Good morning Helldivers, Unfortunately with recent changes to Helldivers 2, I have decided to drop the game. My in game name is RyuTheConqueror and I've been playing this game for over three years. It used to be an enjoyable game and at times it really was fun and entertaining with some of the updates they made. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. As time went on, it felt as if the devs started to take the fun away by making unnecessary changes or just not fixing current issues in general. At one point I think one of the devs said they see it as a grunt fantasy. But thats the thing, we're not grunts. We're supposed to be Super Earth's finest but... it seemed that as time passed and the 'balancing' came, i think they made it clear that they really do see us as just... grunts. One of there past updates changed Hive Guards from medium pen to heavy pen, if you play against Terminids a lot then you know this was a very very bad 'balancing' change. On a more recent update they 'balanced' a couple of primary weapons, one of which was the JAR Dominator. This weapon is one of the reasons I kept playing there buggy game. The balancing they did, made the JAR Dominator very unrealistic with the resupply and unreliable at that point. Changing things that are good, to worse seems to be Arrowheads moto unfortunately. There are multiple issues that have been present since I started playing such as the invisible walls that larger Terminid enemies create. For those who've deployed on Oshaune and Omnicron, you know what I mean. Larger enemies(Imaler, Bile Titan, both Chargers & Dragonroaches) create an invisible wall around there vicinity. The path looks clear, but when you try to go that way you hit an invisible wall. Sometimes you even get stuck in these invisible walls which ultimately gets you killed. The predator strain hunters are still able to jump through basically any object or wall to reach you. All smaller to medium sized Terminids STILL clip through walls and are able to hit you through walls. The list goes on. I have tried addressing these issues & bugs to Arrowhead but a member of there team simply brushed it off as a suggestion. Upon creating a ticket, I was told that these issues were a suggestion and that I needed to go to discord and write it out in there 'suggestion & feedback' page. If this is considered a suggestion, I cannot imagine what Arrowhead considers an issue. Simply put, I'm tired of this. I guess overtime you get fatigued but not from Helldivers 2 no, its a decent game. You get the fatigued from Arrowhead not properly fixing issues that have been present for so long. You get fatigued when they start ruining your favorite weapons or mechanics. So unfortunately, this is Ryu The Conqueror signing off and quitting this game for good. It was a good run and we certainly had some good times but... the game is officially unplayable for me now with recent changes. Best regards, Ryu

The game used to be great, and could have been amazing by now if the developers actually worked on making the game more fun rather than just going back and forth with balance patches that usually do more harm than good.

I've got a group of four friends i've known since childhood and it was a long while since we all had a game to jump into that we all enjoyed... Then we got the call from Super Earth and we all knew we had to do our part. Seriously this game brought back my group of friends and each and every play session was fun, engaging and down right hilarious. There has been no game I have ever played where it made an entire fan base stand together when they decided they wanted to have PC players sign into PSN accounts. I never cared much about this but watching the back lash and eventual reversal of the initial announcement was a once in a lifetime thing and made me realize just how amazing this game and how dedicated this fan base was. They made a lot of pro consumer choices throughout the initial launch period and I loved every minute of it. One of the most fun Coop shooters I've ever played.
