Visually great, A+. Although the proportions of the Nomad seem a bit off sometimes. Is it suborbital or high altitude, small, medium, huge? It's hard to tell. In terms of story, the more you think about this film, the stupider it becomes. There's plot holes you can drive a truck through. Also, I don't have a bleeding heart for AI, so what are supposed to be emotional elements didn't land for me.

Way underrated by "critics". This was fun, well directed, and a joy to watch. Give it a chance

What did I just see? A movie respecting established characters. In the woke version, Maverick is a broken hobo called back to teach a team of lesbians who are already perfect in every way and teach him not to be a pathetic loser.

So a little girl can drive a tomahawk an inch into a tree. An average dude can't do that. And her hair looks suspiciously good most of the time. Is she packing a brush as well? This girl power stuff doesn't work in a Predator movie. Give me Ripley or Sarah Conner any day of the week. The obvious CGI was also below average for a movie.

This was woke crap. Boring, unfunny, etc. Unless you're into this rubbish, avoid!

Heard this was bad, but wow! Jared Leto was okay, but his love interest was completely forgettable. The plot is one sentence. The directing was bad. The whole movie went by pretty quickly because I was using my phone half the time. It couldn't hold my interest. A good example of how not to make a superhero movie.

Emo Batman. Other than "I am vengeance", there's no banter. He just beats the hell out of people. And its 30 min too long. Riddlers costume was a gimp mask? Good, but not a great Batman movie.

It's a paint-by-numbers horror movie with good acting and a jump scare that's more like a **** yourself scare. Trust me, you'll know it when you see it!

A great movie. Feels like a whole movie in the first half. The only aspect I didn't like was making a dysfunctional family funny. Mine wasn't funny, not funny at all

It tries to be sentimental and fails completely. And why do memories produce a complete 3D scene from a third person perspective? Answer: plot convenience. I didn't buy any of it.

This was pure schlock. Lost interest halfway through the first fight scene.

There were plot holes you could drive a truck through, but it's a popcorn movie, so I can appreciate it. Plus its streamed, so you don't have to tolerate being surrounded by obnoxious strangers.

As pointless and meandering as the first movie with obvious set ups. The ending is also very unsatisfying. TBH, I wanted the monsters to eat everyone, that's how bad this film is.

Some of the acting was sketchy at the beginning, but that changed when Kurt Russell showed up. He basically carries the movie, and when the gremlin-like elves made their appearance, I was sold. I'd watch an entire movie just about the elves. Also, the CGI is really good, like next level good. As a Christmas movie, you have to expect some cheese with that wine, but overall its a pretty good watch.

A new Predator movie is always a good thing. But this should be called The Predator? because it really didn't feel like a Predator movie. Most of the characters were completely forgettable. They should have had less characters and focused more on their development. Olivia Munn was good, but pretty much a token female character. Overall, we deserve a proper Predator film and definitely not a sequel to this.

Went in expecting Venom to be so bad, its good. Turned out to be straight good. The audience seems to agree, because Venom is bringing it in at the box office. Some parts are cheesy, but the producers knew what they were making and didn't overextend themselves. Completely recommend.

Intense and bloody. I mean, wow. The gore factor is very high in this one. It has a simple plot that is executed well. Definitely worth watching, unless you don't like blood, then definitely DO NOT watch this.

Its like they tried to pack a TV series into a film. The main character's parents forget who she is and 2 seconds later she's being picked up by dudes in biohazard suits? The country is post-apocalyptic because there aren't any children? The open ending indicating a sequel...yeah right. Don't bother watching this. It should have been dumped on Netflix.

What was the point of this movie? Gratuitous murder? Netflix needs to stop adding pointless movies/series to its library.

Annihilation is a slow-burn scifi thriller that takes place essentially in an alien world right here on Earth. The effects are great and the body horror and gore are awesome. This film should have appealed to the broad audiences of scifi and horror movie aficionados, but Annihilation was only released outside the US on Netflix (awesome if you have Netflix and don't live in the States, and thanks for the 4K HDR). Not sure why SJWs weren't all over this. Probably because its good and not in your face with "look at us, we're all women, hell one of us is a lesbian!" Anyway, its certainly worth watching.

Solo isn't bad as long as you don't try to believe Alden Ehrenreich is Han Solo. Some of the character motivations were sketchy, like when the SJW bot is shot to pieces and Lando cries about it. Dude, get a new bot. And when Thandie Newton's character throws her life away. Why? Its another forgettable "Star Wars" spin-off movie that seem to be getting worse. Glad I didn't pay money to see this at the cinema. These movies are approaching Direct-to-video quality.

This movie isn't even so bad its good, its just bad. They should have given up on a serious movie halfway through and gone with straight comedy. It gets a 1 for effort. Update: had to change to zero because of the fake review.

Definitely a "dumped on Netflix" movie. The premise is simple and the plot is predicable. The lack of resolution and details sinks this film into the low scores its getting. Read reviews before watching Netflix Original (dumped) movies.

If you think about about watching this film, don't. See any Mad Max film instead. The whole movie is dull and the cliches are done to death. The acting is mostly passable (loved Snoop) except for Suki Waterhouse. She should stick to modeling because she couldn't even pretend to be a robot!

The British have strange ideas about what is scary, like a 30°C day. Despite the numerous attempted jump scares, this movie might be least scariest "scary" movie I have ever seen.

This movie was gay. Like off the scale gay. Hard to imagine kids would even find this interesting. Nice visuals, but its so cringy! Read the book instead.

Wasn't expecting to to be blown away by Kubo and the two strings. This is a perfect film. The animation, humour, and voice acting are outstanding. Everything A+++++++++++++

There wasn't any tomb raiding in the beginning, some cycling though and a boxing match? Focus on the title. After tomb raiding finally began, it was meh.

Black Panther is good. The negative reviews are unwarranted. What were people expecting, it's BLACK Panther. It's obviously geared toward black people. There's even a token white guy.

Can't think of a less scary horror movie than this. The numerous jump scares are completely ineffective. The attempt to give this film some kind of narrative was useless. The Spierig brothers should stick to SciFi.

Sam Worthington had like four lines in this film. When you treat the main character as a supporting character, this is what happens. It's hard to review The Titan because I can't remember much about it, even only hours after watching this movie.

Downsizing is original. It isn't a sequel, remake/reboot, or comic book movie, which dominate these days. There's an interesting/humorous concept and the acting is solid. The subtle humor is great. Not sure why people wouldn't like Downsizing. Could be a result of the Marvel conquest of cinema. Unlike those movies, Downsizing has a soul.

Oh boy. Not terrible, but not good. Even the rolling text at the start was poorly written. The feminist undertones were there, and is Star Wars better for it - a resounding NO. The "humor" fell flat. It's also way too long. I was going for the Empire, ahhh I mean First order, by the end. The only good thing about The last jedi will be the Plinkett review. FYI. Bombs are only applicable when there's gravity. Update: After letting The last jedi sink in, a few things have become apparent. First, as a stand alone film, The last jedi isn't terrible, but as a follow up to The force awakens, it is garbage. I can see why Star wars fans hated it. Rian Johnson (the writer/director) basically flipped off every Star wars fan out there. He took a huge dump on everything that was set up in The force awakens. Who was Snoke, who are Rei's parents? Such potential for story development was wasted. The last jedi should be struck from the record and they should try again with Star wars 8.1. I seriously doubt any degree of course correction in Star wars 9 could make up for The last jedi. BTW. Disney, good luck selling toys for whiny emasculated male characters and irritating SJW/feminism-driven female characters.

Al Pacino, Karl Urban, what could go wrong? This by-the-numbers mystery crime thriller is unwatchable. Al Pacino phones in his performance and Karl Urban tries but doesn't have much to work with. The ending that alludes to a sequel is laughable.

Although watchable, Mute is kind of dull. A major issue is the plot. It's thin and character motivations aren't explained well. The world isn't fleshed out, and some of the direction is poor. Respect to Alexander Skarsgard for taking on a role with practically no dialogue, which is a hard sell to actors.

This movie overextended itself into too many areas and wasn't very successful in any of them. Nothing was explained very well. If Cloverfield Paradox didn't try to be Event Horizon, it might have been better.

This is the worst Netflix production I've seen. Whoever directed this should be shown the door. The thriller tropes are hamfisted and I skipped ahead hoping it would get better. It didn't. Interesting how many fake reviews there are for this movie. The producers must know they made a turd. Check out the rotten tomatoes rating for a real score.
