It all adds up to the finest Call of Duty game yet, and it comes from the riskiest package. By and large, Call of Duty’s Warfare line has always maintained the slightest bit grounded, never quite leaping into the distant future by this much...But the leap is a success, underachieving tradition of Michael Bay films be damned.

This year, we really thought Call of Duty Warfare Infinite was going to get crushed by Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2, but the game manages to be a great episode, with a single player campaign worthy of interest and a well-rounded and fun to play multiplayer. You can believe us, it's a good one.

Por mais que esse jogo seja odiado pelos jogadores, eu tenho um carinho muito grande por ele, além de contar gráficos muito bons, uma jogabilidade fluida, história boa, um tema que por mais que não faça juz a franquia COD, assim mesmo ficou bom, eu estou cansado de jogos iguais o tempo todo e esse game quebra essa mononia, você consegue sentir o sentimento da galera que criou o jogo, do amor e paixão que eles transmitiram atrás dessa obra, você sente como é seu sacrificar por uma causa maior que você mesmo, como é dar a vida para salvar aqueles que são indefesos, lutar a vida toda para ter um fim heróico, digno de um capitão de uma frota interestelar, eu adoro esse jogo e a energia que ele transmite, de que existem sim heróis, que não possuem poderes, mas nos protegem, se sentir grande, mesmo sendo tão pequeno, esse jogo é incrivelmente bem feito, caricato, personagens muito bem feitos, o Robô Ethan é literalmente a definição de humanidade e honra, enfim, fica a dica para quem nunca jogou, jogue com o coração e sinta o que o jogo transmite, a mensagem que ele passa, que foi feita com carinho, não apenas como um Call of Duty qualquer, joguei esse jogo e esqueça o resto da franquia, garanto que vocês vão aproveitar da mesma forma que eu.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare succeeds in most aspects of a solid sci-fi shooter. However, a lackluster and rushed story takes away from what could have been a full and complete campaign mode. Luckily where the story lacks, the gameplay and solid mechanics Call of Duty deliver.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare does little to really push the series forward in a meaningful way, beyond the addition of space combat. Although well written and acted, its story is still too binary and lacks the subtlety of real-life geopolitical conflict. Amazing, its short campaign can feel too long in places, and its stop-and-start pace suffers in comparison to its shooter peers. Multiplayer and Zombie modes fare better, and for many players, that will be good enough.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare does just enough to stay above the curve and somewhat make up for the appropriately soulless Ghosts. The zombies team did an incredible job with Spaceland, and the multiplayer still ticks all of the right boxes with an ample locomotion system that has since been surpassed by Titanfall. But if you were expecting anything totally new, including the non-inventive space campaign, look elsewhere.

An assemblage of hits and misses, that's the measure of this year's Call of Duty. I could say something about publisher Ubisoft pulling back from its annualized Assassin's Creed franchise, or how even Doctor Who gets a break. But it's probably simplest to remind that it's shooter season, and this year, the alternatives are formidable.

Overhated COD game. The campaign is really underrated, great character development, characters are slightly memorable, fun Campaign main and side missions, solid visuals and graphics, smooth gameplay, strong musical score, creative Zombies mode, unique futuristic setting and cool weapons. Online and local multiplayer is decent. The jetpack mechanism isn't the best, but it's good enough. The problems are is that the campaign is way too short, most multiplayer maps are average and the campaign's main villain is forgettable and doesn't get enough screen time. Overall, COD: Infinite Warfare is a solid FPS game. It doesn't deserve the hate.

The game is **** WHY IN THE WORLD AM I JETPACKING IN SPACE? This is Call of Duty. The WWII game. I felt like BO2 was already a stretch and AW and BO3 were already extensively in the future. Infinity Ward, you have disappointed 30 million players.
