Back 4 Blood is one of those games that you don’t have to particularly worry about grinding, which is incredibly refreshing. Between grinding for in-game currency for dungeon gear in FFXIV, and trying to level up my weapons in Dauntless, it’s nice to have a game I can jump back into with my friends at any point in time and just play. It’s fast-paced, creative, and just all-around good fun. What’s not to love? The game has been out for a while, but that just means that the developers have had more time to listen to feedback and start fixing some of those bugs that have been bothering players.

Writing this review with 250hrs in game. It's just one of those games where you can just hop on with friends and just charge through thousands of zombies with a smile on your face. This game isn't perfect but it is loads of fun. I play it online with my father across the country and my son in the other room, this is our bonding game and we have so much fun together playing it. If you take it too seriously then yea, it's not as enjoyable but that's not the point. The performance is definitely the worst part of the game. Loading screens are fairly good on PC but take forever on console. Performance isn't the greatest as I'll still get very little stuttering here and there but not game breaking. Love the card building system to fine tune your type of gameplay... melee build is basically a health adding cheat code. But in 2026, for the price you can get it at now with all the DLC you'd be dumb to not try it out

+ Система карточків окейна ( тільки + пару дот. слотів хотів би )
+ Практично без додаткових транзакцій ( тільки длс за ціною шаурми )
+ Зброя і модифікації ( тільки - і за механіки ближнього бою обмежувати стаміною, бо мало веселощів за стрілецькою зброєю )
+ Мутанти/Люди, класне різноманіття від тата L4D ( але би пару free-персонажів би не завадило б )
+ Кампанія/сюжет, набагато прикольніший і різноманітний
+ Багів немає ( в основному, але попадались приколи з провалами під текстури, поганою колізією пуль і ближнього бою і нпс деколи можуть затупити )
+ Графіка класна, оптимізація не підкачала - Щось не то з балансом, бо знаючи карту ( механіки монстрів босів і тд ) ну тобі реально б'ють лице навіть проста толпа а тут мутанти як Sigma легко розбивають лице навіть на середньому рівні складності
- Приділіть увагу менш - але популярним мовам : Українська Польська, Японська і тд
- Деколи онлайн не прям великий, але це вже залежить від людей хто купуватиме ( або грати по пасу ) Дитинство провів за L4D і обожнював цю гру за сюжетку, гемплей, деякі механіки і чуть ноут не протер коли грав - тепер майже те ж саме але прикольніше :)

Thanks to the AI Director, incredible atmosphere and great pacing, Back 4 Blood is a triumphant return for Turtle Rock.

Es un juegazo :"3 y está bien optimizado, no debieron de decir que era el sucesor de l4d, pero fuera de eso es muy buen juego, bonitos mapas, los infectados medios raros de entender pero entretenidos aunque el diseño es repetitivo en algunos, tiene una mecánica de cartas interesante y entretenida y es muy buen juego en general, me trae melancolía, aunque claro está que no lo deberían de ver como l4d3

Whether I’m laughing out loud over a brilliant strategy gone awry or just barely getting onto an escape vehicle with Ridden right on my heels, Back 4 Blood has the right formula for a good few weekends of co-op fun. If it gets even more support and updates down the line, I could see this taking up a spot as a go-to social game for quite a while to come. Really, it just feels good to have this sort of game back again.

In spite of its shortcomings, though, Back 4 Blood is already starting to feel like it could very well become my go-to zombie shooter whenever I just want to have a fun, social experience with friends. Despite how saturated the zombie game market has become, Back 4 Blood cuts through all the noise and delivers a solid co-op shooter that oozes charm and prioritizes fun with friends over everything else.

Back 4 Blood is the spiritual sequel to Left 4 Dead and as such it won't disappoint those who have long been waiting for an inspired, solid and fun zombie-based cooperative experience.

Back4Blood is the perfect game to play with friends, if we have enough party members to make it so our team isn't filled with Bots. This title promise complex experiences, that defy the laws of physics and communication, where hope is always the last to die. In a scenario where resources are low, and the hordes are endless, the path is long until the next safe zone. In contrast, it shows some bugs that although aren't game breaking, turn the attention from which should be a gameplay focused exclusively on the mission, without any visual distraction. Still, Back 4 Blood has potential to be one of the best zombie multiplayer games of our time.

Как приемник L4D игра получилась более динамичной, прибавилось много интересных механик, в их числе карточки с перками, одноразовые карточки, карточки помех, уровни оружия, и модули на оружия Искренне не понимаю людей, которые говорят, что оружие не ощущается. Они либо играют с включённым автоцентрированием прицела, либо у них катаракта на оба глаза. В игру интересно играть как в одиночку, так и в мультиплеере. Единственный минус, который я точно могу подчеркнуть: платное DLC для открытия 5-ого акта сюжетной кампании(

It's a very good game, and I love it. From my perspective, people didn't like it because they were expecting another Left 4 Dead installment. However, for those who haven't played Left 4 Dead, it's a great game. My only complaint is the card-based perk system that can be confusing and frustrating sometimes, and also, in can feel repetitive.

The difficulty spike between the easiest mode and the next one up is being able to do it in your sleep or having to go full super sweat and tryhard. There's too much of a spike. The amount of items and mechanics takes away from the run vs adding to it. The amount of reading required, affixes, subsystems, etc all overwhelm a really solid base game. If they would have just focused on simplicity with the solid base and shooting mechanics it could have been awesome. Instead there is way too much going on, the card system creates a ton of confusion, and there isn't a easy way to distinguish what is going on. Everything devolves into chaos. It's fun with a friend but it's one of those games where the more you play, the worse you feel about all the wasted potential.
