Overall, I did have a blast playing Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee. I did like visiting all the cities of the original Pokémon games again and seeing all the original Pokémon. However, I really did not like how they changed how you capture Pokémon and I did not like the setup of the Pokémon boxes. For those who want to play this game for nostalgia reasons, I would recommend waiting until a sale comes out before purchasing. For newcomers to Pokémon, this is a really good introduction into the world of Kanto.

If you've got a kid in your life who's never played Pokémon before? Buy this game immediately. [Issue #37 – January/February 2019, p. 67]

It’s hard to make sense of the game that’s basically a Switch port of iOS/Android remake of Pokemon Red/Green. Is it a step forward, step backward – or maybe just a shameless cash-in? Turns out, it’s a great remake – the world looks exactly as we imagined it back when we were staring at black and white pixels of original Red/Green. [Issue#235, p.44]

Pokémon: Let's Go had a very beautiful art direction, and it was a great way to introduce Pokémon to a more casual audience, and to finally bring the world of Pokémon to the Switch. It also had a lot of post-game / extra content that Pokémon Yellow didn't have. If it wasn't for the catch mechanics it would have been a perfect remake.

un remake non remake che prende dal vecchio per fare il nuovo con delle intenzioni non proprio delle migliori che lo rendono un titolo in grado di creare nostalgia ma con poca sostanza. 6.8/10

Whether it's your Pokémon entry point or you're returning to Kanto yet again, Pokémon Let's Go is for everyone. The lame motion controls aside, this is adventure perfection, not once feeling jaded after dozens of hours' play.

Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! are a clear example that it's possible to reinvent yourself modifying the essence with novelties such as the direct capture of wild Pokémon, even improve it, offering a much more accessible game experience capable of satisfying new and veterans players.

My favorite pokemon game, i love that it lets you use the pokemon you caught in so many different ways to interact with your environment, it feels very natural in the ways you can catch a pokemon take it out of it's PokeBall and ride it or fly on it. It is such a great feature that it has made this game my favorite. The game is very short and the battles with experts are boring but overall it's enjoyable pretty and fresh.

The catching mechanics, the upgraded box system, the new HMs and the effortless min-maxing are all excellent additions to a timeless classic. The combat isn’t as feature complete as other modern Pokemon games, and the gen 1 pokedex might turn some people off, but this is a fantastic rendition of Red and Blue that I can easily recommend. Whether it’s your first time or fortieth, Pokemon Let’s Go, Pikachu and Eevee are a trip to Kanto you won’t want to miss.

Pokémon: Let’s Go is definitely something fans of Pokémon will have fun with and will also be familiar to newer players who have enjoyed Pokémon GO. However, don’t be fooled by the sweet looking presentation, as there is a solid challenge to be had here.

Pokémon: Let’s Go’s nostalgic charm and interactive gameplay will have both newcomers and returning trainers hooked as they explore the beloved Kanto region. Let’s Go mashes together these two different styles of Pokémon game into one streamlined format, and despite some slight annoyances, these remakes provide an intimate take on the classic Pokémon journey, especially when played with the Poké Ball Plus accessory. If you’re looking for a refreshing take on the Pokémon RPG, then this one may keep you invested until you catch ’em all. It probably won’t take long though.

Let’s Go, Eevee! is without a doubt a crucial step for the series. Or rather 18 steps back, 19 steps forward, and 15 steps sideways. It’s a remake of classic Pokémon games, although not a nostalgia trip for hardcore fans but rather a bridge for 147 million of Pokémon Go players – hence many elements were cut to simplify the gameplay. While it’s nearly impossible to hate a Pokémon game, Let’s Go Eevee doesn’t rank with the greats. Rather than forging a new path in the current generation, this quasi-remake relies too heavily on the weak gameplay of the mobile hit and lacks both the strategy and motivation to succeed. Eevee is cute and innocent, but this particular entry has not reached its fully-evolved form.

One of the best that Game Freak made, super infantilized and easy, but cute and funny A acceptable debut of the awesome main saga for a new console.

Not as cool as fire red leaf green since this is a gen 7 game yet you cant use any gen 2 or 4 evolutions of the gen 1 pokemon which is really anoying. The catching mechanics are garbage with motion controls but in handheld its way better. Kind of boring pokemon games since gen 1 isn't that exciting but at least they added the aloha and mega evolutions forms and fairy type to the gen 1 pokemon which I thought was cool.

Un gioco gradevole ma che taglia tanti contenuti rispetto al precedente remake rosso fuoco, sistema di combattimento con selvatici da rivedere totalmente. La semplificazione delle lotte rimuovendo le abilità è un peccato.

The game is a nice complement to the other games that have implemented some good qualities, as the game is a remake of a kanto game, it seems a bit dated and fussing that we can not get anything else and the love always goes to their first child, in my play it got bad and slow when you got further in the story and it ended with I stopped all day it did not give me anything to play it
