Dragons fill the skies and ships fill the seas, and every one of them aims to cause maximum destruction to the other side. That’s obviously very sad for the people involved; sorry that happened or whatever, but it’s bloody great as a viewer.

The best season until now with diference. I liked the previous ones, but this one has everything I missed in them. Raenyra's actuation is very impresive and excelently dramatic, specially at the begining of the second chapter of this s3.

“House of the Dragon” feels even more confident in itself, perhaps due to the fact that it is no longer saddled with so much jostling of these pieces around the chessboard.

So long as this momentum continues, we can certainly count on House of the Dragon season 3 to prove us wrong about Game of Thrones endings.

The third season makes clear the HBO prequel is intent on compensating for brains with sheer brawn.

More dragons did not have to mean less humanity, and yet the balance remains off in a show that is dazzlingly bombastic but disappointingly shallow.

It tries its best, even giving Rhaenyra a speech about having the “weak and feeble body of a woman”, which borrows almost word for word from Elizabeth I’s famous address at Tilbury before the Spanish Armada arrived. But this points to an essential difficulty I have with this show: all too often it feels so old hat, so reheated and, well, so, so boring.

Is this a product of the woke Era? Yes , definitely. So , is this as good as GoT seasons 1-7 , not likely. But what some people forget. Am I entertained ? Well.. yes. Actually, to be honest. This is still quite entertaining. Mostly because the world building carryover from GoT is just there. And solid. So as most of my fellow conservatives , I am annoyed. But this franchise hasn't gone full star wars me thinks. It's still enjoyable. Sea battles. Dragons. Treason in the woods. Yes.

Trashed George rr martins writing I can’t forgive the writers and directors of the show. They should get a noose and end it

The constant forcing of strong female characters is beyond ridiculous. Firstly Lohar. She gets more screen time than anyone. With the worst writing, the weirdest choices and actions just to show a strong woman with vengeance out maneuver Corlys. She gets more screen time and action then jaehaerys who gets to say dracarys once, burn a couple ships then die. She gets more than him. Secondly rhaena what is the point of adding her. The original plot with Nettles and Daemon was more interesting. But now we need to shove in more powerful and strong women changing the story just to push more agendas. She gets more screen time than Daemon. Daemon is pathetic. Mopes about in Harrenhall scared of nightmares, pushed about by a child then the moment he gets a battle he gets 20 seconds of beating injured soldiers who are already on the ground. But he needs less screen time than Lohar. I’ll be honest why Lohar was in this so much is ridiculous. A waste of time every time she was on the screen. Secondly the writing in general stinks. This episode was only redeemable by action. How the writers will make these characters interesting is beyond me. This show is an example of forcing more seasons to make more money, Agenda pushing and the disregard of the creator original plans. I have low hopes for the rest of this. This was a rant because I love the source material from fire and blood and I loved the characters and grittiness of game of thrones now replaced with forcing strong powerful women who are so forced they stick out like **** on toilet walls, lgbtq bollocks and cringe basic writing where writers think if they use fancy thing like mayhaps it will be bearable. This show will end up being slop thrown into an endless barrel of **** where all the recent movies and shows have most likely ended up. There is only a certain amount of good actors and writers nowadays but since everyone wants to make movies and shows you just get a diamond every once in a while in a sea of **** and this will end up in the ****.
