Overall it holds together very well, and even though I played the whole game in two days with minimal sleep, I didn't even think about taking a break for a while. [Issue#327]

Resident Evil 4 Remake never misses a beat.

Capcom has once again succeeded in recreating a masterpiece in a manner that faithfully captures the spirit of the original while also evoking new emotions that challenge expectations. This remake does far more than simply recreate the past; it is an excellent reinvention. Capcom has raised the bar for what is expected of a remake while simultaneously preserving an enviable legacy. Without a doubt, Resident Evil 4 remains the experience that defined genres and stands as one of the greatest games of all time.

In addition to improved graphics and smoother controls, a lot has really been added and changed to Resident Evil 4, from subtle extras to major, radical adjustments. The classic from 2005 has been modernized in such a way that it is actually more fun than most Resident Evil games and many, if not all contemporary survival horror games.

This remake of Resident Evil 4 is an homage to a classic, very respectful with it (maybe a bit too much respectful). It´s a terrific action game, but we miss some of the braveness Capcom had for the Resident Evil 2 remake.

Resident Evil 4 Remake successfully modernizes one of the most significant sequels in the series. As a completely new game based on the legendary release from 2005, it surpasses all previous Capcom remake efforts in terms of authenticity and preservation of the atmosphere of the original with just enough novelty to be completely fresh and fun even for the players who have double digits playthroughs of the OG Resident Evil 4.

In an attempt to make Resident Evil 4 with more modern sensibilities, it has left behind what made the original game so great to begin with.

The best resident evil in my opinion. 10/10 Resident Evil 4 Remake is a masterpiece and the best showcase of the RE Engine at its peak. The visuals, gameplay, and atmosphere are outstanding, making every chapter feel exciting . I love the return of classic characters ,and Ashley is a huge improvement over the original, less annoying . The combat is satisfying, the pacing is excellent, and the game successfully modernizes a classic while staying faithful to its roots. Overall, I give Resident Evil 4 Remake a 10/10.

Definitely not a horror game at all, but a fun shooter. Took a bit to get going, and the ending was slightly unsatisfying, but I had a fun time playing this overall. The story is paper thin (somehow even more than other RE games I've played), but the action is well paced. I liked the chapter system, made it easier to know when to end a session. Leon and Ada are the GOATS! Extremely hot take, but I preferred Village. In many ways a ripoff/redux of the OG version of this game but it was more intense for me. This game is fun but the scares are at like a 1.5 or 2/10. Village, while way less scary than RE7, was at least a good 6/10 scare level overall. I get the scares aren't the point here, but just a bit more intensity horror wise would have made this game a lot more thrilling at points.

Non mi ha colpito come giocarlo per la prima volta molti anni fa, troppo macchinoso per questi tempi

Benlik bir oyun değilmiş resident evil onu anlamış oldum. Seride oynadığım 2 oyun var village ve 7 ikisini de severek oynadım ama bu oyun bana gelmedi. İki oyunda da sevmediğim tek özellik oyunun haritasının baştan aşağı değişmesiydi. Belki bazı insanlar bu özelliği seviyordur veya belki de büyük çoğunluk seviyordur ama benim sevmediğim bir özellik. Harita komple değişince sanki başka oyun oynuyorum gibi geliyor o yüzden bana gelmiyor bu özellik. Bu oyunda da maalesef bu devam ediyor. Köy kısmı çok güzeldi fakat köyden sonra oyun öyle Bi değişiyor ki (harita olarak) yine sanki başka birşey oynuyor gibi hissettim. Ashley de saolsun yavaş yavaş soğuduğum oyundan kopmama yardım etti. Yattığı yerden kalkmaz, durmadan kaçırılır, düşmanın kucağına gider. Oyunun adı ashley kurtarma simulator olsa sırıtmazmış. Ya sırf o mal yüzünden bir bölümü 4-5 kere denemişliğim var. Sürekli düşmanın kucağına atlıyor kodumun karısı. Lanet ettirdi oyuna ya. Her 2-3 chapterda Bi kaçırılıyor kaçırılmasa bile onla ilgili bir olay yaşanıyor illa ki. Bu da oyunu tekrara düşürüyor bir yerden sonra. Hep görevin aynı ashley bul ve/veya kurtar. Ayrıca ben orijinal oyunun bırak fanı olmayı oynamadım bile. O yüzden öyle derin duygularla falan da oynamadım. Bir daha da açıp oynayacağımı düşünmüyorum. Belki köy kısmını tekrar oynarım ama o da belki. Bunların dışında bu oyunun Oyun dünyasına öyle aman aman bir katkısı olduğunu da düşünmüyorum. Sadece orijinal oyunun ve serinin fanları için yapılmış gibi duruyor. Ben ne orijinal oyunu oynadım ne de serinin fanıyım o yüzden beni çekmedi içine. Grafikleri mükemmel, oynanışı iyi, köy kısımları da güzel Ama benlik değil.
