Rhythm Heaven Groove9
Jul 12, 2026
I didn’t realize what I had been missing from Nintendo. Rhythm Heaven Groove is a fantastic rhythm game, built around the clever idea of teaching players how to feel and understand rhythm while still challenging their skills. It features catchy music, creative minigames, and plenty of memorable moments. I had a great time with it, and I’m definitely looking forward to the next entry in the series.

Never DiesLive and Let DieThe Living DaylightsMoonrakerGoldfingerOn Her Majesty’s Secret ServiceNo Time to DieThe Man with the Golden **** World Is Not Enough

This is a gem, but one made for a very specific niche: players who enjoy narrative-driven experiences. It combines an amazing soundtrack, beautiful art direction, and an intriguing story about departure, loss, and moving on. If you’re looking for a traditional game with mainstream gameplay, this may not be for you. But if you’re open to a slower, more emotional experience, there’s a lot to appreciate here.

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire9
Apr 26, 2026
Mouse: P.I. for Hire does an excellent job of delivering an old-school FPS experience that feels like a loving nod to classic Doom games, while still having a personality all its own. The game’s biggest strength is its style. The hand-drawn rubber hose animation is incredibly charming, and the 1930s cartoon atmosphere is so well realized that it pulls you right into its world. Every detail helps sell the illusion, from the expressive character designs to the eerie detective-mystery tone. The voice acting is also fantastic, with Troy Baker absolutely knocking it out of the park. The soundtrack is just as strong, perfectly matching the game’s mix of humor, action, and unsettling moments. Throughout the story, you’ll find scenes that are funny, strange, and sometimes genuinely disturbing, giving the mystery a memorable edge. Now, if you’ll excuse me, this game has mysteriously provoked an urgent craving for fondue.

Crimson Desert8
Apr 2, 2026
In Progress: 8/10 I can recommend this game, but with a few caveats. The early hours gradually become more enjoyable as you unlock new skills and take advantage of the freedom the world offers. You can explore almost anywhere at any time, although that does not necessarily mean you should do so right away. When it comes to story engagement, Crimson Desert feels like the complete opposite of Death Stranding. Kojima’s game presents a strange but compelling story that can pull you in, even if its opening is very slow and restrictive at the beginning. Crimson Desert, on the other hand, gives you very little reason to care about its story until much later. That is one of its biggest flaws, and it may keep the game from having broader appeal. Still, if the gameplay clicks with you and you find your own enjoyment in it, there is a lot here to appreciate.

A fair score would be 7.5, to be honest. As a Kojima enthusiast who appreciates almost all of his work, I had high expectations for this game. I didn’t know what to expect. Would it be something like Metal Gear? More action-oriented? I was unsure. But when the reveal happened, I found something intriguing in the mechanics of being a delivery man. The setting was so captivating that I wanted to learn more about the new world Kojima had **** story, while it might seem ridiculous at times, is engaging. The cinematics are well crafted. However, my main issue lies with the gameplay. It feels bland, especially coming from a game like Metal Gear Solid V, which had phenomenal gameplay and a just-okay story by Kojima’s standards. Something felt missing. The game suffers from pacing problems. It often doesn’t feel like a fun challenge. Instead, it feels like my capabilities are being restrained until something better unlocks to improve the gameplay. I hope Kojima addresses some of these issues in a sequel, if one ever comes.

I can summarize this review by saying. In 2025, this is one of the best JRPG I have ever played in my life. Fun gameplay, interesting story, wonderful soundtrack. It does everything well. Great job Sandfall! You got me a 10.

Astro Bot9
Jul 22, 2025
I'd give it an 8.5 if possible. This is a fun simple game that takes the mechanics from other games and does it well. It uses the nostalgic element of playstation history to make you collect the other astro bots who represents franchises of Playstation or third-party companies. The challenge overall is very basic until you find the difficult levels (most of them are not challenging for platformers players). Overall, it took me less than 20 hours to achieve the platinum trophy. Hope Playstation continues with this type of proposals

Black Myth: Wukong9
Sep 2, 2024
A game that brings something fresh to the souls formula. I love each one of the boss fights. The exploration system is kinda mediocre (no maps and many branches of a place to visit). There are interesting side quests and the animation they have done is incredible. I'd recommend watching a summary of "Journey to the West" before playing Wukong to have a better reference of everything. There are many characters that someone can get confused.

I would add a 9.5 because there are just a few tiny features that could be improved in the game, but overall, this is the best 2D platform game right now. It made me go back to when I discovered Super Mario World for the first time. The game has surprises, it's beautiful, it has some challenges, and definitely a new direction for what a Super Mario Bros game should be. A must-play game for sure!

Even though the SNES version is not my favorite, this game is awesome! Nintendo gave us something amazing for Switch Online subscribers for free. I have a love relationship with the skyhigh and the cars that show after the first laps, but overall this a very solid entrance. Most important, it is fun and there is a huge community playing it! Absolutely W for F-zero games!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild0

This game revolutionized what we call exploration. It is immensely fun and it changes the way how any Legend of Zelda. It is supposed to be. A con might be the fact we do not have dungeons, however, the concept is that the world is your dungeon. The story, the details, the music, everything is done incredibly. If Ocarina of Time changed the world and made it magic, this game is its equivalent. Play it, enjoy it. An absolute masterpiece.

GoW Ragnarok might be the best Playstation game that has been developed since The Last of Us (just above GoT). The mechanics, the combat, the story, the details, and the ending could be likely the end of the GOW saga. They do improve over GoW 2018; however, they introduced new parts of the games that were added poorly. Some of the bad aspects of the game are: - There is some problem with pacing in the first half of the game. After the amazing intro and battle, we will have to explore new areas where basically most of the battles are very dull and there are too many puzzles that might feel you bored of it. - Extended artificial walking and climbing scene to tell you a story. This is personal, but just "playing" an automatic pilot part where you have to climb or walk while they tell you the story was a bad decision. I would have loved to do it as a cut scene. - The overpriced $10 for a PS4 game. We are still playing an old-generation game. There was no point to stop giving them an improved version like GOW 2018 had back then. The graphics are pretty much similar between versions and the use of the vibration and haptic feedback is at most unnoticeable. The damn gaps where you have to go through as loading screen. - Bugs at launch: Several parts where the music got bugged (no music suddenly) or the effects did not play properly. There were a couple of bugs that made me redo the sections. Frame drops on large areas. Many of them affected my experience. Those are the reasons why this game is not getting a 9 or even a 10. The best game Playstation Studios has released in a while. I am Happy I could play it.

Masterpiece. 120 hours spent without getting bored of it. This game is the perfection to the souls formula. I would have liked if they wanted to invest a bit more in the narrative of thoe game, but we know they are FromSoftware. A game to be remembered forever.

Sure there is popping if you have an open zone game where the protagonist runs at a very high speed. However, this game surprised me. It is so fun and relaxing. Sure it has simple mechanics in some situations, but it keeps the essence clear of what it is Sonic. Hope this is the beginning of something great for the blue hedgehog.

Mario Party Superstars9
Nov 2, 2021
It's definitely a game that you can enjoy with your friends or online players and has almost the best games of the franchises. However, there are things I need to point out: - The game gives a lot of coins on the board. Lucky spaces are all over the place so it doesn't seem to be lucky to land on these. - A draw minigame result rewards players all players? **** has some sort of competition and 2 players end up in a draw, why are they both being rewarded in the same way as they would have won? A fair result would be to split the reward in 2. - I think the game has a decent net code, but sometimes the other players have a very unstable connection that actually may affect the outcome. Especially survival that you may lose because of an unstable connection and lose the winning strike. - I am aware that there are bonus stars, but sometimes the categories could be more about rewarding effort than just rewarding randomness. People who won most of the games/coins, use/purchase more items, etc. instead of rewarding somebody that landed on red spaces? - Add the options to cancel the game search whenever you want. That's it. In general, is a good game that needs some game balance to make it more "fair." A must have for Mario Party lovers.

I waited until the release of the total roster to give a score. I can say this is one of the best games in history and should have got the GOTY in 2019. Nintendo, Sakurai and made an amazing job and showed love and dedication for this product. Of course, there are things that can be improved, but based on the fact that there is not a perfect game, this one went beyond any expectations.

Not a bad game but very disappointing. The combat feels so good and satisfying, Graphics look great but at the expense of blurring. Mario Golf: Super Rush9
Jun 28, 2021
if you are trying to find a game that introduces you to the golf world. This is your game. If you are trying to find a game to enjoy with friends. This is your game. If you enjoyed the Mario Golf Saga. This is your game. There are many pros but I will only focus on Cons to what you may agree. - Music: Not very relevant, but it would be great if they throw more songs so it doesn't get repetitive after so many hours of gameplay - Thinking that Adventure mode is like the story or something like that? No, don't try to think of this like that. This is a Mario Game. No think about finding something that is revolutionary or gives the a good story. The Adventure mode is somewhat of a tutorial so you can grind your character. - This is not totally a bad thing. But you can notice that there will be DLC. Hopefully will add a ton more content - Why they didn't include a tournament mode??
