So poorly written! Waste of time. There is no player choice as all choices are meaningless. The ending is enraging where something bad happens and there is excessive missing details. I hate this game, hate the pretentious writing and the music that carries most of these scenes. The powers are so lazy and do whatever the game requires. The powers warp into new powers with no explanation to fit what the game wants even if it does not make sense. This is a game for stupid people with NO critical thinking skills! The worst part about this game is that it is boring!

Proof that better graphics do not make for a better game... the original was so much better. Honestly it feels like only ****. ONLY BUY THIS GAME ON SALE. It IS WORTH playing but you are not going to want to replay this one. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM with this remake is that if feels like they took more out of game compared to the original and it feels rushed soul-less and empty. In a remake I feel like they need to add more not take more out. ++ Nemesis feels more like a treating than ever in terms of strength, and speed. + The power station bug section is amazing and unique and the game needed a lot more of those sections. + The dodging mechanic is back and it feels good when you get it right! A very good add to this game. +++ The end game timer does not count the cut-scenes & the cinematic moments +/- First of all the game is too short but that has never been a problem for the RE series BUT since there are no puzzles and the game is linear that becomes a MAJOR problem. + Changing Jill's design because in the original the tube top and mini shirt just don't make sense. ---NO RE-PLAYABILITY (harder modes do not count) -The puzzles are too easy to the point where it is embarrassing. -This game sacrificed having a big city to explore to becoming something that felt empty and horribly linear. There are too many landmarks in the city missing, No clock tower (mostly), No Raccon Park, No graveyard, No gas station, No newspaper building, No Mayor statues. No construction sites (not really). The game did not feel like a city if felt like 2 blocks of a town and that is a huge problem. - The story was so poorly written and that pacing felt so rushed that characters never got a chance to have the interactions they needed for the story to feel right. - The original game has these quick time events where you had to make decisions that really effected game play and enhanced re-playability and because that was neglected that game feels linear and empty. - Missing enemies like giant worm, Grave digger and spider - No multiple endings. I just want to be honest this game is NOT a 0 but it is NOT a 10 by any means.

This game is an unbalanced mess. The mini games are poorly described, sometimes they are not even described at all in the case of VS tiles... so most of the time you do not even know what your doing... which gives experienced players too much of an advantage. There are too few maps... I want alot more than 4 maps considering the price of this game. The maps given are too small. You cannot see characters special dices when choosing characters which make the game entirely unbalanced. Since every character has a specific dice... some are ALOT better than others which again only advanced players would know. The partner mechanic... which makes it so that you get a partner on the board, additional dice roles and sometime help in mini games makes the game excessively unbalanced. The prices of stars are too low (10 coins instead of 20) making it so that it is too easy for the lead character to get mulp stars. Despite the amazing looking maps, and fun mini games... the unbalanced problems outweighs the good... this is a poorly thought out game!

STORY-SPOILER FREE This game deserves a score in the range of 7-9 BUT because of a bug that causes a huge amount of lag I have to be honest with PC users & say DO NOT BUY THIS GAME ON PC!!!!!! A major bug occurs around only the end part of the game but it was so annoying that I cannot recommend this port. The error occurs when: -> Summoning Eden -> Gilgamesh appearances -> Rinoa's Wishing Star Limit Break -> Jumbo Cactaur attack (special move, don't know name) -> Multiple occurrences during final battle -> Death animation sequence of final boss INFO ON BUG & SEMI-FIXES STORY: 10/10 +I love this story & the more I play this game the more I can see the full story and how everything falls into place. The story is very complex, kiddy in the right places, funny, and engaging. +/- Not all the individual characters in the party get major stories but they do all get a chase to shine in the main story. Gameplay: 4.8/10 + Limit breaks are really fun to use and alter the gameplay of different characters + Majority of characters are really fun to use and play. + Triple Triad Card game is actually really fun! At first, it may look easy but, additional rules make it more complicated later on. I actually played the card game more than I battled. + INTERESTING PERSONAL CHALLENGES: You can play the entire game without leveling-up your character. I enjoyed playing the game without leveling-up. It is a lot of fun to build strategies like that. -BATTLES: The problem is that after you learn how battles & the junction system works... you can cheeze your way through everything. For example, you can use limit breaks back-to-back in all battles. -There is little-to-no strategy for most battles & boss fights. (I only died 1 time at the final boss) have to think too hard after you figure things out. It is almost like the game is broken or too easy. -WORST PART OF THE GAME: Drawing magic! During battles you draw and stock magic for latter use causing 1 min long battles to last for 10-15 mins - ON THE FINAL BOSS YOU CANNOT PICK YOUR OWN PARTY FOR NO REASON. I just wanted to let you know that ... no the game is not broken... it just does that... Sound: 10/10 Graphics: An Old-School 10 / 10 +Look you are not playing this game for the graphics. They have a charming PS1 pixelated feel. - The updated graphics make some of the backrounds look dated. Not really a problem though.

STORY: 2/10 - Poor characterization: The main character's job is to complete a mission --> get captured or high --> get tortured --> get free => Repeat!!! - ALL ENDINGS ARE DISAPPOINTING: This is a big reason to not play this game. Nothing you do actually matters in the game. GAMEPLAY: 6/10 - Worst AI: The AI has not improved since Farcry 3. The AI is too easy to trick and not tactful enough. If you had fun +/- The mini-games are fun but they become too grindy after a bit. + Guns are all interesting and diverse and fun to play with. + You get AI teammates that are fun but often act poorly. +/- Skill tree is the there. Nothing new. - Enemy spawns are to close to the player in areas that take you out of the game. GRAPHICS: 8/10: I love the artistic style of this game SOUND: 8/10 The sound reflex the tone on the game and integrate nicely with the game.

DO NOT BUY Say good-bye to your distinctive player style because random drops me you cannot play the game the way you want. Random drops me you are constrained to the upgrades randomly get. You have no choice. The drop rates for rare cards are so low that the game is not worth playing. I have spent hours playing to unlock some crates and most of the time I ending up with nothing of value. Out of 12 hours of gameplay I have unlocked only 1 real thing of value. This is because there Pay-to-Win system is there to try to get you to spend money for more chances at something good. Players do have the option of gaining scrap credits but this is gained in such minuscule quantities that it NOT a viable option. STORY: SP campaign is ~5.5 hours long. The story contains the most PREDICTABLE boring plot twists. EA has announced that they are have “Temporarily” removed the microtransactions. Lets face it, EA have the attitude that because it is a Star Wars Game you will buy it and play it.

I am not rating this based on the few glitches that will be fixed. I am sad because there is the framework **** game but because of bad decisions made by the creators I am giving this a score of 4. The game mechanics are flawed and unbalanced: 1. God frames are when a character does an animation in which they cannot be damaged. So if Jason starts a long animation where they pick someone up you cannot damage Jason. 2. Weapon animations are too slow and unresponsive meaning that a player counselor is unable to hit Jason when needed. This could be balanced by making characters with higher strength attack quicker and keeping low stenght characters this way. 3. Because there are so few ways to escape it makes it so that what you do becomes predictable making the game less fun. Everyone typically works on the car. 4. Jason’s Teleport is OP to the point where you cannot get away. I think that ruins the fun. A way to balance this is by causing Jason to knock down a player and stun then instead of allowing for an instant kill or limiting they instant teleport kills to 1 per game.. 5. Sneak speeds are too slow… making stealth Gameplay a pain and not fun. Jason’s Sence ability is OP so it does not really work anyway. 6. Jason’s grabs are unbalanced so they all can instantly kill a character upon grab (God Frames). This could have easily been solved by limiting these instant kills to once per round and by making the rest of these kills forced to be an environmental kill. 7. When you knock-down Jason recovers way to quickly (about 3 seconds) this could be counter balanced by making stuns last longer and even giving character’s with high strength additions time for stun attacks.

I just feel that this game is best described as a rushed incomplete jumbled mess. Bethesda repeats their same mistakes again and again and players are finally sick of it. STORY: 7/10. This game story has a great set-up but not a great executions. It is the same old same old look for family member. Discover the world. The bad side is your forced to be a good guy and do not have so much freedom. If you not good your companions will leave you. I feel disconnected from my character because the dialogue options are so limited and ambitious. You never know what you are really saying OR the context the speech will be said in. For example, in 2 different conversations “Put your gun down,” is an option. In one conversation, it is a peaceful request and in a different request you say it as a threatening demand. Because of this the dialogue is dumb-ed which is unacceptable for a game that supposed to be heavily engrained in story. Every interaction has been downgraded and limited. The building options in the game are absolutely unacceptable mess due to their poorly developed mechanics and limitations in the quality & quantity of what you can build. You are not given very many options in terms of what you want to build and how you build it. You might want a 2 story house but you have to manipulate the system do it. The building materials you need for corners are not included making finishing touches impossible. To top that off… the roof pieces do not always fit that well if you build outside of a boxed structure. Building is a jumbled mess… some pieces just do not snap into place when they should. You literally have to fight to get some pieces snap into place the way you want it to function if you need stairs to face a certain way. There are too many building sites in this game so building becomes a terrible chore you are forced to do and you will hate that you could not build what you want to because the limited options. You are limited to 1 type of store look instead of building dedicated buildings. The face that you are limited to your first person view is unacceptable. They should have made it so that it felt like an out of body experiences where you can float in mid air. If enemies are killed at your site their bodies will pollute that site forever (unless you use console commands). Bethesda NEVER learns from their mistakes. Their menu is the same jumbled unorganized mess it always will be. Weapons are renamed based on their upgrades making selling them a horrible headack because even a crappy pipe-gun is given so many names you have to look at everything closely to know what it is. I cannot express my hate for the menus enough. Balancing problems make it so enemies are too easy OR too hard. I feel like I want a lot more strategy in these types of games. Same repetitive game play as always. I LOVED the fully voiced characters companions with their own unique stories that are very interesting and I LOVE Valentine. The fully voiced world and complains except for the one strongly associated with the Minutemen who sounds terrible. The downside is that Bethesda followers have this problem with saying the same 3 things over and over and over like always. I love how they each have ONE unique comment for specific areas when you explore and they have some interesting conversations with other NPC which is AMAZING. They would be so much better if the conversations were not so superficial. I feel like Unique conversations and hope that future Bethesda games will expand on this. If you have companions then make them unique and write them to say something different. Speaking of positive changes… when your complain blocks your movement… THEY GET OUT OF YOUR WAY. THIS IS A MIRICAL… no longer will you have to hit them to get out of your way… most of the time they will just move out of your way!!!

I am going to try to be fair & objective. The game was build so that you could go anywhere & complete most things in the order that you want but because of that Nintendo made sacrifices. Discovery is no longer about collecting items to help you puzzle solve & transverse the world… now the discovery is about places in the world & limited treasure. This is what really splits a lot of players here. Some LOVE the fact that they can explore the HUGE world while people like me feel that quantity does not compensate for the quality needed in storytelling, puzzles, non-disposable treasures of value, & meaningful connection to the characters in the world. Travelling the world has become tedious work, battles become too boring, treasures found become disposable objects that you will quickly forget about & the few puzzles presented are way too easy. GAMEPLAY: 6/10 Battles enemies starts out interesting seem fun for about the first 16 hours of game play but they quickly become a tedious chore. There is a huge lack of enemies. To substitute for the lack of AI depth the tougher battles try to overwhelm you with high numbers of enemies OR bigger enemies. After you fight the same enemy types for a long period of time it just gets old really quickly & you learn that they really will not catch you if you run away anyway. You basically get all the special equipment you need to traverse the land at the beginning of the game so you are not longer earning equipment & puzzle solving you way into new discovers. You will no longer feel like you earned items because they are all given to you towards the beginning of the game. Discovery is no longer about collecting items to help you puzzle solve & transverse the world… now it is about discovering what is in the world. As a result, the items tend to be disposable weapons, armor, & endless amount of food ingredients. This keeps with the theme of quantity over quality. You find a lot but most of what you find is disposable junk that limits your sense of accomplishment. There are only Main 4 dungeons. I love how you are able to alter the environment in a creative way but when it comes down to it they are all too short & easy to beat. The game tried to compensate by having puzzled based dungeons in the form of overly simplified & too easy to beat Shrines. Weapons in this game are all unique & fun to use but are ultimately terribly balanced in many ways. It is so fun to be able to use spears, swords, & clubs that all have a different feel but they quickly become repetitive. The worst part about the weapons is that they all seem to break way too easily (averaging about 1 break per a battling a horde of 5 enemies). Each weapon has its own damage output status which causes a lot of problems by making battles way to easy towards the end of the game. In fact, you can beat some bosses so quickly that you will become disappointed. I felt cheated out of having any sense of accomplishment out of what should have been considered an epic battle. The stamina meter was horribly balanced & is poorly used which makes travelling a chore & less fun. The world is so big & the speed you move is so slow. Stamina is used for running, climbing, gliding & fighting. Running depletes the meter too quickly Climbing stamina depletion, in terms of distance/stamina bar is balanced, however the game speed at which Link climbs is too SLOW it becomes the worst part of the game. Gliding was well-balanced & a real treat. STORY 1/10 It seems like every Zelda has the same basic never changing premise where you have to stop some main enemy/evil who has kidnapped “guess who” for ambiguous poorly explained reasons. The voice acting in this game is decent to good but is not utilized to its fullest potential. The game alternates between voice acting & reading dialogue of characters. I want to note that it is 2017, this is a triple A title, there is no excuse for why this game is not completely voice acted. The characters you run into & meet visually stunning but ultimately lack depth needed to be memorable. I appreciate that Link is still a blank slate for the player to psychologically project their own being onto. All other characters lack any real depth needed to tell a great story & are quickly reduced to stereotypes & plot devices or tools to obtain items or fragments of what should be a plot. I demand a plot, realistic characters, & something thought-provoking. I would even be satisfied with something artistic & kiddy like Lego Batman as long as there was something deeper to what is presented. GRAPHICS: 10/10 MUSIC: 10/10 OVERVIEW + Epically HUGE MAPS + Beautiful Environments - Lack of challenging puzzles - Traveling (& Climbing) is too slow - Battles become boring - Lack of enemy varieties - Predictable story - LACK OF DUNGEONS - Easy bosses - Weapons break too easy - Not fully voice acted - Poorly balanced stat system of weapons/armor
