Obsession

Good horror movies makes you feel like the world has gone wrong and you desperately want to make it stop but you can't because all your nightmares have come true. This is such a movie. The story is quite simple but the acting is genuine and drags you straight into its trap and won't let you go without sacrificing it all. After which you feel like at the lowest point of your life. And then you realise it was just a movie and you and your spouse go to bed for the night and make plans for the next day without a cloud in the sky, or maybe not and strange things start to happen and you both wish that you never went to see the film.

Absolutely fantastic. For a low budget movie this one knocks most Hollywood/Netflix/Amazon slop coming out these days. Mind you, I barely enjoy horror movies as a sensitive viewer. But this one hit a home run for me! Acting was impeccable. Inde Navarette did a stellar job on a wide spectrum of emotions, so much so that she could portray the wrestling of two selves in one body through unique expressions of the same emotion. Brilliant stuff! The other actors were also amazing. I am just too lazy to give them equal credit right now. But they all did impeccable. The cinematography was great. The camera positions, lighting, sound - gave me strong feelings of eeriness and isolation. Great stuff. I can go on and on. This movie was great. Just watch it.
