Trespasser is one of the best DLCs in recent memory. It could be argued that Trespasser should have been a part of the original game since it wraps up Dragon Age: Inquisition so cleanly, but it does resonate as a distinct epilogue and holds up to the test of what should count as extra content.

Nevertheless for this Dragon Age fan Trespasser was a hugely satisfying end to Inquisition, and the final choice alone will have huge ramifications. Roll on Dragon Age 4.

Every journey deserves a proper goodbye. Trespasser feels like the ending Dragon Age Inquisition always deserved. It is not about bigger maps or endless loot, it is about closure, consequences and characters you have grown attached to over dozens of hours. From the very beginning, the DLC sets a more intimate tone, focusing on conversations, political tension and the emotional weight of everything your Inquisitor has lived through. The writing is easily the strongest part of the experience. Choices from the base game are acknowledged in meaningful ways, relationships feel personal, and the story finally ties together threads that had been lingering since the main campaign. It feels thoughtful rather than nostalgic, respectful of the player’s journey without ever feeling like cheap fan service. The final decision in particular is powerful, one of those moments that sticks with you long after the credits roll. Combat is more focused and challenging here, with encounters that demand attention instead of letting you coast through them. The environments may be more contained, but they are carefully designed and serve the pacing of the story well. Nothing feels bloated, everything feels intentional. More than anything, Trespasser succeeds because of its emotional payoff. Saying goodbye to companions feels earned, the stakes feel real, and the future of Thedas feels uncertain in the best possible way. It does not just add more content, it completes the experience. By the time it ends, Dragon Age Inquisition finally feels whole, and you are left wanting the next chapter more than ever.

Fantastic DLC - great plot, good mix of dialogue and exploration and combat, and incredible art/environments. A lot of fun to play this and a great way to wrap up the game. Should've been part of the main game but I see the fact that it was DLC as a good thing, they were able to invest more time and make it a truly epic end to the game instead of half-assed due to time constraints which would've likely been the case had it not been separate.

BioWare says its goodbyes in style. With their last DLC, Trespasser, they put all your favorite characters in the spotlight and they make us long for a new game sooner rather than later.

Trespasser goes a long way to prove that Bioware really does listen to what fans have to say without feeling like it’s pandering.

A worthy end to Dragon Age: Inquisition. A lengthy quest with a satisfying pay-off makes up for some unimaginative encounters.

The story is satisfying, refers to choices made in Inquisition, adds a lot to the lore and wraps up some loose ends. [12/2015, p.57]

Dragon Age: Inquisition’s tale comes to a close not with a bang, not with a whimper, but with some satisfying closure and challenging combat met with allies that’ve become close friends.

Trespasser was indeed a true epilogue to Inquisition. It took all the good elements from the Dragon Age games and gave us the best gameplay/experience. It contained lots of action, tons of lore, a simple and yet fun get-together with your companions and love interest. Choices also DO MATTER. A lot, and they affect EVERYONE as the ending epilogue has many different scenarios. Of course, as it happened in the Witch Hunt... you get to have questions answered. In the end, it perfectly sets up the stage for the next Dragon Age game while leaving you with plenty of emotions regarding the past, present and future of DA universe.

ENG RU Probably the only one of all three DLC, which is worth buying to finally close all the plot moves and find out the fate of his entire company, which was side by side with you the whole game. Just want to mention the delight that experienced when I came across a store that has everything in huge quantities and without restrictions, which is so lacking in the original **** addition chews up everything players didn't understand throughout the game and by past the main game and its ending, shows further development and the true end of the entire history of the Inquisition and its faithful servants. Perhaps, for this DLC and worth taking GOTY edition or this particular Supplement, it is not clear why the other 2 are made so carelessly.

Although most will call it an epilogue I feel this is more of a true ending than the game originally had. Still, it does tease a bit about the next game which kind of irked me but is expected. This is a dlc that is quite short for the amount of information and the implications that it provides for the universe and the rest of the series. This leaves me wanting and when combined with the mostly uninteresting enemy encounters and a small "world" I found this whole dlc to be a tad bit underwhelming. Bioware's narrative strength is shown very well throughout the whole dlc and they did implement music very well for once so my hopes are high for the road ahead.

Absolutely horrible experience. It's so obvious that BioWare went into this game with an MMO mentality that the gameplay is so full of unnecessary repetitive stuff that it's as if they wanted the game to never end. I had to force myself to finish this DLC, seeing it as just another chore, and I couldn't care less about the story. If the gameplay was a few hours long, maybe I wouldn't have a problem with it, but after 80 hours, the 5-6 hours of gameplay Trespasser adds is beyond my tolerance. The enemies in the DLC are just annoying damage sponges. It's playable if you're in love with the character of Solas or something and you care about him, otherwise the things people are saying about the DLC are completely exaggerated. Solas seemed like an interesting character throughout the main game, but I never really cared for him and frankly, I don't think it's worth the effort to complete his story. Finally, the biggest problem with the DLC is that you can't return to the open world after completing it. This is unnecessary and forces you to complete everything you left unfinished in Thedas just so you can play this DLC.
