The alternate universes are so wildly inventive and so completely wackadoo that I’ll leave you to discover their pleasures for yourself, but let’s just say that if you’ve ever craved a TV sitcom that features centaurs, lecherous telepaths, or characters who share the digestive process of ruminant animals, you might want to check this one out.

Love this!! Big Bang Theory fans should all love this. Has many of the original lovable secondary characters, but in a beautifully written sci-fi action/comedy scene. Couldn’t ask for a better and unique spin off!

I had very little expectations for this show especially after some of the negative reviews, but it's been way better then I expected. The ideas they've come up with are excellent and I'm amazed how they made this work being so different from the original series. I think the negative reviews are from those who expect this to be exactly like the original series, or they just do not get the humor and/or have no sense of humor at all. The show is hilarious and I look forward to season 2.wjat a great concept!

The constant change endemic to “Stuart Fails” means sacrificing some of the comforting sameness of a “Big Bang”-style hangout. But the comic chemistry among the main players provides just enough — and besides, the thrilling potential of a constantly wiped slate is worth the trade.

There’s no curiosity about the universes Stuart is passing through, no sense that he registers the untold billions or trillions of lives he’s saving as people rather than abstractions. Even recurring supporting characters like comic book guys Kyle and Trevor, or jockish bro Gary (Tommy Walker), are treated by Stuart and company as one-dimensional NPCs.

Where Young Sheldon was able to translate the aspect of BBT that people loved most — the mix of social awkwardness, relentlessness, and vulnerability of Sheldon Cooper — into a new context, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe fails to bring over any of the good aspects of The Big Bang Theory into this grim mess.

The story started off slower which had me wondering what was going on but picked up pretty quickly but the dry humour comedy had me laughing the whole time and by the end I was hooked. The main shock was adjusting to something different from Chuck Lorre compared to his normal formula with other comedies.

I really love Stuart Fails. The story is fun and good pretext. It's actually a nice spinoff of the Big Bang theory. The humour is bombastic and zanny. The acting is not amazing, but it does the job, and to a certain point, it does fit the show, good or bad. The CGI are more decent then some DrWho episodes, which is surprising. I give 80%, for the amount of creativity and imagination that goes in all aspect of the show. Review after S01E07.

If I can get through 3 episodes and not laugh once then the show is just not funny, premise had promise and this is just trash. If you got tired of Big Bang Theory just using nerdy sentences instead of jokes by the end then don't watch this. It's just the same. Don't let a sunken cost fallacy make you watch this, it's not worth your time. Boring af
