This tryhard brainrot had the nerve to release on the same day as The Garfield Movie.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga was a really pleasant surprise for me. After Fury Road, I wasn't sure if another movie in the series could reach the same level, but Furiosa ended up being a worthy addition. What I like most about this franchise is that it somehow keeps evolving while staying true to what makes Mad Max unique. Every movie feels a little bigger, a little more confident, and a little more memorable than the **** biggest strength of Furiosa is the world-building. Instead of focusing almost entirely on one massive chase like Fury Road, this movie spends more time showing how the wasteland functions. You get a better look at the different factions, settlements, and power struggles, which makes the world feel much richer. It finally feels like we're seeing more than just survival — we're seeing an actual society trying to exist in the ruins of the old one.Furiosa herself is a strong lead. The movie does a good job showing how she becomes the character we eventually meet in Fury Road. Her journey feels earned, and even when the story slows down, her determination keeps things engaging. The film also benefits from having a memorable villain. The conflict feels personal enough to matter while still fitting into the larger wasteland chaos.Visually, it's exactly what I wanted from a Mad Max movie. Massive vehicles, bizarre characters, huge landscapes, and creative action sequences are all here. While I still think Fury Road has the stronger action overall, Furiosa makes up for it with a deeper story and more character development.Overall, Furiosa reminded me why I enjoy this franchise so much. It expands the universe without feeling unnecessary and gives one of the series' best characters a story worth telling. A solid 8/10 for me. Honestly, I hope they keep making these movies because somehow this series keeps finding new ways to stay interesting.

Love this film. The story is wonderful, the acting is fabulous, the writing is witty and hilarious, and the sound/music is energizing and perfect. The best thing for me is the picture quality and visuals. Gorgeous colours in the sandy deserts and contrasting blue skies. This is the film to calibrate one’s TV if needed. Only minus I believe is that half the film is focused on particularly young Furiosa, but rather perhaps should have had some screen time on telling some background about praetorian Jack and how he made his way, as he’s a key character. Otherwise, the film’s momentum never ceases and has such a joyful otherworldly vibe. This is one of several films I’ve watched over and over, including T2 and Aliens.

Amazing prequel to the Mad Max movie; Any-Taylor Joy plays furiosa incredibly well. The supporting cast are very well written and contain a large amount of dept

Really surprised by the lack of violence in this movie. To me watching a movie based on a wasteland kind of calls for some gore. But the only thing remotely close to violence were some blood splatters on gunshots.

I started without much hope and got hooked. I think that's one of the best things you can say about a commercial movie. Strong and convincing performances, a decent story not pushing too much for our suspension of desbelief. Overall a very entertaining popcorn movie that goes way beyond the usual standards on that type of genre.

Pretty good movie. Action scenes, dialogues and costumes are good. Feels like a typical Mad Max movie. Lead role actors did some good acting too. You should give it a try.

Geçmişini pekte merak etmediğim bir karakter. Benim için vakit kaybı bir yapımdı açıkçası. İlk film daha iyi aksiyon sahneleri barındırıyordu.

This movie has it's moments and has a lot of potential. Best I can explain why it doesn't work is it plays like a dream. Never fully forming a plot or direction, never really developing a character, jumping from one event to the next, it's fun to watch, some good CGI, car chases, explosions, but especially given the direction of Mad Max: Fury Road, this movie is sub par at best.

It's a fun watch; the acting, soundtrack, and creativity with the vehicles and action are all very well done, and that's about where it ends. The plot fumbles around in the dark, trying to find its end in a 2.5-hour slog. The CGI throughout the movie is pretty average, with some exceptionally terrible parts.

I liked it. Want to watch it again. A good one to watch with someone else so can talk about it. I hadn't realised how closely it ties in with Fury Road. Good to watch both in close proximity. As you'd expect. Trying to be a bit more humorous / silly than Fury Road.

This film had moments where it could have been a brilliant movie if it hadn't gone down a similar path to the majority of modern movies as of recently and people audibly groaned in our theatre whenever the plot or character development went that way. Some of the shots looked truly spectacular but.. even without going into spoilers for the sake of anyone reading this, it is telling that the antagonist has a much better character arc than the main character and how she deals with him at the end makes barely any sense if she isn't trying to become like him. The tree at the end and the scene afterward punctuates what sort of movie this is trying to be, who it is for and who it isn't for. Do not watch this movie if you care about the plot making sense, character development being thrown out the window or disregarded entirety, if you don't enjoy plot threads that go nowhere or a surprising lack of action, insane characters and fire for a movie that continues the mad max saga. In summary I wish I hadn't paid to watch this movie despite enjoying many of the actors other works. As for positives; I enjoyed Tom Burke and Angus Sampson's acting for the small amount of time that they were on screen and some of the vehicle designs looked functional and interesting. I'll avoid further commentary just incase anyone wanted to watch it to see for themselves.

It's odd to have a Mad Max film without the titular character Max but its a fantastic story and the action is incredible. Easily the best looking film in the franchise. The world building suggests a huge number of stories still to be told. This was a worthy addition to the Mad Max saga.

So much better than any other Mad Max film. Every other one of these installments has been too disjunct and hard to piece together for me. It seems like the writer wrote it in 50 pieces of installments. This film is different, it has a plot and a very definable sequence of events. The action is always great in these; George Miller clearly has a similar style, where the film seems shot in 1.25x speed and the characters almost protrude from the rest of the screen. I loved the fact that this is not a movie with a message, it's a novel, and epic on which we are simply along for the ride.

This movie has what you want to watch for summer blockbuster movie . From it's great cast and crew who actually wanted to make a good movie. This its unfortunately this movie was a massive flop in the box office . Due to the pandemic really screwed the industry. Most people rather wait to watch it at home for free instead of going to the movies they know it's going to be out in 5 weeks . So going to AMC or regal doesn't make since. Unless it's a major movie you have to go and see like oppenheimer or Deadpool and Wolverine. But the biggest is to blame is Hollywood. How Hollywood has been failing the current female lead action movies. From making bland character like Captain Marvel and Rey Skywalker . Or Hollywood love to Insult fans calling them the problem. No it is not fans it's stupid people in Hollywood. I hope more people see this since it was fun and it doesn't have cringe woke in it .So we can get Mad Max

I find it difficult to comprehend how a woman can be stronger than a man. For example, Furiosa demonstrates strength that, despite her slim appearance, surpasses that of many men. DEI and BlackRock was behind this.

The first time I watched Furiosa, I was disappointed that it wasn't linked to Max more. However, I've watched a few times now and enjoy it more and **** stunning cinematography gives it the boost it deserves. The acting is brilliant. It's filled with an array if emotions. There's plenty of amusement, drama, thrills and spills with the exact amount of gore. Well done.

I didn’t love this film but I didn’t hate it. It looked more fake than Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), I realise that it had a lot of CGI but it actually all looked like it was meant to be there, in Furiosa it looked like they were in a studio most of the time. The film is a lot slower than the previous film focussing on story rather than action and the story isn’t the most engaging but it’s okay. Fury Road told more in the first 15 minutes than Furiosa did in the first hour. The problem with origin stories is that you know the outcome so the danger is less. Then at the hour marker there is an incredible sequence that looks better than anything from Fury Road, so you could feasibly skip the first hour and not miss much. Some elements of this film are better than Fury Road like the look but overall it’s lacking in comparison. The fifth act was not needed and went on so long and drawn out without telling that much, so you can skip the last 30 minutes too. Realistically it's a 4 out of 10 if it wasn’t for the excellent action in the middle. If I was going to put them in order it would be Fury Road, Mad Max (2015 video game), Mad Max 2 (1981), Mad Max (1979), Furiosa and finally Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985).

How Have I Not Rated this movie? It's Damn Good Compared to MAD MAX: Fury Road. The Visuals, Story, Characters, and Cinematography are of the Highest Quality I have not seen in a ****: FR is Even Better if you watch the two movies in order. I should have watched this in Theatres, that's how good it is.9/10, I highly Recommend This film, the only thing is of course the ending because MM: Fury Road Exists, but hey I've got to consider other people's opinions on the film so there you go. Also, the Film is quite long, but I honestly don't care if it's of this quality. Everyone who made this film should be proud this is pretty much a Flawed Masterpiece.

Outstanding pace, striking visuals, a detailed color palette and an interesting narrative: all hallmarks of legendary writer and filmmaker George Miller; one of the few remaining professionals in Hollywood who cares about Art and the craft. “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga”, nevertheless, panders to the venomous Woke ideology, presenting males, especially Caucasian ones, as lesser lifeforms, attempting to elevate other races and genders by stigmatizing a very innocent majority. Unfortunately, an entire nation, exhausted from all the never-ending politics and unjustified criticism, saw this coming a mile away, and refused to attend the movie’s release (or any of its screening). A very reasonable outcome, given the obnoxious and toxic doctrine attached to the production, but a disheartening result for such a storied and well-versed director such as George Miller, who definitely deserves praise and support for his wonderful creations. In what may be Chris Hemsworth’s greatest performance, Miller presents a very fast approaching future of humanity: one in which the complete abuse and violation of all of existence at the hands of men leads to the creation of an utter Wasteland. The movie then acts as a compelling biography, retelling key moments in its history and the protagonist’s plight. Production quality is of the highest standards in this movie, as effort is noticeable in every detail. The filming is perfectly framed and the night time sequences are filmed during the day, to later be painted in order to enhance clarity. The script here is clearer than past Miller productions, opting to avoid most of the Wasteland speak of past recounting. Miller is a consummate professional, who knows his craft and is an artist who should be endorsed in any endeavor he sets out to accomplish. Sadly, the film industry’s need to leave a good impression and get paid while promoting lies and false benevolence has claimed another intellectual property, to the detriment (quite aptly) of the entire planet.

The film is a large helping of nonsense. Mad Max must be turning in his grave. The film is impossible to follow and insulting almost, perhaps that is the intention, of the intelligence of the viewer. Had to watch it in two segments. Couldn’t stay awake long enough to watch it all in one go. Even one of my fav actresses, Anja Taylor-Joy, couldn’t save it.

Such a shame this movie was considered a "bomb" at box office..I mean BARBIE makes a billion dollars and THIS -near MASTERPIECE- gets kicked to **** figure (Oh well..they cancelled FIREFLY as **** what do I know..right?). I held off seeing this cuz I was truly disappointed in the Tom Hardy/Charlize Theron MAD MAX a few years back (altho it got tons of **** me? go figure). I caught this streaming and didn't really expect ****!..I was wrong. Only dig is that it's a little too **** NOT a feel good movie (prolly more **** a rough day and was just kinda wanting to veg out & chill to some mindless action flick). My personal fav in this series is still THE ROAD WARRIOR (despite it's bare bones budget) and no where near the SPECTACLE that was THIS **** much like Star Wars of Sean Connery's **** can't exceed the source **** you ? Kinda makes me wonder..what if reade ROAD WARRIOR with modern CGI & SPFX..I think I'd have to watch that

How can anyone take this seriously? This is not a serious movie, I Watched through as much asI could stomach but it’s a very silly movie without many, if any, redeeming qualities. Action is lame with obvious green screen everywhere and I hate that they decided to make a Mad Max movie without Mad Max in it.

Fantastic! I watched it once and it was so good I'm immediately watching it again. I wanted to see this in the theaters but I didn't get around to it, I couldn't bring myself to buy it, just figured it would have to be a letdown compared to Mad Max Fury Road. Finally watched it on HBO Max and I regret not seeing this in the theaters or buying it and watching it earlier. This movie is so good! I think it might even be better than Fury Road which is really saying something.

After al those years Millers take on a post apoc blockbuster is even more important than it was in the 80s. With the many failing , lame , and very woke sf films in this decade , without any sign of edgy writing or solid daring action , Mad Max films are all that. What I like about all five films (were up to five already? ) is that each has its own distinct vibe and weird characters , the legendary thunderdome with Tina turner for example . But all five films go with the new techniques , and keep the elements that made the first film a weird legendary classic . Physical action, very brutal but stylish, always believable as actually post apocalyptic , in sharp contrast to all the cringy hungar game and woke aesthetics of late . Mad max movies are a testament to raw , daring , epic science fiction. And now with a female hero that manages to avoid the woke tropes of this era

Visually it looks interesting and when less CGI is used it even looks good. It's an overall boring movie that had something going for it at first but just drags on with nothing innovative in terms of action or plot. Could have been great if the runtime was a bit shorter and drop the romance subplot. Dementus is easily the best thing in the movie but they don't do him justice.

Very mixed opinion about the movie: On the one side the world is great, the design, the props. So surely a lot of people are curios how the franchise evolves after the good Fury road. Chris Hemsworth as Dementus was great. Part of the story was good also. But... There was too much CGI and it was even very bad. Cant understand it - it is a AAA movie, isnt it? There were so many logic holes, especially in many actions scenes. I laughed sometimes. The feminism/ DEI/ wokeism was unbearable, also I laughed sometimes about it, although I was prepared to see it.
