An absolute triumph for the franchise, Lord of Hatred serves as the definitive turning point for Diablo IV by masterfully weaving deep systematic overhauls with incredible new classes like the Paladin and the Warlock. The addition of the breathtaking Skovos region and long-awaited features like the Horadric Cube transforms the endgame into an addictive, rewarding ARPG. It is, without a doubt, the true renaissance that Diablo IV fans have been praying for.

Diablo 4 has never looked this polished before; both the campaign and the endgame are top-notch.

Lord of Hatred is a must-play expansion. The final chapter of the Hatred Saga triumphs in amplifying all of Diablo IV’s best qualities while also introducing fantastic quality-of-life updates, breathing life into the game, and providing players with the best narrative arc in Diablo history. All that plus the addition of two fantastic new classes, and you have a truly meaningful expansion that elevates Diablo IV as a whole. Though Blizzard thankfully seems to be keeping things open-ended, leaving me hopeful this isn’t the end of Diablo IV, Lord of Hatred offers a satisfying conclusion to a truly great saga.

For me at least, this is a reasonably well done narrative. But it's a very heavy duty one that goes almost over the top with the detail and excessive cut scenes. But I generally liked it - it's probably the best the series has been narratively since Diablo II. But the game itself is still extremely mediocre. It lacks the scope of titles like Path of Exile. It lacks the heart of titles like Grim Dawn. It has improved since release, but it's adding polish to something that is fundamentally broken. The best ARPGs hide the inherent repetitition through excellent skill systems, fluid combat and brilliant loot - D4, unfortunately, has none of these things. It's a paint-by-numbers, highly polished, baby's first ARPG that has no soul, something you'll enjoy like fast food for the first few hours with the campaign, but then realise you're hungry for something better after the novelty wears off.

Note objective sur 100 : 78.

Lord of Hatred is the best possible conclusion for Diablo IV, giving fans everything they wanted and more. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in closing the Age of Hatred with some peace in Sanctuary.

Campaign is fantastic. Really awesome QOL updates. Overall a lot better than the initial D4 release.

This is by far the best campaign ever made since Diablo 2.
The game just captures you from the beginning the atmosphere the feeling the new place skovos the music it all blends together so well it’s magical
If you were let down by d4 and vessel of hatred this is on another level.
It game me so much vibes from other games it’s insane for example one time I felt like I was playing lords of magic from the 90s
Amazing experience you won’t regret a single penny
Finally the soundtrack is just out of this realm 11/10

A strong story, a well-rounded endgame, two new classes, and many improved details make Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred one of the best expansions in the series.

Boasting a profound reinvention that overhauls the game’s core player power routes and lacklustre endgame options, Lord of Hatred is a masterful recalibration that replaces "more of the same" with genuine mechanical depth, making it an essential evolution for veterans and the perfect demonic olive branch for the sceptics.

The new expansion delivers not only an epic conclusion to the story, but also the balanced and engaging endgame that Diablo IV desperately needed. The return of the Horadric Cube, new item types, and two excellent character classes further reinforce the feeling that this is finally the definitive version players have been waiting for. Mephisto can now stand alongside Baal, having expanded the game with a level of quality reminiscent of Lord of Destruction.

Lord of Hatred is a good expansion with plenty to offer, both for new players and for fans, but it isn’t the major revival one might have hoped for. It’s Diablo IV, just a little bit better, and sometimes that might be enough.

Blizzard's latest expansion is a disappointment, with only the new classes and art direction standing out.

Je viens de finir l'extension, malgré quelques moments redondant. J'ai bcp aimé l'histoire, je le conseille juste pour l'histoire.

The Story has some good character moments and quite a few whiplash character narratives that they try and redeem a character that shouldn't be redeemed, leaving an awkward redemption arch. From what I've experienced the end game seems to be vastly improved since I last played this game. Overall my experience is okay to good, but my feeling's of being bitter after purchasing the vassal of hatred on launch and feeling ripped of because it felt like a massive trailer for the next upcoming expansion has been vindicated by Blizzard bundling them together now, Blizzard confirming that this is the complete arch that was teased since launch.

The story is suprisingly okay for blizzard, better than before. Amazons felt like cringe netflix girlbosses tho. But endgame and the game systems recieved a good amount of updates. I'd wait for a discount, but overall it's an improvement.

It was doing ok. But it crashes after the final boss fight. Not acceptable.

Bought it cause I heard it's nothing like when it came out. I had the exact same experience, annoying generator skills I have to use, cant use all my skill because there arent enough shortcut slots for them, melting everything on the screen (on hard start), not even knowing what is happening, just pressing buttons and running through ****'s the same ****. Died to a crash and I wont even finish the campaign, uninstalled.
