Beautiful world and story, excellent metroidvania mechanics. I reduce the rating because of the in-game achievement that requires to complete the game in one life, It's a cheap technique to keep player and because of difficulty spikes during escape sequences.

Too depressive. In the middle of the story I felt like I don’t want to hear those tired voices, watching those cinematics etc. If you make the game so serious at least add some epic moments, but this game doesn’t have them. Almost every minute I felt like I’m dying **** plot feels secondary, because it has similarities with Returnal. Overall the game feels easier than its predecessor, but I decided not to do platinum because of this idiotic challenge — like complete a biom without taking damage. Next time, Housemarque, let’s create an achievement to finish the game without taking damage, running backwards and don’t use anything except melee in bullet hell game. Idiocy.

Too overrated. I don't like when the plot is being hidden for 35 hours and you don't understand what's going on and then in the last couple hours the game is trying to explain everything at once. I haven't done any of the side activities because the game didn't get my attention in that aspect, and I want to add here, that almost every game I try to play for platinum, to complete everything. The battles felt unfair because the game explains you the rules and then almost each boss breaks those rules, like doing 10 turns in a row, or has unlimited health etc. The only thing that is perfect in this game - music, we really have some masterpiece soundtracks here.

It should not be a game. Probably some show with branching plot that one of the streaming platforms is trying to implement right now, but definitely not a game. PROS: well written characters; good humour. CONS: everything else. I'll start with localization: in the first 4 chapters it was good then they rolled out a patch that was supposed to fix some localization problems but for me it introduced them, because for the rest of the game subtitles were constantly messed up. Another problem for non-English speaker is, that I need to read subtitles while making decisions, and they give me so little time for that, that I had to use micro-pause to understand the meaning of the options in important moments, it's so frustrating. I understand the logic behind this, that they wanted it to be more fluid, but they didn't think about people who don't have good skills in English. Also while I was on the shifts, many times it was not clear which stats should I pick for specific tasks, because of the bad translation. In terms of gameplay it's a complete mess as well. Too many "butterfly effects", too many times I was facing unknown conditions, that were not explained at all, like when Golem was drunk and I couldn't pick him, but the game didn't tell me why. The chaos that happens on a map is idiotic as well, many times I just couldn't find what item is hightlited right now(on PC I assume it was much easier with cursor), so missed some calls. I want to watch the consequences of the opposite choices that I made, but don't want to touch this **** gameplay one more time.

I don't care what this game was before, but making such remaster in 2023 is a shame. I understand the concept of such games, that you have a lot of backtracking, but... It doesn't make sense not to have fast travel at least in elevators, running ten times again those narrow corridors is just frustrating. Why not to put some markers on a map in places where some closed doors or non-reachable places are left, or at least allow me to put myself such a marker or do you expect me to recall everything, making photos of my screen or something? We have here duplicated buttons for shooting, but for some reason I need to press two buttons to dash, I mean it's absolutely dumb design. That 94 score is from Nintendo fappers, this game is not worth anything.

I never played Mario Kart before, so it's probably my mistake for choosing this game. I wanted to get some fun racing game with chaos, like Rock'n'Roll Racing. But this is not that kind ****. It's beautiful, but idiotic. You can't see characters stats, you have over 5 hundred of collectibles without any way to find and track them properly, but these are only minor issues. I wanted to get a racing game where you can win because of driving skills, reaction, buildup and being smart. Instead of it I got the racing game that forces you to learn and practice parkour shortcuts for hours if you want to win. Apart from this, it's already confirmed that AI in this game is built the way, that if you don't use any game mechanics(drift, tricks, rail riding), it'll be much easier to win. It's absolutely lazy and stupid.

Almost pefect game. I had a lot of fun completing it for 3 stars. The postgame challenges are not so annoying and irritating as in other recent 3-d platformers and destroying the game levels I had so much fun. It's a pure anti-stress machine. I removed one score point just because of mistakes in muck implementation, pretty often it doesn't disappear after hitting it, also I had soft locks in Elephant's Rehearsal.

Even after all the fixes it has plenty of bugs, not critical ones, but still ruining the immersion. Also, the gameplay is not balanced enough. After 20 levels, without some guides, the character becomes almost indestructible even on highest difficulty, so the need of upgrading gear becomes completely unnecessary. Despite all I said above, this game has most accurate and immersive cyberpunk world ever created. Perfect high-tech/low-life style in everything, corporations, beautiful city and citizen models, great quests and characters. But playing it I almost fell into depression, they should have added more fun and positive things.

I like RE games for the emotions they give me, so when it comes to the plot or game mechanics I'm not so meticulous. But still I should mention that the plot here is something related to B-class action movies from 80-90s and characters are flat and dumb. To be honest, I don't even understand why I'm so in love with these games. Probably because of adrenaline rush, when I'm running away from another stalker boss, or absolutely stunning interiors, or shooting mechanics when I literally observe how enemies are reacting to each shot. Still all the RE games have the same gap - 2/3 of the game feels perfect, and the last third part, like an absolute crap. Every time when you come to laboratory/factory/plant it means that the good part of the game finished and now you'll suffer from the boredom.

I think that the main issue of NG2 Remake is a camera, so I decided to pick NG4 after I saw in reviews that camera is okay here. Yes, it's definitely better. But overall the impression of the game is quite the same. I don't understand people praising this gameplay. You proceed through narrow corridors into small arenas to fight enemies.. fight after fight after fight. You have a lot of different skills and combos, but all the fights feel the same despite each biom you have enemies that behave differently. In the end everything comes to the stylish combos - that's the whole point of the game, how long you can continue with your combo. And for Master Ninja difficulty you have to master everything. Is it really fun to train yourself for hours in combos and fight flows to finish the game on the highest difficulty? I don't think so. The story is flat af, with one liners from the 80-s action movies. Graphics looks like some trash for mobile games, despite it's U5.

The game has good world, weapons that feel different, beautiful maps, but it's all being screwed by toxic community and the game designers are not eager to fix it somehow, so casuals like me could play it. The game was playable the first two weeks, now it's almost PvP game, when you can't enjoy fighting arcs, almost every time being shot in the back. I know many people say that it's a genre so I should not expect anything else. Nevertheless, with this game I had so bad emotions that I never experienced with any other game.

I don't like the Battle Royal mode overall, but the game and battle pass is pushing me to play it. My biggest objection is - armor plates. They significantly increase player's health so when I play and switch between Conquest and BR modes, the same weapons feel different, because of this. So it would be nice if Dice adds these armor plates to all other modes or remove them from BR. Also, regarding "Rise from your grave" trophy, I assume it will take 200+ hours to get it - absolutely disgusting farm. I play as support, usually reviving 15-25 people per match and still didn't get the first trophy "A joyful nurse" after 100+ hours, but in BR I hardly believe you can revive someone more than 5-10 times per match, because it's too risky.

Flying through beautifully crafted New-York feels excellent, but everything else goes without surprises. The story could be deeper, but because there are two main characters, it was not enough time to reveal the story for both of them properly. The thing that lowers the score of this game for me - redundant additional activities. Some quests with "blue spider head" are cool, but everything else is just a filler. Those dozens of different outposts, uninteresting mini-games, racing with eagles - everything feels boring.

Beautiful story with cringey elements that make you laugh, excellent stealth gameplay, cool boss design, and fantastic soundtrack. For anyone who will complete their first playthrough Rambo’s style, I highly recommend doing another one for Foxhound rank, you’ll get completely different experience. I share PROS and CONS of this game, but the score is so low, just because all the CONS are more important. PROS: (1) good visual design, I liked Sicily of 1900-s; (2) music, shots, environment - everything sounds good; (3) knife fights. Many people considered this mechanic as easy and not necessary, but I got a lot of fun with it; (4) vehicles - I really liked to drift in all those autos. Now CONS: (1) you can't change my mind, but this game is definitely truncated. They created so big open world but then cut it with "return back to mission" and once the main story is done, there is nothing to do in that world except collecting those 143 collectibles, they didn't even create random encounters. The game could be definitely bigger, but probably they decided to cut it and release before GTA. That's why I'll never pre-order from these guys; (2) They bet everything on a story, but it's absolutely predictable and I was right about every plot twist; (3) I swore so many times because of controls. You idiots have so many buttons but decided to set the same on PS5 for switching weapons and looting enemies. Where do you think enemy drops his weapon? Of course near his body, so you need to loot him carefully, otherwise you'll switch the weapon; (4) Every time I had a quick turn on a car or was driving through the city, frames dropped significantly on PS5 Pro. That's it. The game is gelded and it feels like a skeleton of the game rather than the polished game.

This is review of the base game, not including the Arenas, cause I haven't played them, but heard they are pretty hard. I liked the story and the idea that sometimes we spend too much time being angry at someone, even if they deserve this. I completed each level probably up to 10 times, getting all the trophies. I liked the intense brawler combat, various specials and focus strikes, I felt like I'm Jackie Chan in one of his movies. Bosses in this game are done right, with growing up difficulty and different approaches to beat them. Despite the simplistic visual style of the game, it looks gorgeous, especially I liked the fights at the end of the Museum mission. Really enjoyed these 15 hours.

I didn't get the hype. The only challenge this game has is to get S rank, and to do so you must replay each level for hours to remember where enemies appear and learn combos. The balance between characters is broken and getting higher ranks with Adam is much easier than with Axel. Overall it's just a generic beat-em up game, boring and pretty repetitive even considering it's length - about 1.5-2 hours.

The first part of this game is in my top-3 easily. I was afraid that something could be spoiled here, but I'm glad Mr. Kojima showed masterclass again. Now both DS are in my top-3. Cool performance with stunning visuals WITHOUT FxCKxNG ray tracing on PS5 Pro! He proved that the game could be perfect visually and you don't need hardware that costs thousands bucks for this. And OMG what a beautiful HDR is here... Visuals, music, characters, plot - perfect. Despite you know the world and setting from the first game, the plot of the second part still can surprise you well so you'll get the chills, some plot twists are obvious though. Anyway, for me it was about emotions and I got them! At some moment I stopped to progress within main storyline just to do every secondary order, help request, build every road and monorail, then I realised - I just don't want this game to end that's why I'm doing everything to prolong my time in this world. If someone from Kojima Productions reads this message - my deepest bow to Mr.Kojima.

The only one thing that disappoints me is the film grain that could not be reduced or turned off on PS5(Pro) and bugged Berserker trophy, that's why it's not a 10. Everything else is just amazing. I liked that ID removed that weirdly hidden secrets and mario like platforming. This Doom feels more Doom than Eternal that reminded me of Quake. I really liked the shield mechanic, and all the combos - melee + shield throw + gun + bash + parry, all of that work in different combinations. Because of shield bash the game feels pretty fast in terms of movement, so I don't understand those who complain that the game is slow. Overall, the gameplay feels perfect. Looking forward to DLC and hopefully some arenas. UPD: changed rating from 9 to 10 after fixes.

Don't even close to be one of the best games like many said. I went through every boss and I can say that most of them have bad design - too much random, because of those spawning creatures or balls bouncing from the walls etc. Bosses have clear patterns, but that doesn't matter because of those random things that make the game dependent on luck. I read every single note and conversations, sold collectibles to get the lore, but still didn't manage to understand the whole plot, only partially. I finished that game with no positive emotions at all, probably because of those toxic challenges like Path of Pain or Pantheon 4/5. Weapon skills like Great Slash are useless, most of the charms are useless as well. The game is overrated and unfair to the player.

This is a must play game without a doubt. It's perfect in everything except combat. Visuals even after 10 years in this PS5 version look pretty solid; quests are just the best I've experienced so far; some NPCs have more personality than main characters from other games; that folk music gave me goosebumps; I liked the humour and easter eggs related to the famous movies and games. I'm sorry but it's not a 10 just because of combat: camera work, especially fighting in small rooms is too bad, also in many places the witcher can't roll or overstep small doorsteps and things like that during fights, that was frustrating on the highest difficulty. For the first time in my life game's DLC was felt even better than the main game, yeah I'm talking about Blood and Wine. If you haven't played this one yet, just postpone all the games you have and dive into this world.

One thing that I liked about this game - it's pretty addictive. You want to kill another monster after you've just killed one, to craft another armor or weapon, after you've just crafted one. That's it, no more positives. Moreover I don't know why so many critics highly rated this game, probably someone had a good bribing list. Now let's talk about negatives: 1. The story is too bad, as well as characters. 2. Performance is a joke. I played it on PS5 Pro in performance mode and I assume my fps was around 50, despite it's the same ReEngine with graphics of PS4. Some of the textures in cinematics, especially on clothes were looking like in Quake 2, just a bunch of pixels. 3. Most of the stuff you have in the game is useless. Like you have a barrel with 250 damage, but you need time to place it and lure a monster onto it. Within this time wasted, you would do more damage with your main weapon. 4. User interface is too bad as well, they put so much effort into editing hunter profile, but during a fight, operating with all those rings was a horrible experience.

First of all, I haven't played other Ninja Gaiden games before, I have no nostalgia feelings so my rating was not affected by that. The only positive thing this game has - music. It's well done and suits all the areas and fights. Everything else is a pile of garbage. The game feels outdated, they just pulled U5 onto old game. It has pretty stable FPS on PS5 Pro, but because most of the textures were too low quality. I completed my run on the Warrior difficulty and the hardest enemy I faced was a camera. I know that this is remake, so devs probably decided to leave it as it was before, but we live in 2025 and need a proper tool in the game. The combat is pretty fast, so I had to center my view every 3-5 seconds during battles. Guys, I played many souls games for platinum and also I have 500+ hours and master ranks in Street Fighter 6, so believe me I know what is good combat and combos, this game has neither of them. Also, I don't know if it's a bug or it's designed like that, but the game has input lag, which is pretty frustrating for such fast combat system. Those who set high ratings for this game just want their childhood back, this game doesn't deserve anything above 5.

Far behind 2016 version. The only thing that is better here - character/weapon progression, everything else is worse. ( 1 ). I'm here not to play Mario and face that platforming with SO CHEAP fire windmills and falling platforms. ( 2 ). They couldn't make the game to have the same fun as on PC, just because you can't swap weapons so fast on PS5. ( 3 ) Bosses are absolute trash. ( 4 ) Level design is not impressive at all. ( 5 ) All the horror and sci-fi aspects left this game. ( 6 ) Game expects that you'll jump and move lot, and then it throws Marauder at you, so now you need to stand still to let it hit you and only then counter attack... WTF?? ( 7 ) Some of the mission challenges were so dumb: like kill 3 times a pretty rare FLYING demon from different angles. So I need to deal with all the damage it does until I lure him to the specific place where I'll be able to jump to him.

Sometimes I can't get out of the vehicle, sometimes camera becomes first person view without any scope or something and I can do nothing to fix this except getting killed by teammates or enemies. And many more other bugs like ragdolling through map after one shot and grenades that are passing through bigger enemies. Gameplay is not as tough as everyone says, and bullet hell was made enjoyable. IMHO, downsides of some upgrades should be less than they made it, because I played my runs almost every time without picking up maledicted items and parasites. From all the weapons there are 3 that outperform others, so at some point you'll start using only them. The plot could be more friendly to the player, because I'm sure that most of us after playing the game were searching explanations in the internet. Gameplay is just so cheap: character movement, copy-paste rooms/shops/streets. Characters are dumb as teenagers, and that moralising vibe also looks stupid. The game was released in 2020, but the graphics is like from 2010-2012. They took care only about faces of main characters and that's it. All the cloths look plastic, face animations are almost absent. Everything in this game says: cheap-cheap-cheap.

It was the most annoying and boring platinum in my gaming life. PROS: it's one and only - stealth gameplay. They made it really cool with dozens of nuances, not only hiding behind enemy's back like it's done in many games. CONS: (1) The plot is really bad, it has some cool stuff inside, but overall it's awful. (2) Too much slow motion that means nothing in cut scenes. (3) Even after 10 years after release the game has some bugs including critical ones, when the game hangs with spinner after/before mission, so I need to close it and restart. This happened up to 30 times within 160 hours of gameplay. (4) Open world makes no sense at all. (5) There are 50 main missions and 157 side missions, so to complete everything, you need to play most of those 50 main missions for 3 times: first just to complete, second to get all tasks done, third to make that mission with S rank. So it's really repeatable. And completing 0 and 46 mission for 2 times each, was so annoying. (6) The game forces you to make everything with stealth and not killing anyone, so I developed all non-lethal weapons till that moment with boss fight, when I realised that I do no damage to the boss at all, so I needed to wait some time and gain some money to develop high damage weapons. It's idiotic. (7) I laughed my pants off when I was fighting one of the bosses, and in the cut scene 4 tanks and 2 helicopters did no damage to him, and then I kill him with shotgun and shoulder rocket launcher.

Absolutely STUNNING! I haven't played the original game, so this was the first time I entered Silent Hill. Immersive, horrific, beautiful. Literally, every room and building were filled with tiny details that made me convinced how much love and attention were put into game. Even when the game becomes a little bit repetitive with "3 floor adventures" it's still impressive. Deserves to be GOTY.

It doesn't fill like a separate game, more like a DLC to the first Spiderman. My biggest concern is that even in 2024 it's buggy as hell. I have to restart at least 5 times because I was stuck between invisible walls. During car chase crime a couple of times I had to restart the game because landing and fighting buttons didn't spawn and I couldn't proceed. Climbing the walls doesn't feel so smooth, Miles often tries to jump off when you cross the wall corner.

Pros: - good visuals (played performance mode) - I liked camera work and arenas during boss fights - amazing music in 2 chapter - some bosses were made with true love Cons: - I didn't like that most mechanics are too inertial, that is bad for such type ****. So when you drink to replenish health it will happen in 1-2 seconds after you clicked the button, not immediately. With dodge, some strikes it works the same, you always experience some kind of delay - most of the bosses are just the game "fillers" - some bosses have anti-skills to your build so you need to re-spec to get your advantage back. It's a dumb thing

It’s absolutely a masterpiece, for me. Everything: visuals, level design, horror moments, music, plot, characters — out of this world. Looking forward to play it in better quality on PS5 pro. One thing that could be fixed: it has some kind of survival aspect to it, and ammo is a bit limited, but enemies respawn right after you leave 50 meters area from them. So at some point I stuck without ammo, because could not find one key, and travelled around the area respawning enemies again and again.

I haven’t felt anything special about this game. It’s okay. Main downsides for me: 1. Despite some bot skills were added during the game, I feel like it repeats itself too much. I would want more levels like light bulb level, or the one with turning on day/night. More different enemies would be appreciated also. 2. “PS button challenge” levels are pretty toxic and they kill the joy. Yes, I did Sekiro on Platinum and still consider these challenges as toxic ones. 3. Skin shop is available only after the half of the game which is weird. I think it should be the first unblocked item. 4. Camera work could be done better especially on levels where you need to dive. 5. Why don’t you give the bot one or two more abilities, there are some unused buttons on a controller.

it should be 0, because I was soooo disappointed, but I give 1 point for the music during Balteus fight. 1. Visuals - disgusting. 2. First boss locks you in the aerial area with invisible walls and continue bashing you from the distance, despite you don't have enough tools at that moment. It's idiotic design. 3. Too many places where your build should be changed to the one the game wants it to be. In this case, what is the sense of build system at all?

I have no idea why this game is rated so high. At least on PS5 it's really bad. And yes, I played D&D a lot when I was a student, so I understand the thing with dices and everything else. I've registered here specifically to share my opinion about this game. 1. They didn't make even an in-game calculator, so when you're trading you should count by yourself the difference in gold. 2. The thing that PS5 keyboard pops up after you choose to enter numbers makes me crazy. 3. Those "circles" with spells and abilities are inconvenient, especially because you can't delete some of them even if they are empty. 4. When you drop your weapons after the enemy's ability, you need to set up the "circles" again, because the game doesn't save where the ability was before. That's annoying. 5. I played the game in January 2024, and there are still plenty of bugs. With major ones, like I was in a tower at the start of Act 3, and couldn't jump off on a lower level because the camera didn't allow me to pick the needed angle. Or when the cursor was stuck to the character up to 5-7 seconds after I picked the ability, that happened to me 1 out of 25-30 times, so pretty often considering that the game is based on this mechanic. And many more bugs including visual ones. 6. The major storyline starts with nothing and ends with nothing. So, because this game gives you many opportunities to choose and those choices impact the progress doesn't make it SO GOOD like many described.
