The best way to describe the gameplay in Titanfall 2 is fluid and precise.

With a single player campaign that subverts expectations at every corner, a movement system that can only be described as heavenly and a robust selection of multiplayer modes with more free content to come in the future, Titanfall 2 is one of the year’s biggest surprises and is a must-buy for any serious shooter fan.

Titanfall 2 rises to the challenge of building something worthwhile on its predecessor’s foundation, and it’s fresh, fun and full of surprises. Happy endings aren’t always common in boy-and-his-’bot stories, but here’s hoping these mechanical marvels will stick around for a good, long time.

TITANFALL 2 improves most of the original game with great single player campaign, new titans, weapons and perks for it's frantic multiplayer that adds some interesting new modes. Fluid, speedy shooter (little less than first game) and more balanced experience.

Respawn Entertainment did just that with Titanfall 2; they turned the ideas and mechanics from the first game into an even better experience.

Titanfall 2 improves the breed mainly by adding a true solo campaign mode which was really lacking in the first game. The multiplayer doesn't evolve much, but overall the game offers strong content for gamers.

The addition of a single-player campaign was a huge positive for this series, especially due to the bizarre twists and turns it takes throughout. In a year filled with outstanding shooters in both the single and multiplayer fronts, Titanfall 2 does just enough to prove it can hang with the others, even if it is re-treading old ground.

In 2009, all the original talent that made Call of Duty left Activision after making Modern Warfare 2, one of the most revered, iconic and influential games of its generation (as too was its predecessor, COD4). In 2013, they returned as Respawn Entertainment to give us TitanFall, and later this sequel that were both criminally unpopular FPS games- they were poised to transform the landscape yet again, but no one played them, until it was too late. That being said, both games are far from perfect- 2 in particular lacked the better multiplayer level design of its predecessor, but it introduced a campaign. Though this too with its merits, is admittedly overrated. Far too short, and with little replay appeal. The games are riddled with gimmick guns that also serve no purpose and aren't at all fun or practical to use. In the end, the strength of TitanFall lies where it matters most, the core controls and gameplay loop. It's what we now know as a movement shooter (arguably the first?), with a heavy emphasis on fast movement and free-running across walls (and grappling hooks, before it became popular). This was the magic that could have defined the future of FPS games, and christ, that's not even getting into the giant, pilotable mechs! It worked so well because it was made by that same talented team that knew not only how to make such a fluid and fun gameplay experience, but that it was also warranted, in a world that widely ignored it. Call of Duty was king for a reason, and to a degree still is over 15 years later, despite its wider transgressions. It's an utter tragedy the same could not be said for TitanFall, which was was eventually abandoned and watered down by choice of its own talented team into just another Battle Royale, known as Apex Legends. TitanFall 3 died for that abject garbage. RIP TitanFall 2013-2017

So this is the game that was gonna revolutionize first person shooters? I don't know if that part of the community is so used to eating crap for breakfast, but god was this game bad. Yeah compared to your generic CODs and Battlefools it might be much better, but it doesn't take away the fact that I was god damn bored by the time I finished the first mission, and I had to force myself through the (very long yet very short game) 6 hours, not even, that it took me to complete it on the Hard difficulty.* And the famous wall running mechanic? No thanks, caused more problems with camera, aiming and platforming than I could ever think of. Even small things like ledges could get insanely frustrating. And obviously, the story was absolute trash, felt like a low budget transformers movie. The level with the time rewing/manufactury was cool though. Until you get to the top.

The game is not entertaining. In concept, everything is fine, except that if there were only titans. That, one could play it. In general, the plot is **** Graphics are **** It's not interesting to play.
