Just as I suspected from the trailers before the game came out, even though I didn’t start playing until year after its release, the single-player campaign is incredibly lackluster. The gameplay is built entirely around online play, exactly as intended. It feels like they added the story mode just to avoid backlash, but it lacks variety and immersion. We move through visually appealing graphics and environments, but it feels hollow—just a shell. Even setting that aside, the game fails to deliver in the one area where it’s most ambitious: the gameplay. The lack of weapon variety and the combat become incredibly tedious after just a few hours. You don’t care about the story, but the gameplay lacks the depth needed to keep you engaged. The game has received dozens of updates, but none of them actually improve the single-player experience. They’re just cosmetic additions for the online mode.

The reason the game got such low scores is because there are gay and Black characters everywhere. Otherwise, it’s just an average game. The stealth sections in the gameplay bothered me—this sections were genuinely boring. The story is cliché, the graphics look good, and there are no optimization issues.

A game developed by a small team with great passion. However, it lacks polish and hasn’t reached its full potential due to budget constraints. In its current state, the game doesn’t come close to the standards of games released in 2025. It looks like a game from the early 2010s, and it bears a striking resemblance to ArcaniA—the 2010 installment of the Gothic series that served as inspiration for Of Ash and Steel. I’ve played for about two hours, but I’m not sure if I’ll stick with it to the end because there’s a serious loading screen issue despite having an M.2 SSD, and the optimization seems problematic as well. I understand that the developers’ goal was to create a old-school role-playing game, but by simply gathering all the existing clichés of the genre and adding nothing new, they’ve ended up with something outdated.

This is one of those series where I just can’t figure out what makes it so special. It’s the final and most big-budget game in the series, yet even the combat—which should be the best and most engaging part—is utterly mediocre. I haven’t even finished the other games in the series, so I don’t really understand the story, but DMC is one of those series where the story is just an excuse for the gameplay—I didn’t care enough to play the other games anyway. I have a general idea of what DMC is about, but it’s really a boring universe with a boring plot. The game’s unique sense of humor didn’t really click with me either. The biggest issue with the game is that it’s not beginner-friendly, and the controls are a complete mess as a result. You have to press three different keys at once just to make the slightest dodge. In many cases, you have to repeat the same action multiple times in places where the character could simply jump over, because the animation triggers randomly at the desired levels. Likewise, the cutscenes that pop up every 5–10 seconds in the fifth game eventually force you to skip them because they interrupt the gameplay so much. The game pauses the action for every obvious little thing and tries to draw your attention elsewhere. Even when collecting orbs in the game, a window pops up every single time. I couldn’t figure out if Capcom was trying to extend the gameplay here, but in a game this focused on pace, all these interruptions have ruined the gameplay. Since the graphics and optimization are good, I don’t want to lower the score too much.

Most people found the game short, but I found it to be the polar opposite—far too long. Based on the story we have, the game lacks the depth required to justify a 8–10 hour playthrough. The gameplay consists almost entirely of switching between two characters with different mechanics and traversing linear, corridor-like areas that offer nothing interesting to see; frankly, it feels pointless. It’s glaringly obvious that certain sections were added solely to mask how short the game actually is. Furthermore, since these two characters mostly navigate the same maps, switching between them doesn't even offer a fresh visual perspective. What saved the game for me were the fluid combat system and the absence of those tedious puzzles that often derail the pace. When it comes to Resident Evil, I don’t need to explain how much poorly designed puzzles can ruin the experience. However, the game’s abysmal optimization is a major issue. It is so poorly optimized that enabling a single hair setting can render it unplayable—this is unacceptable, especially since the graphics are barely an improvement over the 2019 sequel.Aside from the fact that the cliché of telling a single story from two different perspectives has become boring, I believe the experience would have been much better if we had just played as Leon. Grace is a one-dimensional and frustratingly clumsy character. As if managing her adult life weren’t enough, I didn’t enjoy being forced to play through almost every stage of her life, from childhood to adolescence. The Grace sections are what truly drag the game down; if they were removed or replaced with Leon’s perspective, the game would likely only take 2–3 hours.

As you approach the final levels, they send hordes of the same creatures introduced as bosses in the first level at you. There’s a story playing out in the background, but the gameplay never changes. The maps are only cosmetically different, but their designs are exactly the same. There’s nothing interesting to see. The optimization is also very poor. It doesn't even tell you how to save your progress, which is the most basic thing. It wants the player to figure everything out. Even though I googled it and still I had no idea how to save. In a game based entirely on trial and error and exploration, such a save system is absurd. This should at least be optional. This game is not hard, it's just illogical and unfair. It's just so awful. There are 6 different games collected in one version, but all of them are equally bland in gameplay and story. Throughout all the games you fight in similar areas against only two different enemy types. Sometimes there are cinematics, but without them you wouldn't even know if there was a story. You also have to control one of the most boring stereotypical main characters you've ever seen. On the other hand, the games do nothing to inform the player about Halo's lore, nor do they make any effort to capture their attention. Whether you play the games in order of release date or in chronological order, you have no idea what's going on. I have a hard time understanding how the Halo franchise has remained popular for so many years. These games have dated gameplay that is way behind the times, even for the year they were first released. If you are not interested in the online aspect, there is no reason to buy this version. Aside from the boring single-player gameplay, it takes up 120 GB of space on PC. Not only is it not worth buying, it's not even worth the space it takes up. The Halo series should be relegated to the dusty shelves of history like the Xbox 360, the platform on which they were developed. If you're looking for a real space themed adventure, try the Mass Effect trilogy, and if you're really curious about the Halo series, watch the TV series and animations instead of playing the games.

After the screenshots and videos I saw close to the release of the Veilguard, I was sure that it wouldn't live up to even my lowest expectations. I don't see Veilguard as a continuation of the Dragon Age series. In recent years, I've become tired of seeing game developers making content with messages about political agendas. If these kinds of games are going to continue to be released more frequently in the years to come, at least don't ruin well known franchises with a fanbase by making them a part of them.

Absolutely horrible experience. It's so obvious that BioWare went into this game with an MMO mentality that the gameplay is so full of unnecessary repetitive stuff that it's as if they wanted the game to never end. I had to force myself to finish this DLC, seeing it as just another chore, and I couldn't care less about the story. If the gameplay was a few hours long, maybe I wouldn't have a problem with it, but after 80 hours, the 5-6 hours of gameplay Trespasser adds is beyond my tolerance. The enemies in the DLC are just annoying damage sponges. It's playable if you're in love with the character of Solas or something and you care about him, otherwise the things people are saying about the DLC are completely exaggerated. Solas seemed like an interesting character throughout the main game, but I never really cared for him and frankly, I don't think it's worth the effort to complete his story. Finally, the biggest problem with the DLC is that you can't return to the open world after completing it. This is unnecessary and forces you to complete everything you left unfinished in Thedas just so you can play this DLC.

The graphics look quite dated now and especially when you try to play this game after playing the second game, the difference is too much and it's irritating. Although I don't understand why Rockstar didn't bring the first game to PC for 15 years and why they are now trying to sell such an old game for $50, still I will not lower the rating. The second game came to PC in 2019 and I think the first game should have been released in 2020. Rockstar was really late and didn't even bother to remastered it. I hated this DLC. Everything on the map seems to be purposely designed to waste your time. Every area to get to is built on top of mountains and huge trees, and you can spend hours figuring out how to get to areas. Every area on the map looks as if it is floating in the air. It's a terrible design and exploration is a chore. Also It doesn't feel like there's a story either. You just go to the map and start aimlessly doing boring side quests. It was frustrating that even though I went to the DLC area after finishing the main game, there were still rifts in the map that needed to be closed. At the very least, they should have disappeared. After 80 hours, when you start doing these DLC, it's hard to tolerate this kind of repetitive side content. The DLC offers no different and refreshing experience. It's just a copy and paste of everything you did during the main game. On higher difficulties, the enemies in this DLC have ridiculously high health. I finished the entire main game on High difficulty, but when I got here, I had to lower the difficulty to Normal because I just wanted it to be over.

Resident Evil 2 has the worst zombie design ever. Normally zombies can be killed in the head, but in this game they come back to life when you shoot them in the head, and you have to fire at least 10-20 bullets to actually blow a single zombie's head off, but even if it actually dies, the game continues to randomly teleport zombies to the areas you're in. The number of bullets the game gives you and the number and stamina of the enemies you encounter are extremely unbalanced. The developers must have realized this, because when you first start the game, you can pick up weapons with unlimited ammo from the chest. Even on the easiest difficulty it is impossible to finish this game without unlimited ammo. Anyone who claims otherwise and can actually enjoy this game is a fanatic Resident Evil fanboy. As if zombies weren't enough of a problem, not to mention how boring it is that we're constantly being chased by an immortal man and you have to constantly find puzzles and items to progress. Capcom should have used the immersive action-based gameplay from Resident Evil 5 and 6 in their games. They should have removed the puzzles from the series entirely. But due to classic obsessive developers and a terrible fanbase, these remakes are just as cancerous as the first versions. The positive things I can say about this game are that the optimization is successful and the graphics look good, but unfortunately these don't mean much in an unplayable game.

It's basically unplayable without a walkthrough. It's got nice looking visuals and good optimization, but like I said, the gameplay consists of interacting with things you don't know what they do and desperately hoping to progress. Honestly, I see wasted potential, it could have been a very successful game with an intuitive gameplay with a real story, or a good animated movie. But as it is, it's just a boring waste of time as it's all puzzles, blindly and without any direction.

It's supposed to be a game with impressive and horrifying gory scenes, but in reality, the gameplay is all about puzzle maps with constantly shifting gravity and terrible gunplay. I don't understand why it's getting such positive reviews and what's so interesting about the game. There is not even half as much successful content here as the players claimed. The only good thing about the game is the graphics, which are still not bad despite being released in 2006. But the gameplay is a chore and frustrating. And the story is complete nonsense.

For 2010 it has decent graphics and fast paced action, but overall it's a pretty average game. The story was a bit cliched and the gameplay got very repetitive and boring towards the end. There are a lot of notes and audio recordings. It is not possible to read or listen to them all. The story fragments are not presented interestingly enough. There is no memorable character. The main character is quiet and has no personality. He has also no motivation. The other characters are one dimensional and boring.

It is still sold, but not played on modern computers. You have to download files from different places to make it work. If you're not interested in updating the game, then don't sell it for money.
