat is rather simple (which isnt necessarily a bad thing) and challenge can be needed here and there. The companions are voice acted very well and make the journey a joy.

After playing thousands of hours of titan quest path of exile and the gang I was kinda impressed and dissappointed by d2 at the same time. It really feels mechanically ancient. Its like taking a tour trough a museum. There s so much quality of life missing that its bordering at unplayable at time. But there is charm and thoughtfull design around every corner.

one of the best survivor genre games. PAcked full of content and challenges and variety. Sadly the motivators to keep going towards endgame are lacking like in every other survivor game other then tormented halls imo.

Highly underrated puzzle game soulslike crossover. Its pretty refreshing having to use your brain for a change in these times dominated by convenience. Sure the ending is a bit abrupt and many story strings remain mostly unresolved but the intense horrifying worldbuilding, the mostly pretty hard but fair puzzles and the truly bevlievable location (for a sci-fi game) edge it to 10 for me.

took me about 6hrs to beat. Im getting heavy ghostrunner vibes. I'd the combat is way better and varied and also a bit easier. The traversal is great but maybe underutilized far the sake of an easier experience. Overall this game doesnt overstay its welcome and can be beaten fully in 6hrs.

Stylish, fast paced and pretty hard. The bosses are definitly a highlight with that classic arcade difficulty. The story is a bit flat but i guess thats part of the series.

Very difficult game but very fun. I recommend the swarmids faction.........

Short and sweet with a great artstyle like silksong. The ending was pretty sad and the difficulty is suprisingly high

Super Janky animations, strange balancing and meh humour. Couldnt keep me entertained for more than an hour.

It s a tad janky and the sound quality is off here and there but the overall package is so solid on a similar scale to skyrim. There are many great and many meh quest but overall id say its always immersive. I recommend mage for a fun and powerfull playthrough.

Nice graphics, locations and character sadly this doesnt cut it in this day and age. The whole game feels kinda disjointed and not very well thought through to the end. I cant quite put my finger on it but something is off with the time you are forced to invest and the seemingly random and slow progression.

The gameplay is on the simpler side but the story, the immersion, the world building and the absurdity make up for it. I got the good ending by doing lots of sidequest but i didnt manage to solve all riddles.

Great vampire survivors like with loads of quest for those interested. Sadly there are tons of bugs that ruin the End game experience.

Great game for about 10-15hrs. You can keep on going for challenges sake but this is where i stopped. It keeps things fresh by introducing new characters and mechanics on top of mechanics and unlocks throughout the levels. Very chill and relaxing gameplay.

Its riddled with tons of bugs. Small ones and big ones so many years after launch. Sad but .... This is game tells an epic story from start to finish. Every small quest is well though out and the main quests are bangers. In many ways this fps witcher, difficult descision that weigh on you, a relativly simple combat system alowing you to suceed in many ways and enough rpg systems to keep you chasing level ups. Also this is the first game i actually felt that the city was alive. Judy best girl ...

Like the first game its an absolute banger. Especially during the main story the quality and content density is insane. beat the main story in about 20 hr and I was engaged for another 20 hrs in the endgame. If you are so inclined you can continue with insane "challenge" runs. But this is where i stop. 10/10 voice acting and art btw.

Other then some bugs here and there i'd recommend this game. The rpg elements and the role playing elements are great. The scope of this game is way bigger then what i thought at the start. Prepare for a long and epic journey

The gameplay and movement is top notch. The weapons are all fun but some are clearly more powerful. Strangly some of the later bosses are way easier then the late ones or even the final boss. The story is very convoluted and even after unlocking everything not spelled out and left up to speculation. Would recommend if you are up for a challenge. Depending on your skill i think you can beat the game in under 8h or more then 20h.

Perfect precise gameplay, insane movement, high difficulty, perfect voice acting / music. It's like hollow knight all over.

Its way too micromanagy for me, I thought the main activity is gonna be drinving but i just found myseld looting onfoot forever

A very nice metroidvenia / souls like game. I especially loved the challenging bosses, the leveling system and the meta narative story.

Fun and short survivor like with a limited scope. Easy to 100% compared to other games in this genre.

First off the performance is absolutely horrendous. Also I encountered a known bug I had in GOW Ragnarok too. The XBOX Controller tanks performance. So I was forced to play on keyboard. The world design is classic dark souls and executed very well. I'd say this is the main selling point of the game. The bosses are hit and miss. Some HP values are strangely balanced and some bosses have too high pressure for the point you find them in game. Strangely some actions like ladder climbing and picking up stuff is really slow. I dont get why. Overall I really enjoyed this game. A must play for From Software fans.

-1 point for the classic Team Ninja performance which is to say god awful. Another -1 for the classic Team Ninja storytelling and game structure which is to say confusing af. Hidden beneath this there is a great combat system and a satisfying open world with nice quest and vertical movement.

A masterpiece like the predecessor. The combat is snappy, the cast is great, kratos and christopher judge are as intense as always. I also like that the plot lines from the previous games that were side quests are fully canon and add to the legend.

The best game ive ever played. Normally im a souls player and like difficulty. This game provides excellent RPG progression, passionate character, banger music, a great and depressing story and on expert it provides enough difficulty with dodging parrying and jumping to stay fresh till the end. I played for about 55 hr for 99,5% completion on expert.

Its not as good as hollow knight but its getting pretty close. Imo the enemies are a tad too tanky and the spirit system could be a bit more customizable or intreresting.

This was the first ac game for me. The shooting is very fun and the maps are visually great. Sadly its a bit shallow. The story is kinda simple and the rpg elements arent as deep as I expected. The bosses are kinda hit or miss.

For souls enthusiasts this is a must play. The world structure is very reminiscent of DS1, the enemies are great, the umbral lamp gimmick is very well thought out, weapons and RPG elements are good enough. Story is just as convoluted as froms games. BUT the performance and the stability of this game is horrendous. Crashes on loading, warping, exiting, entering, pop in textures ... i need to subtract at least 1 point for this alone.

The world is beautiful and vast. The characters with their quests are great and have believable motives. The main characters is op but it kinda makes sense why and how. The side activities are great for the most part but can become boring after some repetition. The last act could have been just a tad more dramatic or fleshed out and also i would have loved some romance towards the end with main side character.

Its practically a clone of the first game with some systems and some difficulty and content slapped on top. Its takes the souls formula and does its own. The nioh games have excellent gameplay and rpg elements but the story (how its told) is god awful and requires you to have a degree in japanese history.

A flawless experience imo only marred by the bad performance (PC). Like its predecessor its super condensed into a handful of planets for the better

I think its on the level of lies of p in terms of quality just a bit shorter and smaller in scope. The bosses are memorable. The rpg elements are good enough. There build variety. I subtract one point cause of confusing progression paths you have to take. Despite it being rather linear you have to remember where you have been similar to ds 2

Havent played bg3 but this is easily the best crpg ive every played. Its vast its hard its got charms and wits. The final battle is a bit over the top but other than that i got no complaints.

Short and fun bullet hell rogue lite. Its one of those rogue lites you need to search for the god run to win it. Took me about 5hr to win.

This is a banger of souls like. You have to really give it time tho. Once you understand the upgrade system and trust me you really need to upgrade you will really start enjoying this. Thanks to epic for giving this for free otherwise i wouldnt have tried. Hope the devs got some money for it. I think i only have 3 criticisms at the end of the day: 1) the camera is semi fixed and really strange if you are used to souls games 2) The quests and target locations can be confusing some times. 3) the final 2 bosses are though. I really struggled despite being a souls veteran with good reflexes.

First of the game runs like sh it while looking OK to decent at times. The quest are mostly interesting while leaving you typically with couples of choices of approach and different endings. Its hard to put it into words but some areas feel lifeless despite being very busy. The combat system, leveling system, rpg elements and itemization are all all right and rather simplified. Overall i recommend it for witcher style rpg but barely so.

There is great potential here but some points drag it down too much for me. Its waayyyy too long for its own good. A more condensed experience would have been much better. The performance is absolute trash. I dont think Ive ever played a less well optimized game. The enemy variety and the bosses are all decent. Sadly the normal enemies are way too tanky while the bosses are tuned relativly well. This results in skipping/ running trhough all normal enemies till the next boss / checkpoint. The VA and cutscenes are bad but at least skippable. On the positive sides the weapons are for the most part fun and the elemental system works for the most part.

Its way shorter then the last entries which is a good thing in this case cuz there isnt that much to do.+ The stealth is way better + Bagdad feels way more alive then some of cities of the last entries+ Decent visuals- Visual bugs, clipping- the rpg elements are pretty shallow, you are nearly at full power from the start- the story is mehOverall Id recommend this entry for AC Fans. For non fans stay away

Short and sweet and brutally hard (at least on the standard difficulty). Take my advice and unlock the rocket launcher primary. Made the game remotly possible for me.

A game with clear flaws, sometimes bad pacing and a couple of bugs. But the core gameplay, the RPG elements, the characters and the settings make this an overall excellent surprisingly deep experience. I hope theres a sequel.

Short and decent soul like ish. I got lost 1 or 2 times due to the sometimes confusing maps. But other than that it was pretty good.

The guns, movement and levels feel pretty fun. The voice acting and story are kinda odd. Also there are a decent amount of bugs nearly every players encounters. Other then that its worth a playtrhough (~5hrs) or smth like that.

This is the same old formula of 90% of "survival / crafting" games. Even tho i love LOTR Lore i cant be bothered fighting trhough the grind.

A beautiful vast and sprawling world full of different biomes. I really recommend playing this on UH for the added challenge. The character interactions and relations are pretty bare bones but thats the only minus i can give this thing.

The game is beautiful, the characters are intensly memorable and I really enjoyed my journey with the party. Sadly I have to remove 1 point for mtx dlc BS. For **** sake this is a single player full price game. Also I'll remove 1 point for the dumbed down simplicity of quests, combat and progressive.

Incredible densly packed extensive spectacle from start to finish. I have 2 criticisms: 1) In typical FROMSOFT fashion the dlc is acessed more or less at the end of the game which makes using the dlc weapons and spells awkward for the base game if you dont go for ng+ which many ppl dont like. 2) The final boss is crazy hard. I'd say i'm pretty cracked reaction wise and a souls veteran but this was the absolut limit of bs i can put up with.

Pure jank in every aspect but there is beauty in this world. The characters and dialogue are quite all right. The world is actually quite interesting.
