On PS5 with the 2.0 update, this game is amazing. Incredible story and characters, with great worldbuilding. Combat is still abysmal, movement and driving is improved but not amazing, and I appreciate the other changes made in 2.0. Graphics are also insanely good on PS5. The lack of third person still annoys me given how much emphasis there is on character customization. I prefer the first person perspective for the "cutscenes," but having the option to playin third person in the open world would be a huge improvement. Also the photo mode f/cking ****.

Great story, characters and missions. Terrible combat and movement, and on PS4 the graphics weren't as good and were filled with glitches and issues, and that's not to mention all the bugs throughout that game even now in 2023.

Great graphics, good combat and flying. Mediocre at literally everything else. Story and pacing especially was awful, I was shocked to learn when I checked my progress that I was at quest 32/43 because of how little had actually happened. Disappointing cast of characters, or more likely, a disappointing usage of what seemed to be a decent cast. As a somewhat generic open world its passable, as a game set in the Wizarding World its alright. But fkk me, this is an AWFUL Hogwarts game, zero depth in the "school" aspect. I'm not asking for 2000 word essays, but goddamn some actual classes would be a start. A more minor issue, but (and I understand time in the WW probably has less of an impact) this did NOT feel like a game set in the 1800s. Felt so bog standard and non-descript, like it could've been set at any point in time or wherever the plot needed it to be so that it has no true bearing on the Harry Potter series.

I couldn't gaf if it was similar to Ruby/Sapphire, this is the definitive version of the generation and is incredible at nearly everything. Also, complaining that the map has "too much water" is also absurd. The only real issue with the game is going from champion Steven Stone to Wallace, that shii STINKS

Golden age of Pokemon. Ngl, the story isn't as amazing as people gas it to be, and it doesn't "answer" or "confront" any real issues/questions like youtubers like to say. It was great, just not THAT great

Meh. Overrated but that doesn't mean it was bad, just wasn't very good. Poor level curve is still present, dogsht story is still present, but the game does have incredible art and design, particularly Ecruteak City.

Boring. A poor story, an even worse cast/companions, a terrible champion, and horribly low difficulty. Overwhelmingly mediocre.

On it's own, Clementine's story as both a continuation of the first season and start of something new is amazing. Unfortunately, there's more to the game than Clementine. And everything else, from the idiotic plot, characters and setting, is just dreadful.

Amazing in nearly every aspect. Just wish they did a bit better with Jason's story, and really wish they improved the boss fights. And while I'm not a hater of the Batmobile, it did get overused asf.

Amazing

Amazing story, characters, world design, lore, character interactions and dynamics, dialogue, graphics, boss fights and combat, and builds off from the previous game really well both narratively and thematically. And despite all that perfection, they included absolutely diabolical enemy health. Like genuinely, this game has great combat and you see it in full effect during the amazing boss fights, but my god, NOBODY wants to fight against unending waves of enemies with absurd health/defence. Every part of a quest is broken up by 10 hordes of the same enemies attacking you, over and over. And the thing is, it's not fun, but its not really challenging either, its just unbelievably time consuming and agitating.

An 8/10 rating feels so wrong and so right at the same time. Incredible game with a phenomenal story that, at the same time, was just not executed well enough. Very ambitious and for the most part succeeds, just missing SOMETHING that ties everything together better. Also features some of my favorite combat and stealth in any game ever. While I disagree, I understand why some people give it a 10/10. Because when it hits, it HITS. But unfortunately it misses just a little too much for my liking. I however absolutely cannot even comprehend how you give this a negative rating or 0/10. The graphics, combat, characters, performances are just way too damn good to believe a poorly executed narrative brings it down to a 4/10 or lower. Which makes sense since all the negative reviews I've seen are people crying about the game being woke and political, as if the first game was just sooooo staunchly conservative and featured 0 politics or divisive themes, instead of any actual criticisms on the game outside of the repetitive discourse about the game's plot. Which again, even if it was bad, cannot bring this marvel down THAT far.

Near perfect, didn't stick the landing with that ending and with some of the motifs present in the game (that goddamn trauma child), but what an experience. Despite the ending, a nearly perfect send off for the trilogy, especially with those incredible side missions and DLCs.

Great game, great story, overshadowed however by the horrible ending of the last game which pushes this game's plot.

Theres so many good things about this game that have been said countless times already. What a game. From the story, to the cast, the MUSIC, the performances, the locations. Just beautiful. Marred only by that all time bad ending. To this day I don't know what they were thinking with making the famed assassin Ezio Auditore, who continued his "career" long after the events of this game, spare Rodrigo at the end (more sequels more money, probably).

Good game. Lots of things to criticise, but the characters, combat and story do well enough to make it enjoyable to play and compelling.

F/cking tiring experience, terrible open-world and mission design. Raids got unbelievably stale so quickly, and the story and characters were kind of middling. Im not even one of the people vexed at it "not being an Assassin's Creed game anymore," it was just so mediocre. Also that Loki boss fight was so so so awful.
