Not my usual style of game but wow. I gave this a go on gamepass and after the intro my mind was blown I had to purchase it out right on PS5. The music is incredible and has been stuck in my head since I started. Best game of the year by far and easily my top ten of all time.

Fantastic game. The characters are so well done and the story is incredible. There are too many positives to list about this game but massive shout out for the sound track. It is hauntingly beautiful and is one of my favourite things about the game. I can’t wait for the next episode and hope this developer keeps making bangers like this on the future

This game was an absolute JOY to play. Platformers aren’t usually my thing but this game was just so clever and engaging it constantly surprised me. Truly deserved to win GOTY 2024

As a HUGE fan of this series, this game had it all. It was absolutely brilliant. I started a second play through as soon as I finished the first! I cannot wait for the next entry in this series. Trust the process

If you like south park then don’t miss this game! It is short but for £15 I can’t complain. Plenty of replay ability too. Of course the previous two games were better but I view this as more of arcade game! Great story and fun gameplay

What a surprise this game was. I stupidly wrote it off during its announcement and trailers. Cleverly the developers released a demo so I thought wow they must have have faith in this let’s give it a go. I was instantly hooked. the graphics, audio and story are incredible. The gameplay is so fun and just can’t put it down! There really is something special about the soundtrack in this game. It brings such a great vibe to the gameplay. Do not miss out on this absolute world class game. Can’t wait for the sequel!

Pure trash. The game is just littered with repetitive quests and unrewarding exploration objectives. It is incredibly slow to play. Whilst the graphics are nice, that only gave it a pass for a few hours. The game is unbearable I can’t even bring myself to finish it. It is so dull. I cannot bare to play a second longer if this rushed crap. Ubisoft are not what they used to be.I recently just finished the free god of war dlc and that is a REAL game. There was no love put into this. Simply a quick cash grab. AVOID

Absolutely perfect. This is one of those special games thats a blast to play from beginning to end. The graphics are incredible and the story is somehow better than the first which set the bar so high! I can’t wait for whatever they do next.

Incredible dlc. The graphics and performance were so impressive. The story was so much fun I hope we see some of the characters return. As is usually the case when there is a character that isn’t straight it gets review bombed. Just ignore these irrelevant fossils as they will soon be left behind. There’s no stopping horizon

First experience on the PSVR2 and what a game to start with! Really showed off the capabilities of the headset. Great story which felt really authentic and fun gameplay! GOOD: Graphics Combat Depth Intense BAD: Too much climbing Challenges could have been more imaginative

Another banger. I’m lost for words how these games are as good as they are. Generally I’m not that into Norse mythology but god of war makes me a fan and keen to learn more. Everything from the story to the gameplay to the graphics are a 10. Absolute joy to play and can’t wait for more

Disappointed yet again with this years big “Xbox exclusive” it’s pretty much just a walking simulator. There is zero horror and the game is a complete bore. All you do is walk around and press a button to interact with uninspired puzzles. 4-5 hours later you’re done wondering why you even bothered. There is no story here. No enjoyment. Xbox really **** at making compelling games these days. The only positive I have is that they knew to keep it short as any longer most people would just quit

They have somehow taken the fun out of a once fun game. I understand things change but the fact this game basically plays like basketball is too far. The idea now is to pass pass pass pass and tap it in the net. Dribbling and pace are pointless as they do not work. I just want to have fun and I’m winning every game I play and am left so unsatisfied after each match.

Disappointed is an understatement for this game. I hoped the reboot would be a new beginning but it turns out we were just played using the saints row name for a quick cash grab. No effort was made for this game. I don’t believe for a second the developers saw this and believed it to be good. The co op isn’t designed well at all. It straight up doesn’t work most of the time. The story is non existent. It’s very buggy and the missions are a chore to play. What a fall from grace. I won’t be touching anything from these developers again.

The “0” reviews here show how weak so many people are. I keep seeing dumb things like “ the games obviously a ten but I’m giving it a zero because I don’t want to pay £70” then don’t? Pathetic people aside. This is the best version of the game it almost feels like a new experience. Outstanding visuals and gameplay. So grateful this got made. This is the version I will be showing anyone who’s yet to see this game!

For me this is a strange one to review. I initially hated it but kept going and going until I got better. The beginning is the hardest part. By the end the boss’s were dropping first time and there is many OP builds you can make at any time. The fact there is co op for the boss’s too really doesn’t make this much of a challenge if you have someone that’s good. As a game it is addicting as hell and I’ve got to give it credit for that. It’s got a few small performance issues but nothing too bad. The story is non existent but the gameplay is so fun at times you don’t really care. It is Over hyped by critics and I think games like TLOU and horizon are way way better. But this was still pretty damn good.

I was worried this would be as good as the first which I thought was so unique and groundbreaking. It is my all time favourite game so it had a lot to live up to. Well it beat all expectations. The story somehow recreates that feeling I had during the first one and makes it even better. It is such a amazing and unique story. The graphics are the best to date and the world is breathtaking. This is an absolute must play for everyone

Among the best graphics out there. A truly incredible story and very meaningful. It isn’t the most fun game and I’d consider it more an experience but it’s well worth the play josh take many breaks. It can get addictive eventually after the slow start. My only criticism is the driving. It’s the worst driving physics I’ve ever seen in a game. Otherwise the game played perfectly

One of the best games ever made. An absolute pleasure to play and such a fun journey. Can’t wait for more.

Cod vanguard review Wasn’t expecting much here and I was still underwhelmed

Guardians of the galaxy review Well **** I didn’t expect it to be that good. The gameplay was so fun and well made with the team. The story is filled with cameos and Easter eggs I’m shocked at how many huge people they got in. You can tell the people who made this are fans of marvel because one of the first things you can unlock is the OG costumes from the 2014 movie. About 20 hours long which is perfect. Really expands the story of the characters. Graphics are pretty good and the soundtrack is obviously brilliant. So much fun. The sequel will be a day one buy. 9/10.

Absolute trash. So disappointed with this one. How hard is it to make fun levels? You repeat many of the levels in daylight or nighttime and none of the maps are memorable. Left4dead2 plays better than this and is way more fun. This game is a mess and the fact there’s no campaign versus? No wonder it went straight to gamepass. They clearly knew it wasn’t worth selling. AVOID.

I was so disappointed with this game. It got slightly more bearable as it went on but I almost quit after the first few hours. I questioned whether it had actually been made by gamers it is so slow and unoptimised. Some examples of this are when picking up items on the ground you have to stand literally on top of the item to pick it up and look dead centre. The slightest deviation and you aren’t picking it up. This slows down gameplay massively. Another example is when you call for your ride to come you have to wait for it to slowly arrive and then listen to the npc say some irrelevant catchphrase and then wait for him to get out of the car. This really takes the momentum out of the game and I never used this feature because of that. That is just a couple examples but it’s al all round let down. The graphics were also poor for next gen. It’s just copy and paste like the last few games. Thank god I only rented this one.

So much fun! I wasn’t expecting much from this game but was really surprised. Me and my friend haven’t been able to stop playing! Lots of replay-ability and only £30! Editing this a Little while in… dropped from an 8 to a 5 due to zero endgame and the hard difficulties being near impossible with zero reward. Fun whilst it lasted tho.

This game is a MUST PLAY. I didn’t think it looked great from the trailers but rented it anyway. Man was I surprised when I got so addicted to it. It’s so much fun. The only criticisms I have is Julianna is too under powered and the online is laggy. Still a solid 9/10.

Timed Xbox exclusive (coming to ps non September) Graphics are decent. Story’s not bad Controls are very clunky The whole split world gimmick gets annoying very fast Audio is great! Monster is well done Main character is likeable. Collectibles were fun Puzzles were a good difficulty Was made jump once and only once because i looked through a crack in the wall at a bath lol 5 hours long which I like. But I had to motivate myself to play it a lot. Not the most fun game. A LOT of cutscenes. Probably 40 minutes worth making this 4 and a bit hours. Would I play the sequel if there was one? No. Overall 4/10. Not the worst game in the world and thank god it’s short. Had a good idea but it didn’t translate into fun gameplay.

Another masterpiece from Sony. The best ratchet and clank game ever! From a technical standpoint point this game sets the bench mark.

Possibly the most bland and boring game I have ever played. First off the dialogue is painful. There is too much talking and every sentence before you can hear the English version you must listen to the animal grunting version first. It grew frustrating very quickly. The combat is also very uninspired. I could list a lot more. If this game was free or £15 then I wouldn’t be bothered and would just ignore it but the fact they charge full price is not ok.

Incredible. I had no idea what type of game this was going to be when I bought it. I thought I had made a big mistake when I learned about the difficulty and dark souls death style. I am really bad at difficult games but I stuck with this one. I am so glad I did. Everything about this was incredible and whenever I did die I was so addicted I had to go again instantly! I did the entire game with 8 deaths! So even for the average gamer this is a must play.

A joy to play from beginning to end. I never wanted it to end and can’t wait to start my second play through. It was better than the first in every way except length ! But it’s a stand-alone so I knew what that meant. Can’t wait for the next one!

Just wow. You can tell this was made by marvel fans. The graphics are unreal and the story is incredible. Gameplay is perfect for each character. Overall one of the best games I have ever played. Can’t wait for what’s to come

After playing 20 hours I’m still not done! This game keeps amazing me the more I play it. The most authentic samurai game to date and a must play for all gamers !

Finally finished it and all’s I can say is wow. The story was so well thought out. Traumatic and powerful. I can’t wait to play this again !

Anyone who has actually played this game agrees how incredible it actually is. The horde is terrifying ! Some of the best gaming moments I’ve ever had in my life. I desperately want a sequel !
