I can't believe how vast this game is. I've sunk hundreds of hours into it and have barely scratched the surface. Incredible.

If you told me Steven Spielberg wrote this script and directed, I'd absolutely believe you. I'm a die hard Indy fan and I went into this having avoided all trailers and information, and I'm absolutely floored by what a masterpiece this is. It's virtually flawless. Troy Baker did a spectacular job as Indy; he captures all the nuances of speech, all the little mannerisms that make Indy Indy. As someone very familiar with his work, there were MANY moments when I completely forgot it was not Harrison himself speaking. The dialogue is every bit as witty, charming and compelling as the films. The plot was easy to follow (in the sense that it's not over complicated or convoluted). The set locations were a total joy to explore, and the semi openworldedness made me really feel like I was an archeologist alongside Indy and Gina. The environments were gorgeous and truly I could feel the blazing heat or biting cold. The actual set pieces (as in, the largest action cutscenes) were so exciting. I genuinely felt like i was 12 again playing this game. This is up there, in my eyes, with the original three movies. They go together magnificently.

Boring boring boring. I appreciate the return to the old style but the combat is awful, story is dull, characters are dull.

This is a total MASTERPIECE. EASILY the greatest plot-driven game I've ever played. It's the PERFECT sequel; it takes what made the first one magnificent and EXPANDS upon the world. It's nostaligic but doesn't rely on nostalgia to be brilliant. We are given satisfying looks at Alan's world, at the world he's been trapped in since 2010, while being given a new, exciting perspecitive on the outside world through the eyes of Saga, who is investigating his disappearance alongside the Taken in Bright Falls. While Saga is new, she is a WONDERFUL addition to the world; namely because she is the perspective we didn't get to see before; the perspective of the rest of the world, the world of Bright Falls. to whom the horrors of Alan's story happened. Her threads of FBI investigations in the Mind Place were incredibly interesting and riveting. Her plot line, woven into Alan's was a rollercoaster, leaving me guessing and theorising at literally every turn. The plot is absolutely sensational. There are SEVERAL plots ongoing all at once, all of which are exciting and enrapturing, and give you tonnes of room to theorise and built ideas. Seeing all the stories wind through the game and find their conclusions is FASCINATING. Alan's plot line is just marvellous. Seeing the Dark Place, the hell that he's been trapped in, non stop, was jsut so exciting. Again, the player is led to believe certain parts of the story- until you realise the Dark Place is an unreliable narrator, and everything you thought you knew was wrong. Having Alan be a part of that narrative, where he's learning along with you, is just brilliant. Seeing him try to escape was exciting, and trying to find Alice felt so real. The game is flawless. Combat is great. Soundtrack is phenomenal. The nostalgia is magnificent but the game can easily stand on its own, too. The cast of characters feel so real and their stories are each independently fascinating to explore. LOVED the use of having the actors in the game, too, both in the MindPlace adn various important scenes. It added so much realism to the game, making it feel so much more than just a game. The plot twist were each mind-blowing to me. ESPECIALLY the one at the very end, and the credits scene. Absolute masterpiece.

Incredibly boring. I played for 6 hours and it felt like 20. The amount of lag and number of loading screens is just unforgivable for a PS5 game in 2023

I love this game. It's addictive and the world is incredibly fun to explore. The dialogue choices are often absolutely hilarious. The combat is explosive and wild and fun. The UI, as always with Bethesda games, is flawless. The game and world hooks you. The story is surprisingly complex and your choices really matter based on who you side with. This is one of very few games to make me cry because of a choice presented to me, which NEVER happens. It's got glitches but honestly they just add a whole other layer of fun to a wildly enjoyable game!

Holy **** i adored this way more than I thought I would. It's intense, exciting, spooky. It fixed literally all the issues I had with Until Dawn. The characters in this game felt way more real and likeable than the UD ones. I found myself genuinely hoping I could save them and some scenes had my heart racing when I trying to save them from harm. The mechanics are great, and I loved how the choice/consequence narrative actually matters in this game, in the long run. Easily my favourite game of the year.

*Following a replay, I've lowered my score from 9 to 7. Still a great game for sure but it made me aware of how Connor and Hank literally carry the intrigue of the whole game. This game without a doubt sets the bar for what a choice and consequence game should be. The amount of possible parts to take in this is absolutely dizzying, and you truly feel like everything you do matters. The mocap and graphics are, to this day, totally jaw-dropping. New games coming out nowadays by AAA companies don't look this good. It's almost breathtaking. Connor and Hank, I must say, absolutely carry this game. Their chapters are exciting, their dynamic is fantastic, and their relationship (depending on what choices you make) is so worth exploring. Kara and Alice's sections are heartfelt and meaningful, though they contribute little to the overall plot. Marcus' sections for me dip ever so slightly, just because his chapters feel long and a little boring compared to Connor's. That's not to take away from what is an incredible game, with honestly endless replayability. It's addictive and exciting and I hope we see a sequel in the future!

Great graphics, great story, surprising plot twists I didn't see coming. The combat is so fun and addictive. The banter between the characters was great. I found myself doing all the side quests and finding collectables, which is a sure sign I genuinely enjoyed the game. Really loved Akito and his story. The end was surprisingly moving. Loved it!

I cannot express how incredible this game is. It's the most flawless, perfect game I've ever played. Story, characters, characters development, plot, graphics, combat emotional impact, everything. It's moving and impacts the player in a big way. It's beautiful. I honestly consider it a work of art in every way. All games should be held to the same standard as this. Christopher Judge and Sunny Suljic absolutely shone; they're both so believable and really had me rooting for them both every second of this non-stop adventure. Loved the no-stop element of the game, too; the immersion is creates is astonishing.

Took me a while to get into this, but ends up being a fun and immersive game.

Insane graphics, beautiful scenery. Fantastic combat and UI, much improved on the first game. Loved the cast of characters and the way they were a group of friends to Aloy, so she wasn't so alone in this game. Loved that she had a base to return to. I wish it had more peaceful robots so that the player could just enjoy the scenery for a little while, and I wish there'd been more underwater mechanics since it was such a cool ew feature. The Zeniths went a little over my head. But fantastic game overall. Sunk in 50 hours and loved every second.

This is my favourite AC title; it's so much more heartfelt than any previous title and honestly feels like it should get way more praise. It's gorgeous to look at, combat is again fresher than previous titles. Jacob and Evie are FANTASTIC assassins; their sibling-ship is captured perfectly, their banter is great, their friendship and arguments are so true to what having a sibling is like. I loved that we FINALLY got to play as a female assassin in a main title, and Evie was smart and really good at what she does. Jacob is more arrogant and reckless. This game actually made me tear up a little at the end. It's just fun and I think it stands out for me!

The graphics in this are absolutely stunning. The first time I played the game it absolutely stole my breath away. I explored the world obsessively and I couldn't get enough of the world. Loved the new mechanics of the open world aspects, the crafting, the use of Senu to find materials in the world. So many small details in this game that for me felt like i was experiencing something special in gaming; being able to light your arrows on fire, Bayek flicking water from his arms after swimming, the way each NPC has actual routines to name a few. The plot isn't the strongest but the incredible graphics, fun combat, and stunning world totally makes up for it.

I can't praise this game enough. It's stunning in every single way; stunning characters and incredible character development, astonishingly beautiful environment and graphics, one of the best written stories of all time. I'd put it up there with RDR2 as being the absolute stellar examples of perfect, flawless storytelling. Jin Sakai is a magnificent character, both a hero and an anti-hero, whose fall from grace is showed in a breathtaking, stunning story. We've never seen a protagonist like Jin Sakai, never seen a story like his before, never seen a hero fall from a great height like this before. I wanted to replay tit the second I'd finished it.

Despite its immense simplicity, this game packs a punch. It's got super fun characters, an absolute banger of a soundtrack, a surprisingly sweet story (depending on what path you take) and is just a lot of fun. I'm always impressed by the complexity the story can have depending on how you decide to play. Also, given that this was made by one dude, it's insanely impressive. It's probably a little overrated but definitely great

Another heartfelt and atmospheric addition to the world of the Outsider; it's dark and eerie and bleak but works incredibly well. The game is short but certainly packs a lot of action and story into a few hours. The entire end section of the game was surprisingly heart-wrenching, and the whole ending sequence really stuck with me in an odd way; I hadn't expected it to be as moving as it is.

This game is memorable and absolutely dripping in atmosphere. It's super fun to play, the visuals and style are great, and Emily is a fantastic protagonist. The story is heart-wrenching and has really stuck with me since playing. There are some great mechanics and memorable scenes, and the Outsider in this game really stuck out to me as being a great, enigmatic character who ties the whole world together in a very fascinating way.

Fun game but didn't age spectacularly. It's an interesting world and i think it sets up the world very well for the following titles. I didn't connect with Corvo, probably because he doesn't speak in the game, and I think it's a bit too short to really sink your teeth into.

I'm a little torn by this game. The vikings were great, Eivor was great, the combat and exploration was great. I loved the opening few hours, and the closing few hours. The whole middle section of the game really drags; I think they just made it too long. I think Viking England is cool but the landscape didn't feel as phenomenal as previous titles, because the landscape of Viking England just isn't that interesting. I think it could have been better if the whole game had been set in Norway, because the sections of the game set there were FAR more interesting. I also hated the male/female Eivor choice. It was so obviously just their way of giving butthurt male players an option to play as a male, instead of Ubisoft just giving us a sole female protagonist for once. In Odyssey, it made sense; whoever you didn't pick still featured in the game as the antagonist, and it works very very well. Male Eivor had no place in this game, considering female Eivor was the canon, and the male one is stuffed into this Valhalla story that has NO place in the game. No hate to the voice actor of course! Just a cowardly choice by Ubisoft.

Again, Ubisoft's worldbuilding is improving game by game. Greece is gorgeous to behold. I sunk 80 hours in this game just exploring, because everywhere you look is something exciting and stunning to see. Both Kassandra and Alexios are great assassins and the actors are both fantastic. The combat for me felt a little over complicated, and the plot felt too long for me to really get gripped by, but I loved the game overall.

I've never understood the hate this game gets! It's fun, the combat is refreshed form older titles, the graphics are stunning on new consoles. Arno isn't one of the greater assassins, but he's still fun and interesting. Elise is a phenomenal character, and I only wish she'd been in the game more. I love that this game was actually a love story, especially between an assassin and a Templar. That's never been done before, and it was fun to play and I really rooted for them. The parkour in this game is the best there's ever been in AC games, and not even the new titles have managed to capture that

By far one of the more fun AC titles. It's addictive and the world is lush and fun to explore. The sailing mechanics are super fun and there's something kind of special about sailing through the night while your crew sings a sea shanty. Edward is a great assassin; he's suave and cocky and actually pretty funny. His story is surprisingly heartfelt, and this is definitely a memorable AC story.

I really enjoyed this game; the mechanics are a lot more refined than previous games, the environment is fresh, and the time period of the American Revolution is fascinating and really fun to explore. I really liked Connor as the protagonist, and the father-son dynamic of this game was what really caught my attention. It's something AC hasn't done before or since, so their relationship was what really sold this game for me.

Still a little frustrating to play nowadays but overall a really good game that wraps up Ezio's story very well and is a greta send off to this trilogy of games.

The game aged poorly, giving it a lot of frustrating barriers in gameplay. But the plot ion this game is very interesting and the world is exciting to explore. I loved the Brotherhood aspect in this.

More like It Takes Years. It's very long and drags out so much that we got incredibly bored and were wishing it to be over. The four points are for the co-op missions, which are honestly very fun, and the environments are very pretty to look at, but the story drags so much. The reasons for their divorce were laughable.

I honestly cannot express my hatred towards this game enough. It' been almost 2 years since release and I'm still so furious about the waste of potential (and 25 hours) this game has. I hated this game so much that it destroyed my love for the first game, which I would have regarded as one of the top games of all time. I don't know where to start. I hated it. I hated that Ellie's section of the game is reduced to about 11 hours, 5 of which are the damn tutorial so we barely get to explore ANY time with Ellie that's considered actual gameplay. Her dialogue with Dina felt flat and unimaginative, mostly just commenting on what they were doing in the moment. I did not mind that **** died, because i honestly expected it to happen from the first trailer, but it happened so soon into the game that it didn't invoke much reaction in me; it should've happened far, FAR into the story, many hours in, so that we the players had a new, fresh attachment to him. It would have hit so much harder. And then, right when the action is hitting hardest, right when we get to the climax- we switch to ABBY?! For ELEVEN HOURS?! WHAT WERE THEY THINKING It is too much to expect the player to care about a character we have barely met before, putting aside what Abby did. Why in the hell would a gamer ever want to spend eleven hours (at least!!!) playing as an unknown, hated character in an established franchise, when they KNEW everyone wanted to play as Ellie. Like???? WHY?????? Just why?? Abby is boring, grey, contributes absolutely NOTHING to the plot other than introducing us to characters Ellie has already killed, so why would we care about them? It's so incredibly long and boring. The one tiny good part was Lev, whose character I liked a lot, but it couldn't lift up what is horrific and boring and meaningless to the story. It's nonstop walking, shooting, trying to find some stupid supplies for a stupid character who dies stupidly two minutes after you saved her. So like, that's 3 hours WASTED trying to save her AND SHE DIES ANYWAY. The game completely rubs it in your face that Ellie's the bad guy. We get it, she's bad, but she obviously had remorse at some moments. How could they expect us to care about Abby, who certainly has no empathy whatsoever?? Did they expect us to care about her just because her dad died like 5 years ago? But she doesn't care about now, in present day, murdering a pregnant woman?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? It's just so dumb??? What, the thousands upon thousands of relatives that Joel left behind after killing their loved ones are all gonna come and hunt him down? WHAT? Literally I can't express my hatred for Abby, and my hatred for ND forcing us to play as her for eleven damn hours. The plot is all over the place. The tension builds, and they let it die in a steaming pile of nothing. It builds again, then nothing. Then we get this horrific constant swap between Ellie and Abby for NO REASON. And the ending??? The whole damn game was for absolutely nothing?? WHAT WAS THE POINT. I know Naughty Dog wanted to surprise us, but WHY? And why with this godawful semblance of plot?? All we wanted was a game where Ellie and Joel went adventuring. We wanted it to be emotional, yes. We did not want THIS. THIS IS NOT THE GAME WE WANTED Oh, and don't even get me started on Ellie finding out the truth about Joel's lie. I waited seven years to see her reaction to what Joel did to her, and it was crammed into a three minute cutscene? Are you kidding me??? A better plot would have been Ellie and Joel adventuring etc, and Ellie find out DURING their/the player's adventure, leading to a massive confrontation between them, and THEN we witness ****'s death and Ellie's guilt at having hated him right before he died. Instead, we see it in snippets of stupid, lazy flashback cutscenes that happen so sporadically that we don't bother putting them together and it just cuts the tension down to nothing. They happen so randomly that we have absolutely no attachment to them. They should have happened WHILE THE ADVENTURE WAS ONGOING. Why should the player care about something that happened in 2 minutes three years before the game started?? I hate this game so much, oh my Goddd. The ONLY good thing in this game is the acting performances, because they were great. But i detested the game so much that I can't even give it a point for that. My God. I'm still so let down 2 years later my Goddd. It's pretentious and stupid and such a waste of time. They tried being sPeCiaL with it and absolutely destroyed it.

This game has a special spot in my heart for sure! It's sunny, exciting, colourful, musical, and downright damn fun. It's set in San Fransisco and boy does the world feel alive and like everyone around you is really living. It's drowning in so much humdrum that everywhere is a joy to explore and have fun in. The hacking is a huge improvement from the first game, feeling fresh and fun with so many fun possibilities. Best of all are the characters. Dedsec is just a joy. They're all so different and work incredibly well together. Their gang feels like it really means something to them all, and you really root for them and want them to succeed. Marcus is a fantastic protagonist; he's funny and you really feel a connection to him. Even more so, Wrench is just a ball of sunshine as a character. He's weird, explosive, crude, and just an absolute blast. Despite knowing so little about him in this game, he's my absolute favourite, and makes me laugh with his antics and his unpredictable fun-loving way of life.

This was one of the first PS4 games I played and I really enjoyed it. The graphics were stunning, the lighting and rain effects and the colours just beautiful to look at. Delsin Rowe is a great protagonist no matter what path you take; he's smart, funny, has great character design, and he is brilliantly portrayed by Troy Baker. The plot is interesting and fun, and has some great twists that I really enjoyed. I do wish the side characters had been fleshed out a little more and we'd seen more of their dynamics together.

This was the first game I ever felt truly addicted to when I played it for the first time. It was exciting, new, and the graphics and UI still stand up as being so brilliant. It kicked off a whole new generation of greatness for Playstation, truly. It's got some breathtaking imagination and graphics, something incredibly unlike anyone has ever seen before, while still being truly strong in terms of story and characters. It was truly gripping and unputdownable.

I cannot express how much I adore this game. As someone who quite literally grew up with LittleBigPlanet and Sackboy, the chance to see the world again in a new and exciting light means the whole world to me. Just seeing Sackboy again in all his new glory made me feel like a little kid again. The new take on the series is fresh and exciting, focusing more on story-made levels that are each incredibly creative, exciting, and all different in a way that makes each level feel like something we haven't seen yet. The gameplay is fun and just tricky enough to make it feel rewarding when you achieve something cool. The soundtrack is astonishingly good. It invokes something warm in my chest whenever i hear it. The genius choice to keep in so many things from the original games is the cherry on top; keeping the bubbles, bound pads, boost boots and their sound affects, to create this brilliant nostalgia in players like me. The choice to keep old characters that make the player feel like they're meeting an old friend alongside Sackboy. I can't praise this game enough. I'm hoping so much that there will be another!

Another memorable and beautiful instalment into a wonderful, awe-inducing franchise. It's just comforting and kind and feels like ebbing wrapped up in a big warm hug!

I will never forget the joy of playing this game as a kid. It brought me endless joy, so much happiness and comfort, and created a whole world of fun for me. I'll always think of it so fondly.

The absolute pinnacle of my childhood. This game awoke so much love and creativity within me as a kid, and has stuck with me as a marvel of what videos games can be.

This game truly sets the bar for the modern video game. it's haunting in its telling of the mythological world. It's stunning to behold; the world is gorgeous, almost too beautiful to even believe. I spent many hours just gaping at the scenery and its beauty. It's moving in its father and son dynamic, one that is written fantastically. And it's surprising, because I didn't expect to feel so touched by its story and relationships. It's got some of the greatest fight scenes in gaming, with incredible set pieces that absolutely stole my breath away. Kratos is just so brilliant, and Atreus was so well written as a young boy torn apart by his godly powers but also just by being the son of a stoic, unfeeling father. The love they have for each other is written so brilliantly, in a slow-burn, subtle way that builds into something very moving and memorable.

This is my favourite story-based game I've ever played. It's gut-wrenching, raw, exciting, eerie, and an incredible study of characters. It's based around my favourite trope of anything ever; a gang of misfits and outlaws, bounded together by what they seek despite little keeping else them together. Then, even better, the gang's dissolution. I can't describe what a genius work if storytelling this game is. The gang, their friendships and relationships, the sense of how much the gang means to Arthur and how much HE means to THEM. The way Dutch and Hosea are the father figures Arthur never had, giving it this whole dimension of it being a dysfunctional, brilliant family. Watching the sotyr unfold, watching the gang go from green fields of sunshine to dark, brooding moors, watching them go from hopeful redemption after they fled for their lives and descending further and further into bloodlust and greed for money at absolutely any cost, losing loved ones, losing their minds and their senses. Arthur is the perfect protagonist. He watches his gang, his family, fall apart, and he is the young mind who follows because it's what he knows. He sees Dutch get manipulated until his mind warps into something else. He watches his gang fall apart as he loses friend after friend, father after father. Arthur is heartfelt, brilliant, funny, caring, and above all, good. He is a joy to play as, during the story or the exploration of his world around him. This is one of few games to make me cry.

This was one of the first story-based games I ever played. It stuck with me long after finishing, and after my recent replay, it stuck with me even more. The world is gorgeous to behold, the combat is fun, the music is great, the worldbuilding is beautiful. But most of all, the story and Elizabeth are stunning. The story is dark and bloody and often unnerving, and creates this beautiful sense of danger and comfort. The game's pace is incredible, going from a bright and beautiful Columbia into a darker, more uneasy journey. Elizabeth is a magnificent character, and to this day is my favourite female protagonist. She is curious and kind, and damn scary when the world around her needs her to be. Watching her go from being the girl in the tower to the girl covered in blood, opening tears, changing timelines and the world around her is an astonishing journey. There's something serene and scary about this game. It's heart-wrenching and beautiful.

It's been 10 years since this game came out, and I've played it almost religiously since day one. I am convinced that this game is the absolute pinnacle of perfection in video games. No matter how many games I play, I always come back to Skyrim. No matter what new games come out, I compared their UI to Skyrim's. No RPG feels as freeing as Skyrim. No adventure game feels as adventurous as Skyrim's. No story feels as raw as Skyrim's. Nothing compares. Skyrim is as close to flawless as a video game can get. From the second it starts it is non-stop exploration and escape and exciting. There are endless mountains to climb, ruin to explore, cave to dive into, people to meet and help. Flawless score, fantastic graphics, memorable quests and characters, alongside the heart that goes into living in a world like Skyrim. My favourite of all time. Nothing's come close in 10 years. I don't think anything ever will.
