..this is one of those times I have to either question my own sanity ..or society's ..IMHO ..THIS is just a STUPID show! ..jokes are NOT funny (they're not even jokes) ..and even the premise is braindead ..I dunno someone sed this is from the guy who mad SCRUBS and I LOVED that show ..and I gotta admit that the premise of THAT show was "don't take this TOO seriously) ..maybe that's it ..this show hasn't "suspended my disblief" enuf to make it clear that they aren't somewhat trying to be realaistic ..I dunno maybe some "Doctor Dorian's GOOFY comedy-in-my-head- flashbacks" are needed ..but this just misses the mark for me ..it's too bad for me cuz I'd love another show that captures the lighting in a bottle that was SCRUBS

this show so badly wants to be a 21st Century PEAKY BLINDERS ..but Tommy Shelby would never be anyone's lackey (unlike Tom Hardy's Harry) ..Tommy Shelby is The Boss not a minion ..and certainly NOT to a coupla doddering out of touch mobsters that NEED to be put down like the cruel, stupid & senile rabid dogs that they've become. I found this to be a very frustrating watch ..and very hard to root for anyone here

so glad to come on here an check to see that my judgement & sanity is NOT outta whack ..altho i will admit that I just had to BAIL at Epi5 ..THIS IS JUST DISGUSTING WOKE MISERY TOURISM ..I will give props to the "BATTLE OF JACKSON HOLE" of Epi2 but then it went back to the dull plodding -even BORING!- pace ..after the completely outta left field girl/girl "guess what?! I'm Immune! yeah OK I'm pregnant! YOU WANNA MAKE OUT?" I realized that this show -like so mnay others- that HBO & DISNEY wanna crank out was made to cater to the CONFUSED 7% BUD LITE CROWD ..also I'm all for women havng equality but what is it with the show that would have us believe that all these 5ft 1in 100lb females are these ALPHA RAMBOs that even full grown men are gonna bow, **** & defer to? In the real world any one of the chix would get folded up and be made into property by any dude with even half a WOLF in him (think Merle Dixon ..you think he'd let Ellie or Abby be the ALPHA?). FURIOSA & WALKING DEAD was believable ..THIS is just a joke ..hope that 7% can prop up your networks guys

yeah, I dunno ..this was recommended to me ..and altho I will give it kudos for exploring a time and perspective I had not seen (Mormons in the Old West) halfway thru I just found it to be SO SENSELESSLY VIOLENT that I just don't even wanna finish it (stopped at ep#4) ..furthermore, decisions made by main characters are so BRAINDEAD that I almost root for them to get killed ..just for being an idiot ..laso not that I'm for full on graphic nudity but you got one of the curviest actresses in Hollywood as your lead who hasn't shied away from disrobing in the past. Sprinkle it a bit o' skin (like Game of Thrones used to do) and I might buy into this "over the top" graphic-ness ..I find it a very confusing message when you can show people throats being slit and scalps being removed but 1 naked breast and everyone clutches their pearls? We got a real effed up moral compassin this country.

YAWN! this is SLOW, OVERLY-CEREBRAL (but the logic is obviously FLAWED) & BORING (**** seein' several of my heroes from GAME of **** the 2 jackwagons that RUINED GoT with lazy writing are out in charge of this as well. NO WONDER IT ****!!! (IMHO) DON'T BOTHER WITH SEASON 2!

As credits for 2nd episode (got 2 to start) rolled, I found myself wanting to "slow clap" I appreciation for what they just pulled off: SEEMLESS transition from that same witty "intelligent humor" writing from 20 yrs ago was still the same in 2023. Yes, the names, faces & places have **** THAT CLEVER WIT -which is what earned it all those awards- is STILL THERE. The ONLY regret I have is that APPARENTLY there is ANOTHER significiant chapter in Dr Frasier Cranes life..where he moved to Chicago and became a national Dr. Phil/Oprah celebrity..that I regret not seeing. Maybe? they'll explore THAT a bit in this show ..or maybe 20 yrs from now we'll find an actor that can duplicate Kelsey's character and explore that in PREQUEL fashion. I am thrilled at having this show **** hopefully, we'llget another 10yr run out of this (maybe with more episodes -16?- per season?)

I wanted to come on here again, cuz I basically TRASHED Season 2 (and deservedly so..what steamin' DEUCE that was). Season 1 was for the most part well done and intriguing (and we just covered Season 2 IMHO). As a result, I really didn't have my hopes up for #3. I WAS WRONG to do so. #3 was the best of them all. Despite the fact that they cribbed off just about every SciFi franchise out there, they did a GREAT job! So much so that by the numerous epilogues in the finale' I found myself slowly golf clapping and muttering "well done, sirs" to myself as the screen faded to black after my heroes from the past 35 years took their (hopefully final) curtain call. I say "final" cuz I really can't imagine them doing a better job putting it to bed than this. I MAY wanna see cameos of some of these guys in spinoffs (Riker, Geordi & maybe **** poor Patrick Stewart. Jeez it seemed he could barely speak his lines at times..much less "act". Hey, there's no shame in ****'s **** has the 20+ yrs in the X-Men franchise to his credit as **** yeah, I hope he takes the hint and just gracefully ****'s earned it and for STAR TREK..THIS "ending" is how I'd like to remember him. (Kirk out)

I gave it an 8 but I LOVED it. Only criticisms were run length was too short for 1 off movie and story could have been fleshed out little better. LOVED the B&W look and feel of Old Hollywood scary movie. Nailed it! I wanna see more of this Disney! (might be lil too intense for lil ones)

Footloose dance scene was genius IMO (is that really a spoiler?)..Klaus contniues to be my fav (just me or wouldn't he be perfect as the new Capt Jack **** Ellen/Elliott Page gets top billing and is the WORST most annoying character in the show (again my $.02)..yeah OK, I get it you transitioned..cool..great..good for **** you played Vanya as a girl for 2 **** you're an **** why not keep ACTING like your character is a **** whole explanation was too distracting and unnecessary.

THE SPIRITUAL SUCCESSOR TO BREAKING BAD? (..but with one key issue) Not really a big fan of copycat **** they do a good **** am I right? This show doesn't exist if it weren't for BB making the blueprint mainstream. Just finished season 3 and ****'t wait for next season (***** another year) Not gonna punkya with any **** do have 1 lil whinyB that I think separates OZARK from BB and I think it's pretty key. First lemme say I DO love this show despite "only" giving it a 7 only cuz it truly does require someone to suspend disbelief to such an extent that ALL these dark forces surround the Byrde **** somehow THEY manage to remain unscathed..Yeah OK..I get ****'S A TV SHOW AND IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE REAL..I **** that's also supposed to be the hook. A seemingly normal middle class family finds themselves thrust into **** yet still seems to retain their "Beaver Cleaver" suburban normalcy. The average dull middle class family is supposed to be able to relate and fantasize that THIS could be THEM! Props this season to THE ACTING: never really been a big "acting" **** this season especially has been standout. Last year it was Ruth Langmore (Julia Garner?) actress..(season 2) scene where she is crying/apologizing to her Dad in the car is frickin Oscar worthy IMO. This year Ben -Wendy's brother- was AMAZING how he was able to dig deep and go into the emotional pit of despair (I don't EVER!!! want my emotions so close to the surface that I can tap into them like that)..I see big things for this dude ahead ..and even Wendy (Laura Linney) showed me some acting KungFu I did not know she possessed. Jason Bateman? does he get "acting" credit or **** his main groove is staying stonefaced and stoic NO MATTER WHAT IS **** yeah..I love the dude OK so if there is a whiney li'l complaint about this WHOLE **** what makes Marty Byrde different from Walter ****'s that Marty (and Wendy) actually sat down and CHOSE this life. There was no gun to their head. Walter White was a 50 yr old milquetoast high school teacher with a special needs teen son..a dependant wife with an unplanned newborn on the way..mountains of debt who suddenly learns one day that he has cancer and only 6 months to live. I CAN EMPATHIZE WITH WALTER WHITE! HE'S TRYING TO SCRAMBLE TO LEAVE HIS FAMILY WITH SOMETHING BEFORE HE DIES! He has 6mos to do so and obviously nothing legal is going to do that for him (he even allows himself to rationalize that anyone who buys his product is doing so freely and willingly). It's only once he's in ThaGame does he, HIMSELF, become HOOKED become on the excitement, money, respect & power his new profession gives him. ..but Marty & Wendy? ..no **** **** "gun to the head" ..they could have said No to Cartel Life (in the beginning) and gone on with their middle class lives ..and to me this makes all the difference ..much like Tony Soprano, since Marty & Wendy are the focal points of the show we root for **** want them to succeed ..but should we?

The Pitch: Harry Potter & his friends go to college..w/ a YA slant. Yeah, **** **** close..maybe more like what would happen if the 90210 kids suddenly found out they were witches The Bad: 1) much like Harry Potter the scripts are nothing but silly stupid cut outs to hang the eye candy of the production on 2) the budget for said production values are way WAAYYY below that of the HP films 3) the male lead is the dooshy-est, wussy-est guy I've ever seen headline a TV show but yet still be considered our "hero"..PLEASE find a way to kill him **** Indian "sidekick" is far easier to root for..I even find the token gay guy more of man than QUENTIN COLDWATER (FYI when even you're own Dad nicknames you "Curly Q"..sumpins wrong there The Good: 1) despite the lack if funds..they do OK with what they have..sets are decent..dialogue, clothes and content tries to be Hep 2) heavy on the premise of if we're gonna have stupid scripts and limited funds let's make sure every chick on the show is SMOKIN **** wearing the skimpiest outfits we can muster whilst still never showing you a single frame of nudity. Seriously, the blonde lead is centerfold **** moody girl has the most amazing **** girl on the outside is sexy minx who'll do ANYTHING for a magic "**** just for good measure they throw in Rose -the hottest chick EVER on Game of Thrones- to be a counselor??!! 3) Rinse & repeat of #2 SyFy is giving Season 1 to Netflix in an attempt to get traction for season 2..personally this could actually work if Netflix could run it and let it be the mindless R rated skin flick it so desperately wishes it could be ..to let me see these female hotties in all their glory whilst u spin me a weak sauce Harry Potter script ..yeah I could come home from a hard day's work..flick that on, check my mind at the door & veg out to THAT ..but this show as it stands? *Meh* The "Meh": 1) altho we can't show skin we CAN all swear like sailors and not let 15 mins go by without a fully clothes sex scene of no left to imagination reference to such
