I enjoyed it for the most part, but I find Zaeed kind of unlikable as a character. The horde of enemies during a section of the mission halfway through was surprisingly challenging, and I liked it. I just didn't really care for the revenge mission, considering the fact that the game doesn't give much information about why we're doing it. Final Rating: "Average" ~ 5/10.

Oh well, for an "Avengers" game, I expected something better. This game is so dull, it lacks charm and personality, and the fact that it's a live service game really hurts the overall story, it feels so choppy and disjointed, the pacing is all over the place, the missions are extremely repetitive and they end very abruptly, and there is a lot of grinding as if it's a dead multiplayer game... what where they thinking!? Don't get me started on the Avengers, they are so bland, it actually feels like as if you're playing as random people cosplaying as superheroes, with limited movesets and not much variety of combat options, there is honestly so much wasted potential. The only Avenger I enjoyed playing as is the Hulk, and that's because of his long jump and grab attacks, every other Avenger feels boring, you can button mash your way through the entire game and still get rewarded for it. Granted, the way the characters interact with each other is sweet, there are some small decent moments here and there, and the voice actors did a good job at bringing the Avengers to life. There is a fine game hidden beneath all the unnecessary stupid crap, because honestly, at times I was able to enjoy the game, even with all its flaws. It's a pretty short game and a forgettable one at that. I guess, it's not exactly a bad game because even though I didn't really enjoy it much, I actually didn't hate it either, it's just disappointing. Final Rating: "Weak" ~ 4/10.

A dream come true. Rebirth is an evolution, an improvement from the first game in every single way, a true sequel, and a mind-blowing Remake. I'm absolutely amazed, I didn't expect a game this big, with so much content, a crazy amount of mini-games, and an actual open world map where you can travel seamlessly to other continents and get distracted by random side activities, it's genuinely insane. What surprised me the most though is the fact that combat feels better than ever, the gameplay mechanics are deep, there are so many new materia to use, combos last for way longer, and the addition of the aerial combat helps a ton. It's worth mentioning that this game is actually quite challenging sometimes, I really had to think a lot and play strategically, which is fun obviously, however, I noticed a small difficulty spike near the end, but the epic spectacle fights and gorgeous visuals made every encounter worthwhile. Also, I just have to mention how phenomenal the soundtrack is, like woah, the entire soundtrack features over 400 songs, it's wildl! As for the story, at first I was somewhat worried about the new direction it took, but as I kept playing, I noticed that for the vast majority of the game, the story is very faithful to the original game, and I'm glad! The characters are amazing, the side stories are beautiful, and almost everything was handled with love and respect, and I couldn't be happier. That being said, the only issue I have with the game is the ending. I'm not going to spoil anything, but I just think that it's not executed very well, in fact it's kind of a mess sadly, I like some things about it, but overall it made the story even more confusing than before. That being said, I absolutely love this game, it's a JRPG masterpiece and the best Remake I've played to date, it surpassed its predecessor, and I cannot wait for the third and final chapter of the Final Fantasy VII Remake Trilogy Project. Final Rating: "Masterpiece" ~ 10/10.

I'm emotionally conflicted about this game. Did I enjoy it? Well... yeah... but not really...honestly it's not even a good game, it's actually a terrible game, it does everything a game needs to do in a very bad way, and it's just not meant to be a fun experience overall, yet I still believe that it's not a bad game. At first, I enjoyed the gameplay more than the story, walking actually feels nice, having to be careful about the terrain, managing my cargo and exploring the world felt really cool. Sure there are many annoying mechanics, but if you're careful enough, it's relaxing. The driving is kind of weird though, sometimes it's alright but most of the time you end up getting stuck on rocks and it can get irritating, so there are moments where walking is the superior option. There are many gadgets and tools to use, you can even create bridges and roads, and that's great but the game never really explains how to actually do it, so I ended up walking or using a vehicle. I did take advantage of the online features though, which are pretty helpful but nothing special. Now, for the story, I don't know what to say except from the fact that it's very confusing, especially the first half of the game, so many unanswered questions, bizarre scenes and things that don't make sense at all. It's honestly quite funny, and I was very desperate to get to know more and more, but in the end... the story did make more sense, and it got better, but many things still confuse me, it's a complicated story and the characters are interesting, but there's just so much information, you can easily lose track of what's happening, mostly because the last few hours are just non-stop cutscenes and explanations upon explanations. I got to admit though, the plot twists near the end, and the emotional scenes actually made me appreciate the story more. I don't know if I even recommend this game to anyone, it's truly one-of-a-kind, a unique experience like no other, and even though it's a mess of a videogame, it's just something else. Final Rating: "Almost Good" ~ 6.5/10.

An underrated gem. Racing is fun, the cars feel quite realistic and heavy in a good way. As for the power-ups, they're very satisfying to use and give the game a unique personality. Lastly, the music is great, some tracks are very catchy and exciting to listen to. The only complaint I have is that the forced challenges are a little bit annoying but not bad. This is my first Soul Calibur game, it's quite different in comparison to every other fighting game I've ever played. The gameplay mechanics are very unique, the game feels slower paced and the movement is a little bit clunky, but overall it's enjoyable and it works well with the combat. The music is nice, it has a medieval style to it and fits with the game's setting. And the best thing about the game is the character customization, it's phenomenal! I love customizing characters and this game has so many options, you can pretty much customize your characters however you want. Last but not least, the campaign is boring but I liked seeing new characters and unlocking them via the story mode. Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

Finally, a true next-generation videogame experience. After that disappointing "Remake" of 2016 I was honestly worried about the future of the series, I mean, I was excited for this game but I couldn't help but be sceptical about it. Having played the game now I'm actually happy with how it turned out to be, the humor is decent, some jokes do land well even thought here are still many of them that are... childish, the gameplay is actually very enjoyable, the movement is improved from the previous games with some great additional mechanics that make it very smooth and fun to play, and the characters are actually likeable! There's way more exploration this time around, every planet has some secrets to find, and even pieces of gear to unlock which you can wear to change the way the character looks, which is a really cool feature! There are also mini games as well which I tried out but they're just okay, nothing special. Although the main story is not really memorable, it's just another adventure where you have to save the world, I did like how the rifts played a role in it, and the mechanic of how you can traverse the rifts is impressive, the way all various worlds load instantly and they also look gorgeous really shows the high quality of the game, and the effort that was put into making it. The puzzles are alright but damn they really slow down the pacing, and there are actually many of them, not too many but more than enough. And even with all the improvements on the movement, the additional quality of life mechanics and the brand new protagonist, at the end of the day it's still a Ratchet & Clank game and it plays very similarly to the previous games, the shooting doesn't feel fresh, and I honestly think this could've been fixed if Rivet had different weapons and play-style, it would make the game less repetitive and more rewarding. This game is honestly a blast, it's not anything new but it does feel like a next-generation game in many ways, the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers enhance the gameplay, and the instant teleportation helps with the fast paced action and beautiful cinematic set-pieces. It might be quite short but it's still very much worth trying out, it's just a fun little adventure, and most importantly, as of right now it's one of the very few games that actually showcases the technology of the PlayStation 5. Final Rating: "Great" ~ 8/10.

What a magnificent spectacle this game is, I'm honestly in awe. This was perhaps one of my most anticipated games, it looked absolutely phenomenal and I'm actually surprised how it actually lived up to the hype. I was a little bit sceptical at first, because the combat felt very simple, but once you get the first 3 Eikons, it feels way better, the amount of abilities you get to unlock as you progress throughout is kind of crazy, there are many Eikons to get by progressing the main story, and every single one has a different moveset, which makes combat feel fresh. Also I got to say, I was expecting the exploration to be way more restrictive but it's actually the opposite, there's a good amount of exploration, many side quests and areas to explore, and you can even hunt down monsters for materials to craft equipment. It takes a while for the game to open up though, it's very linear in the beginning, and has a lot of cutscenes that can be annoying, but once it opens up, it gets significantly better. The story is one of my favorite stories the series has to offer, it's pretty dark and serious, has so many twists and turns, and arguably some of the highest peaks in any game I've ever played. The cutscenes are gorgeous and the boss fights are absolutely jaw-dropping, not only in terms of spectacle but also in terms of gameplay, they're so god damn fun, probably the highlight of the entire game actually. Even the characters are very well written, Clive is my favorite protagonist in the series, and the side characters are very likeable and relatable in many ways. Their side stories are actually interesting, you can really tell how much love and effort was put into the story overall. As expected, the soundtrack is incredible, even though there's one moment in the game where the music didn't really fit in my opinion, every other track is amazing and very much fitting, I found myself either humming some melodies or even singing along to some songs as I was playing. What blew me away though is the Thousand Tomes, which works as some sort of a library for the game's world and lore where every single piece of information can be found there. It's honestly so important and useful, so much information and things to read so you can keep up with the story, learn about the characters, the monsters, the wars, the secrets of the world and pretty much everything the game has to offer. I actually reached the max level because I spend so much time collecting everything and it was a blast, for the first time ever in a videogame I genuinely loved reading, and finding out new information was always very exciting. That being said, I do have some few complaints to make, with the most obvious one being the tedious side quests, I actually did all of them yes, I spend way too much time in this game, it took me 77 hours to finish it because I did everything in the world and then finished the main story, and honestly... the side quest I genuinely liked were very few, specifically near the end of the game. Most side quests for like 80% of the game are actually kind of boring, they're not badly written in fact it's the other way around, the stories they tell are decent, it's just that all of them are somewhat the same, you go somewhere, kill someone or collect something, go back to the person you first talked to, thats it. Another issue is the amount of fetch quests specifically in the middle of the story, from 40% all the way to 60%, the pacing slows down and there's just a lot of random fetch quests that actually feel like filler content. Other than that, even with the issues I have, I'm in love with this game, playing it for the first time felt like a dream come true. What a beautiful experience, It's just so close to being a masterpiece. Final Rating: "Excellent" ~ 9.5/10.

I don't really know how to start this review... I don't even know what rating I'm going to give to this game, because Final Fantasy XV is such a complicated experience. As a videogame, it's a big mess, I honestly didn't enjoy the Open World aspect, while the world looks gorgeous, there's not enough quality content in it, the driving mechanics are questionable, the gameplay is easy with very simple mechanics, and the side quests are generic, but the very charming cast of characters kept me intrigued. The story starts nice but gets uninteresting after the first hour, it feels like the story is absent for a big part of the game but fortunately it picks up later on, and that's a shame because it's a such a beautiful story, just very poorly written. There's a certain point halfway through the story where the game becomes linear and focuses on the narrative, and I really liked that because the Open World just doesn't work very well. There's a lot of action and some challenging boss fights in the second half of the game, and all that leads to the final chapter, which is one of the best sequences I've ever played, and the ending is one the BEST things I've ever experienced! The soundtrack is phenomenal as expected, one of my favorite soundtracks ever, it really compliments the game and its key moments. Overall Final Fantasy XV is such a terrible videogame but surprisingly enough an exceptional one as well, there are so many flaws while at the same time it manages to surpass the player's expectations in such a unique way, and that is exactly what makes it so good for me. I love this game, It's a very interesting and rewarding experience despite its very obvious flaws. Final Rating: "Great" ~ 8/10.

I'm so glad that I've finally experienced this legendary game, it's definitely the best old school Final Fantasy game I've played. The gameplay mechanics are outdated and slow, but the beautiful story makes the experience worthwhile. The characters are interesting and likable, some of them could have had more development but the main cast is great. The music is fantastic and very iconic, One-Winged Angel is awesome and gave me goosebumps. The only things I disliked about the game are the annoying minigames that affect the pacing, and the unnecessary filler in the middle of the game, but other than that there isn't anything else that bothered me that much. Even after all those years, this game managed to surprise me and even make me feel emotional, it's such a big game, and probably even a masterpiece for its time, I'm honestly impressed. The Definitive Edition of the best Final Fantasy game to date, now including a very well made Expansion and some very important technical improvements. My introduction into the world of Final Fantasy. I'm actually speechless, this game is absolutely incredible. it's bigger and better than the original in every possible way, a huge improvement when it comes to the visuals, gameplay, animations, character models and pretty much everything you can think of. I'm going to start with the gameplay first, well what can I say, oh my freaking god, arguably the best combat system i've ever seen in a videogame to date, the mix of Turn Based with Real Time Action is honestly flawless, it works perfectly and it feels very satisfying. The materia system is amazing, there is a lot of customization, it's easy to use and understand and makes the combat so unique and enjoyable. Also the boss fights are insane, there are so many of them, and they are quite challenging, you can't really play mindlessly and expect to win easily, you actually need patience and strategy to beat them, and I really liked that. Now when it comes to the characters, I think they're great, they have likeable personalities and slowly develop pretty well, their designs are fantastic and memorable, and you really get to bond with them which makes you feel like you're part of the team. It's worth to mention that the game is actually very big, the world feels alive despite being limited, you can just get lost in it. There is a lot of content, side quests, various minigames, VR missions and rewarding activities, so many things to do and places to explore, it's a pretty long experience and it's also very replayable, trying out new builds and doing the challenges is very fun. As for the main story, it starts pretty tame but things go wild quick, and even though it drags quite a bit later on, there are so many spectacles in it, some of the cutscenes are just cinematic masterpieces, everything looks gorgeous. The only issue I have with the story is the writing and some of the dialogue, it's pretty interesting for the most part, but it can get quite weak sometimes, some plot points aren't explained well and don't really make sense either, the story is clearly unfinished and I'm hoping the sequels do a decent job at explaining few things. I respect the fact that the writers managed to surpass our expectations by altering parts of the overarching story, it's a very risky but ambitious thing to do, and I really want them to nail it and achieve their goal. Overall I like the story a lot, and I believe that it's only going to get better from now on, I'm very excited to see how everything turns out in the end. Lastly, I really need to mention the stellar soundtrack, it's just so beautiful, one of the most iconic and magical soundtracks in a JRPG ever. It really is an outstanding videogame, It's not only an improved version of the original Final Fantasy VII, but it stands on its own very well. I would go as far to say that this is the definitive Remake, and the best Remake I've ever played. Final Rating: "Excellent" ~ 9.5/10.

I very deserving side story for Final Fantasy VII Remake. I honestly really enjoyed this, the gameplay is mostly the same as the main game with few additional Quality of Life improvements, but the biggest change is Yuffie, her gameplay mechanics are fantastic, and her moveset is very fun to use. The side characters are alright, Sonon is my favorite character in the DLC but all the other characters are forgettable. The boss fights are great, the pacing is pretty solid and there is a decent amount of side content, even though the sidequests aren't that good, they just exist only to add a little bit more playtime, because the story is actually very short, but it never gets boring, I had so much fun revisiting the world of Final Fantasy VII Remake and I'm very glad I did. Arguably the best Resident Evil game, it mixes survival horror with action perfectly and manages to stay fresh and consistent from beginning to end. What a ride that was, from the likeable characters, to the great horror sections, the beautiful set-pieces, and the very fun gameplay mechanics, this game is all-around fantastic. I did find the puzzles kind of uninteresting to be honest, and the boss fights are mostly bullet sponges, but I enjoyed the backtracking, going back to areas I already explored only to find more things, the way the world is interconnected makes exploring feel smooth. The weakest Resident Evil Remake so far, it feels a little bit underwhelming but it's still entertaining even though some later parts drag on. First things first, the game is very linear and always holds the player's hand, especially in the first few hours, you literally just walk forward to watch cutscenes and interact with some things now and then. It's almost identical to Resident Evil 2 Remake in so many ways, and not in a good way, some areas are literally copy pasted, and there's no innovation. Also it's not very scary, the hospital section is a bit creepy and has a nice dark atmosphere, but some of the puzzles are quite tedious. What I liked the most is the core gameplay, it's overall an enjoyable game, the shooting feels satisfying, and the evade mechanic helps a lot, Jill's movement is perfect and works well with the gameplay mechanics. The characters are okay, I really liked Jill, she's very cute and badass, and her animations look smooth and adorable, she's pretty much the star of the show. Carlos is a cool companion and he has the stronger weapons, playing as him made the game more fun. Backtracking felt nice, the areas are a bit short but there's a good amount of exploration, you can find collectibles, resources, notes that give the story more depth and just random small little secrets. It's worth mentioning that the story is sadly very uninteresting, incredibly short, predictable with a terrible antagonist, and a lot of cut content. Lastly, Nemesis is unfortunately just some scripted sequences, and the boss fights are very disappointing. I really like his new design and voice though, he looks menacing and scary. In the end, I really wanted to like this game, and I kind of did... I mean, my thoughts about it are mostly positive, but it could've been so much more. Regardless, I had a good time playing though it even though it has some serious flaws. Final Rating: "Decent" ~ 6/10.

This is my very first Resident Evil game, and while I think that it's a pretty fun experience overall, the game itself has some major flaws. It mostly suffers from pacing issues, and it feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be, it mixes action and horror in such a bizarre way, but it's not a good action game nor a good horror game either. I absolutely adore the Eastern European/Gothic Horror setting with the vampires and the werewolves, it's excellent. Most areas are incredibly detailed, the atmosphere is disturbing, and the buildings look very beautiful. I have to say, the gameplay mechanics are better than I expected, the game is fun to play, the guns feel and sound satisfying, and there is a good variety of tools to use. Ι found most of the characters to be quite annoying, except from few of them that were lowkey entertaining, the Four Lords are overall intimidating and pretty much the highlight of the game. The writing is very amateurish and straight up bad, there aren't any peaks in the story and it's very short, personally it took me around 8 hours to finish it, and I think some areas should have been expanded, especially the castle. Lastly, the dialogue is very cheesy and sometimes the game takes itself too seriously for no reason, which hurts the overall tone, specifically in the second half of the story, there are some questionable moments that take away the immersion completely. I really appreciate the effort that was put into the game though, the Dimitrescu Castle looks great, there are many areas to explore, the environment looks really nice, the village is cool and there are many things to do in it, decent amount of details here and there, I honestly enjoyed it a lot, it really is a well crafted game after all. A mediocre attempt to recreate a soulslike experience. Don't get me wrong, this game is solid, it's quite easy and relaxing, but it feels like it doesn't really know what makes the souls games so special, the amount of cutscenes and the emphasis on the story doesn't really fit for this genre, in a way, its a flawed soulslike game, but on its own, it's actually surprisingly enjoyable for the most part. The gameplay is good and the exploration is pretty fun, the world looks very beautiful, I like the art-style, the characters look cool and the graphics are pretty nice, most areas look great, the destroyed city with the spikes coming out of the earth, the crystalline cathedral of the sacred blood, the corrupted dark caves, and many more. The character customization is fantastic, there are many options to choose from, even though there's a lack of clothing options, since your character is going to wear an armor and a mask most of the time, I do appreciate the amount of different customization options, I just really like creating my own character, and the game did satisfy me on that part. As for the progression system, oh well it's honestly so damn confusing, I still don't understand how it works, it doesn't make any sense and most abilities are useless, I ended up leveling up all the time and using a strenght build with a greatsword, didn't really bother with the Blood Codes, and I still decimated everything, even in the endgame areas. The boss fights are actually very simple, no challenge whatsoever, I do like the fact that you can have a sidekick but it makes the game significantly easier, which isn't really a complaint but I wish the boss fights had more variety and a bigger moveset, to balance it out, but unfortunately that's not the case at all. Also, it's worth to mention that the hitboxes are terrible, enemies attack in front of them and if you are behind them, chances are you still get hit, even if you are about to attack, because the frames are broken, it's very inconsistent and random. Lastly, the level design is very boring, most areas are okay, but some of them suffer from terrible and obnoxious platforming, and monotonous layout, they're not connected well, and they feel copy-pasted. I know, I complained a lot, but at the end of the day, this is still an enjoyable game even with all its flaws. It's worth trying out but don't expect anything more than just a silly unmemorable little adventure, some people might enjoy it even more than I did but it's just nothing to write home about. This game was my introduction to the Tales of series, after all the praise it got, I was curious to check it out so I decided to play it. To be completely honest, I got into the game wanting to like it, but unfortunately from the first few minutes, I realized that it's just going to be a typical JRPG with some generic plot points and common anime tropes. Well, what I got is exactly that, the game is nothing more but the most basic and uninteresting JRPG I've played so far. From beginning to end, nothing really happens, the story is monotonous, and the last few hours are a slog to go through, the final dungeon is exhausting, filled with overleveled spongey enemies and terrible level design, and the ending is absolutely pathetic and nonsensical. As for the characters, the main cast is underwhelming, there's barely any development, and the side characters are very one dimensional and forgettable. I don't want to seem very negative, because I actually enjoyed the game for the most part, the gameplay is good, the graphics look fantastic, various different worlds to explore, beautiful landscapes and environments, cool looking animations and great visuals. I actually had fun solely because of the gameplay, and it motivated me to explore a lot and do side quests and interact with the world for many hours, even though there the side content isn't anything special, there's a decent amount of things to do. That being said, I wanna point out that the game itself seems to have taken a lot of inspiration from other JRPG titles, but the problem is, it never succeeds, it always tries to do something big but ultimately falls flat, as if it's not capable of reaching that peak yet. In fact, during some parts of the game, I could tell that it's a little bit rushed, especially towards the end. Personally I'm disappointed, is it a solid fun game? In some ways yeah, do I recommend it? Not really, I mean if you're craving to play a JRPG then maybe, but there are superior JRPGs out there that do everything this game does but better. Final Rating: "Above Average" ~ 5.5/10.

This game is the reason why I'm interested in Tekken again after so many years, this is definitely the best Tekken game in terms of gameplay. The gameplay is amazing, it feels smooth and responsive, and there's an insane amount of combos that you can do. The stages look beautiful for the most part, and the music is okay. The story tries to do something cool but ultimately falls flat and is just boring. I think the biggest problem of the game is the lack of single player content. If you don't want to play multiplayer, there's barely anything for you to enjoy here and that's a shame. The game does feel unfinished sometimes, especially after that rough start. The DLCs complete it and improve the game a lot but there are many of them to the point where it just gets annoying. Overall it's one of the most enjoyable recent fighting games and a great entry in the Tekken series, solely because of its diverse character roster and fun additional gameplay mechanics. Final Rating: "Very Good" ~ 7.5/10.

This is a celebration of Tekken. Overall it's an enjoyable fighting game but very unbalanced. The core gameplay is great but there are so many things that can break the game's rules. There are way too many unnecessary characters and the rage mechanic can be annoying to play against. As for the content, there's a lot! Even if you don't want to play online, there are many gamemodes you can choose from. Last but not least, the character customization is very varied and has many items to use. A very fun fighting game albeit somewhat broken in some aspects, it really feels like an amusement park full of content. Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

The character roster is just perfect, every character looks and plays well. The core gameplay is fun but unfortunately a bit unbalanced, and the boss fights can be quite challenging. The music is great, and the stages look nice. I consider this game the peak of the series, it's a very complete game. Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

Alright, hear me out, I honestly enjoyed this game, it's a technical marvel, the gameplay is great just like in the first game, the cast of characters is bigger, the side content is more varied and the world looks absolutely phenomenal, but ultimately the game didn't meet my expectations. Exploring the world feels better than before, and the climbing is something the game definitely needed. There's actually a lot of content and the game is pretty big, there are random minigames you can play, races with machines, an entire arena, and many more things to do. Unfortunately, despite the few improvements in the Open World, the game feels like a step-back from the first game in almost every other way, sure there are some quality of life improvements, melee combat is way better and the new skill tree is a nice addition, but the core gameplay still feels the exact same for the most part, and the story is such a mess, the pacing is terrible, and the ending is insultingly bad, I did like some of the new story beats but in the end it honestly feels as if the story didn't really progress. Also the physics and the collision detection are absolutely atrocious, getting hit mid-animation while rolling perfectly to dodge an attack or doing a critical strike and getting interrupted by an enemy is just incredibly annoying. It's a well made game, and my experience was mostly positive but I expected more after 5 whole years. At the end of the day I actually liked it, it was a fun experience and I really wanna see how the story is gonna continue from here. Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

With all the additional content, the Complete Edition sealed Horizon Zero Dawn as one of Sony's most successful new IP debuts. One of the most interesting settings I've ever seen in a videogame, tribal humans fighting against robotic dinosaurs in a post apocalyptic world full of danger, this game is gorgeous, from the graphics to the worldbuilding, it's pure eye candy. The game may feel a little bit generic and linear at first but when it opens up, it becomes way better. The story is pretty good with some cool twists later on, I don't think I've ever seen a similar story before, but sadly most of the characters are pretty forgettable. The gameplay is smooth and fun, very fast paced combat, using the environment against your enemies and hitting the weak spots feels satisfying. There are also different weapons you unlock as you progress, and a decent variety of enemy types. Unfortunately though, the side content didn't really surprise me, most side quests are repetitive fetch quests or glorified stronghold liberations, there's no innovation whatsoever. It really is a solid game overall, even with its shortcomings, the unique and fresh setting, the very enjoyable gameplay mechanics, the beautiful Open World and the amount of content definitely make this game a very fascinating experience, not the best of its kind but a pretty good one. The ambitious end to a long running franchise, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is a very fascinating game. The gunplay is enjoyable, the puzzles are decent and the humor is pretty good, there are some hilarious character interactions. The story though, isn't very deep but I liked the darker approach and the flashbacks, it's interesting enough to keep you playing, and it really makes you care for the characters. Exploration works well, there are documents you can read or random collectibles to find, but they're not worth anything. I did enjoy the open area in Madagascar though, the fact that I could roam the desert with a car was surprisingly relaxing and fun. Lastly, climbing is a very big part of the game, and even though the climbing mechanics are very smooth, I really wish there was less of it. The action sequences are easily the best thing about this game, some jaw-dropping set-pieces keep you on the edge of your seat. Uncharted 4 is the definition of a "Movie Videogame". It's absolutely gorgeous, the cinematography is outstanding, the performances are phenomenal and the soundtrack fits well, but gameplay-wise it's just... exhausting, not because of the controls or the gunplay, but because of the hand-holding and the linearity. It really is an impressive experience and for its genre, it's probably one of the best games you can find, and a very easy recommendation. Final Rating: "Fantastic" ~ 8.5/10.

The beginning of everything. This is a very beautiful videogame, the environments, the areas you can explore, and all the different biomes are genuinely breathtaking. Exploring feels nice, there are random errands and side quests scattered through the world, it's almost something like an Open World. I liked the characters, it's rare for a JRPG to have many characters and make them all likeable, but Xenoblade Chronicles managed to do that and I didn't expect it. Every character plays differently, and there's a lot of customization, like changing outfits or even weapons, swapping and leveling up abilities, and progressing the skill-tree. As for the combat, in the beginning it felt fresh but it did get quite repetitive later on, I do like it but it's not anything special, it's enjoyable for the most part and there's some depth to it, and some cool mechanics. Also the music is great, the soundtrack is memorable and it's varied with beautiful overworld exploration songs and some pretty iconic battle themes. This is genuinely a very solid game, it reminded me of some old school JRPGs, and for its time it was probably one of the biggest. When I started playing it, I wasn't really blown away, the pacing is slow and it takes a while for the story to pick up, but the last few chapters are honestly impressive, by the end it really got better and better, there are so many plot twists and interesting ideas, and the pay-off is worth it. One of Microsoft's most ambitious games of the past few years, the brand new campaign expansion and all the additional multiplayer content are worth checking out. Gears 5 was honestly a surprise for me, while the story this time around isn't that interesting, the gameplay mechanics are arguably the best in the series, the game feels very smooth to play, and the new additional mechanics are good. It also includes two very open areas which you can explore in order to unlock new abilities or learn more things about the world. There aren't many things you can't do in them, and the side quests are very generic, but it's a nice attempt to make the game more re-playable and fun. Lastly, the game takes a while to pick up, the pacing is sometimes weak and the desert area drags quite a lot, but in the end it's definitely a worthwhile experience. Kingdom Hearts III feels like an amusement park, it's just a fun where you get to meet some of your beloved childhood heroes and go on a little adventure. The plot is indeed very complicated and didn't click with me, so I knew from the get-go that I shouldn't expect a great story. The biggest problem in my opinion, is the fact that the game is not aware that it's full of uninteresting plot points, boring villains and overly long cutscenes that don't add anything to the story. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the magnificent worlds you visit throughout the game, they look gorgeous and every single one of them feels unique. The gameplay is a fairly easy, it doesn't require any strategy but it's enjoyable and there are many abilities you can unlock, making it feel fresh. And lastly, there are some surprisingly fun mini-games that add some charm to the game. In the end I was left satisfied, but there is some serious wasted potential here. Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

The amount of hype Cyberpunk 2077 gathered before its release was unreal, I've never seen so much hype for a videogame ever before. CD Projekt Red promised so many things, to the point where everyone praised them and had high hopes. Unfortunately, Cyberpunk 2077 didn't deliver, so many broken promises, poor performance, lies and the game just isn't this holy grail that everyone expected, is it good? Yeah, of course, some things about it are absolutely amazing, but the amount of issues is quite staggering, issues that go beyond just the poor performance. The story is surprisingly solid, it touches some interesting topics and has depth, great set-pieces, a lot of action and some pretty emotional scenes. The characters are likeable and the pacing is very consistent even though the last few hours felt a little bit rushed. The gunplay feels satisfying, every weapon has a different feeling to it, and there are some special guns with unique power-ups. There is a decent amount of weapons to get, upgrades and skills to unlock, nothing extraordinary but pretty nice. The world looks gorgeous, Night City is one of the best looking cities in a videogame and it's filled with content, the side quests are phenomenal, and I enjoyed exploring. Where the game disappointed me the most is the AI, it's very outdated, the world feels lifeless and you can't interact with the people or the city. The RPG mechanics are the biggest offender, the game barely feels like an RPG, the dialogue options are almost absent and choices barely matter. Lastly, I did encounter some visual glitches, texture pop-ins, frame drops and even crashes, but I still enjoyed the game, granted I am not justifying the fact that CD Projekt Red lied to the customers. Ultimately this game is a weak RPG but still a great game in many ways, and as much as I enjoyed it, I can definitely say that its flawed to its core. Despite the technical issues the game suffers from, this is some of CD Projekt Red's best work so far, it definitely could've been a masterpiece, but the foundation is broken, what a shame. An Incredible tale of Father and Son. Kratos is a mature and developed character with his own motives, and Atreus is a fantastic sidekick with some depth that really enhances the story of the game. I love how they changed the gameplay from the previous games, it feels more realistic and grounded, while keeping the amount of action a God of War games needs. The environment looks fantastic, so many areas to explore and secrets to find, unlocking new equipment or upgrading weapons feels very rewarding. The game also has backtracking, so you can always go back and find new things, and even a mini open world map where you can travel to all the realms you've unlocked and explore every last corner. There's a good amount of side content such as side quests and challenges aswell, you can put many hours in this game and you'll still want more, it's honestly a very enjoyable game. The puzzles are okay, nothing groundbreaking but serviceable, although I wish there was more variety, many of them are the same puzzle with some minor differences. There is so much potential for the sequel to be even better since this game sometimes feels limited, such as the re-skinned boss fights, or the lack of realms you can visit. There are few sections near the end where the game drags quite a bit, and it feels like unnecessary filler but nothing to worry about, it doesn't ruin the overall experience at all. For me this is one of the most important First Party Sony games of the PlayStation 4 generation, a videogame that everyone needs to play at least once, absolutely remarkable. The pinnacle of the indie genre, Hades is absolutely remarkable, and the perfect example of what makes a videogame "fun". I really don't like the concept of Rogue-Like/Rogue-Lite games, but Hades was surprisingly enjoyable from start to finish. The characters are the highlight of the game for sure, every character is very likeable, they all have their own personalities, and they really enhance the story of the game, which is very simple and all around just good. The gameplay is fantastic, all the power ups and the Boons make it less repetitive, which is a big issue with Rogue-Like/Rogue-Lite games, and I love how Hades tries to stay away from repetitiveness as much as possible, by adding unique dialogue to almost every encounter, it's crazy how much effort was put into this game. Also I love the soundtrack, it's has a unique old school arcadey vibe to it and fits perfectly with the game. An Artistic Masterpiece. Breath of the Wild has the most enjoyable Open World I've ever explored in a videogame, I've played the game for hundreds of hours and I enjoyed every single second of it. It's a very rewarding experience, and the world is absolutely massive with so many secrets and details, everything works as intended, which results in a masterfully crafted world full of life. Finding shrines, doing puzzles, clearing camps and endlessly exploring the lands always feels fresh, there's a good amount of content within this game, and despite its repetitive nature, the game never actually gets repetitive. As for the combat, it's decent, it might feel clunky at first but everything gets better once you get used to the controls. Also, the weapon durability can get in the way, it's a little bit annoying in the beginning, but it's not really an issue later on, there are so many ways to approach combat, to the point where using weapons isn't even necessary. Weirdly enough, the physics play a huge role in the gameplay and I have to say... wow, the way every little thing coexists and interacts with each other is absolutely insane, and the attention to detail is groundbreaking. There are so many things you can do, so many ways to interact with the world, use the environment as a tool or a weapon, solve puzzles in very creative ways and so much more. This game makes you think outside of the game, it treats the player as a smart person and gives you time to think before you act. Elden Ring is the most Ambitious FromSoftware title to date. For the first half of the game, I was blown away, the Open World is huge and there are so many things you can do in it, it's absolutely groundbreaking, there are so many areas to explore, a huge map full of castles, ruins, dungeons and cities... even underground cities! It's honestly crazy, this game is insanely big, it has everything you'd expect from a Medieval Open World RPG. Although the gameplay is identical to previous FromSoftware titles, there are indeed some minor tweaks and changes, new magic spells, a ton of additional weapons to use in combat and many more. Summons are also useful, and quite necessary in some cases. As for the lore, it's pretty deep and interesting for the most part, the game always encourages the player to keep learning new things via exploring or reading. The boss fights are spectacular, most of them look phenomenal, their movesets are varied and the animations look gorgeous, however, the game is unbalanced, with some questionable difficulty spikes specifically towards the endgame. And lastly, there's a lot of recycled content, all the dungeons look the same, many boss fights are reused, some areas look identical but with different colors... there's a lot of copy paste, which isn't necessarily a very bad thing, but it's worth mentioning. As for the story, it's very simple and predictable, but there are some pretty great emotional scenes that are very well done. The game that changed Persona forever. To be completely honest, for me this is the weakest game of the modern Persona games, and the biggest reason why is because the pacing of the story is absolutely terrible, nothing happens for like 70% of the game, I am not kidding, but even then what makes the story ultimately worth it is the phenomenal ending and the themes it touches. The characters are the best part of the campaign in my opinion, they are very likeable and they grew on me as I progressed through the story. The gameplay is actually pretty great, it's typical turn based combat with some additional clever mechanics that were later improved in the newer games. This was the first Persona game that added the social simulator aspect, which is a little bit toned down here, but I always loved exploring the world and meeting new characters, making bonds with other people and interacting with the side content, this is what makes Persona unique and interesting. What I didn't really enjoy is Tartarus, think of it like this, there are hundreds of empty levels where you do the same thing over and over again, just fight Shadows until you reach the end, it's incredibly repetitive and straight up boring, the entire gameplay loop literally made me drop the game multiple times, and the boss fights are straight up bad... which is a shame because there's definitely some wasted potential. As for the music, it's really good, at first I wasn't a fan of the Rap part but after listening to the entire soundtrack, I didn't mind it anymore, it's a solid soundtrack overall and it has some beautiful songs. I enjoyed this game a lot, there are some things about it that are outdated for sure, but it's still a fun experience, it's the game that made the Persona series popular, it reinvented the wheel and it succeeded in doing so, but for me it just didn't hit as much as Persona 4 and Persona 5 did. The game plays fine, the cars look great and collecting cars is satisfying, but there's so much paid content, the game literally feels unfinished. Some of the mechanics don't work well either, tilting the car mid-air, or drifting, don't feel good. There isn't enough content, every race feels the same, even the boss races are just normal races but longer. As for the stages, I really like how they look, and the stage builder is a nice addition. Final Rating: "Weak" ~ 4/10.

A great Mario game, incredible platforming but it has few flaws that hold back the pacing, and collecting the moons felt like a chore. Final Rating: "Fantastic ~ 8.5/10.

Everything that has to do with gameplay is great, but the overused Batmobile and the absolutely atrocious pacing bring it down a bit. Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

What a banger! Arguably the best fighting game I've played in recent memory, this game is absolutely fantastic. The gameplay is incredible and surprisingly very simple, it's easy to learn but hard to master, which is great for newcomers like myself. Every character looks phenomenal, they're all so diverse and cool, the character designs rock! All of them play very differently from each other, it's all about finding which one fits with your playstyle and getting better and better. I didn't really like the story mode personally, but the lore is huge, there are so many things to learn about each character and the world, I'm just not sure if it's worth learning because things get very complicated. And probably one of the most important parts of the game, the soundtrack... slaps soooo hard, holy shiiiiii- I love the music so much, and it fits with the art-style perfectly, it's crazy. At this moment, this is the most enjoyable and accessible fighting game of the genre, it ticks almost all the boxes and does everything very well. Final Rating: "Amazing" ~ 9/10.
