Unfortunately this game suffers from one of the worst things you can be… repetitive. Compounds can be beaten just by whistling (which always only brings over one guy) then stealth take down… that’s it that’s the game even on hard difficulty. Can you go in guns blazing, yes but you will get shot down fast so just whistle and win. The story isn’t bad but man gameplay gets stale and fast.

The expansion we were waiting for. Fun and exciting I had a blast diving back into one of my favourite games again. Highly recommend if you love Ragnarok

Much like the other entires it takes what the first 2 did and makes them better. Combat feels amazing and it’s a great end to the Greek pantheon. It caps off the series well and is a great game even modern day.

Builds off of the first one and keeps the same magic and makes the improvements like any great sequel should. Great fun and I recommend strongly

This is the game that gave me my love for the hack and slash genre. Truely a great power fantasy that really does a great job with showing you how powerful Kratos is. Also those mini games for the red orbs are always a good laugh (you all know the ones I’m talking about)

I love the re-invention of this franchise. Gone from Greece to Norse and a whole new depiction of Kratos, a more mature and stoic version. As much as I am a fan of the originals this is definitely a great change to keep the franchise alive and fresh.

A game so good I had did 3 play thought. Combat is fine tuned and rewarding. I personally like the more soulslike feel they went with in the new GOW’s and the story is truely immaculate. Love it and recommend it highly

I can see why this game took the world by storm. For something so simple it’s deep and fun. Characters and weapons are cool and it’s easy to get lost in this one for many hours

This game should not be as fun and addictive as it is but man, what can I say. This game is surprisingly deep, its 5 difficulty settings are actually **** characters all play into their unique strengths and it just feels good

This game is actually just terrible. How Sony made this and thought it was a good idea is actually beyond me. It’s just actually bad with mediocre gameplan and so many other games do what it does better. This is actually the lowest score I’ve given a game because there is no actual redeeming qualities. Hard pass on this for sure

I love the new weapon types, the new ashes of war, the new bosses and all the new weapons that add more depth to your builds. Such a fun expansion, you can tell fromsoft put a lot of love and care into this!

Such an incredible game that just built off of dark souls 3’s combat and made it even better. The open world is vast and fun. Combat is amazing and the bosses are very well designed and exciting to fight. My only gripe is that you can’t just invade unless someone has either summoned an ally to aid them or has put on the taunters tongue (which few people do) so it feels like the odds are always stacked against the invader. However that is a minor gripe considering how great the game is and how much extra things they have given us in the patches such as the area. Big fan of this genre and highly recommended

Easily one of my favourite games of all time. Now that the bugs are ironed out the game is just such a joy to play. The narrative is superb, build diversity is great, sword play feels good, signs feel good and death March difficulty is extremely fun and punishing. side quests in this game feel like main quests in others. Definitely a great time and holds up modern day.

What is this garbage? The combat on the hardest difficulty feels like a slog, not because it’s hard but because enemies are just sacks of health that offer no threat to you at all. Companions are basically just an extension of you as you use their abilities on a cooldown but that puts everything on a cooldown so nothing feels individual and unique in combat. The AI is terrible and don’t even get me started on this dumpster fire of dialogue and story. First of all you can’t be evil… or even just an **** you can do nothing but be nice or be a slight bit sterner and nice. The graphic choice just baffles me and the dialogue feel like they’re written for children. The writing is like it’s trying to offend no one and by doing so offends everyone that has ever played the previous entries in this series. I strongly don’t recommend this unfortunately and as a fan of their previous games this is just sad.

No where near as good as the first. With the change of gameplay and combat I felt it left a lot to be desired but the story was at least solid.

What a game. Playing on the hardest difficulty felt rewarding and really made you think your tactics though. With a great story and twists and turns around every corner this is an easy recommend for anyone

With fast pace combat, awesome special abilities a fun story and that soulslike feel I love this game is an easy recommend for me.

Still holds up strong modern day. Was a fantastic experience and I love how it continues on to number 2 directly if you so wish. With a grate narrative and fun gameplay (or though a lot to think about) I really recommend this to any fan of this genre

I’ve never in my life rated a game as a 10 before because I always feel there is room for improvement but this game has finally managed to achieve that. It’s perfect, the combat, the dialogue, the narrative and just how actually free you are to play how you want. Truely a masterpiece and I recommend it literally everyone.

Absolutely love the series and love the combat. Characters are easy to relate too and get invested in and the story is epic and great. It’s a long game at least 80-100 hours if you wanna complete everything so you will get your moneys worth with this game

Great game with heaps of replay ability and Great looking weapons. Love the add of the special hunter arts they implemented and love the variety of monsters. Though modern day the controls are a bit janky

Finally a game that makes my switch worth playing other then Zelda. This game is amazing. After 150 hours I have 100% completed all characters and unlocked all items. Still will continue playing this game as it seems to have endless replay ability and all the different item synergies keep the game fresh and exciting. Would recommend if you like rogue likes

Combat was excellent and the story was good. Big fan of Dante’s new style changes though I wish V was a bit better

Gameplay is fun or though gets super grindy especially at end game where it becomes more of a slog then fun. Storyline is horrible and full of plot holes. The gameplay improves upon the formula but the storyline hurts it. So for me it’s a maybe buy on sale

150 hours clocked in and just 100% all characters and still enjoying the game. Endless replay ability and super fun. Love it

Combat is fluid and feels the best it’s ever felt. Weapons are fun and unique and l love the new weapon arts. So much build variety and the bosses and designed great and the PVP scene is awesome

One of my favourite games ever. 890 hours in and still love it. Endless replay ability and is an expansion done right. Constant free content and patches. Absolutely love it

This game is amazing! Combat is tough but fair so if you die you know it’s on you... which you will die a lot in this game. Loved the game so much that I platinumed it. Would recommend to anyone who loves souls games and soles-likes

Good game. Got it done in 30 or so hours. Combat is fun but story is average. The missions get repetitive however the combat and shooting are solid but unfortunately vehicle combat lacks as you get a flying car pretty early on which is by far the best way to travel. Overall I still enjoyed my experience with it And would recommend on a sale

Great game with Witcher 3 like side quests. Combat is fun but does get a bit easy even on hard mode once you have all the stances and learn the combat system. Though I like the sekiro style parrying. Open world is fun and feels full. Really recommend this game
