This was such a great game. Super underrated series and they knocked it out the park with this long waited return. Please more Luigi’s Mansion games don’t make us wait two decades for another.

If Dead Space didn’t just take place on a ship and a broken down world. Games fun it’s definitely leaning on the “survival horror” aspect of the genre. Like I never felt like man I got mad ammo for days so I can just plow through everything. Instead it gives you just enough to where as soon as your done killing a group of baddies your like holy **** I only got like 5 bullets left. It keeps you on your toes and I like that. Along with fun and genuinely feeling like hurry up hurry up when fighting bosses hoping that final **** puts them down. Only negative I have is two things. There isn’t a dodge mechanic which i wish there was. And two the currency in the game to upgrade yourself and your guns isn’t enough. It always feels like I’m collecting way less energy(currency in the game) with such high prices for upgrades and what not. But overall a solid game that a fan of horror or survival horror games/genre would love this. Don’t skip it. If ya like Dead Space you’ll like this. This is two home runs for Bloober back to back(year to year). Glad to see the dev team finally shine.

This game is peak. It’s a 10/10 for me. They finally gave DK his magnum opus.

Personally this was my GOTY for 2024, it was either this Prince Of Persia The Lost Crown, FF7 Rebirth, Wukong, Silent Hill 2 Remake or Astro Bot. Ultimately I chose Stellar Blade. The combat is amazing with fast and fluid combat that syncs perfectly. The graphics are amazing and Eve is beautiful to look at kicking ass, as a bad ass woman in charge of saving humanity. The controls are top tier. This is Shift Ups first big triple A game and they knocked it out the park. Couldn’t put the controller down. Oh and the music was so damn spectacular. Such a good soundtrack. Awesome enemy/boss fights throughout. I got all the trophies for it that’s how much I loved it. It’s a ten in my eyes and 2024’s GOTY for me personally. Don’t skip on this game ShiftUp put a lot of love and soul in this game and regardless of the controversy surrounding it(dumbasses on both the left and right) it is without a shout of a doubt a great game to play and go through.

Game is amazing dont be turned off by the negative reviewers. They are a bunch of whiny b***h’s complaining about idiotic things. The game overall is the same great Wii game enhanced in HD. Added the 3DS levels. It’s still the same fun you remember and if you’re new to it this is a great game made by Retro. Hopefully DK and Family get a new game albeit 2D or 3D(hoping for 3D) and bringing back the Kremlings and King K Rool as the baddy. I will agree with the negative aspect on price. Should have been a 29.99 or 39.99 at most. Other than that this game and its sequel Tropical Freeze are amazing platformer’s you shouldn’t miss out on.

I told my friend from work from day one that I had this funny feeling this would be Bloober teams knockout hit. They know the importance of SH2. And they sure as heck didn’t disappoint. This in my eyes is a masterpiece just as good as the RE2/3/4 remakes. Can’t get enough of it. Everyone who was worried and talking mad **** to Bloober because they thought the combat looked “janky” owes Bloober an apology. Here is hoping Bloober does 1 and 3 next for the SH franchise or given the keys to make there own new silent hill game. This is exactly how a survival horror game should be. IMO it should be a contender for GOTY.

This is everything a dope metroidvania should be. The folks at Ubisoft Montpellier made a gem. Which is shocking coming from Ubisoft. But this game is phenomenal. The combats fluid and great. The Metroid/Castlevania elements are dope. The power ups are awesome. The map is so big. Side quests aren’t mainly fetch quests. The difficulty is challenging just enough to where you can maintain after learning enemy patterns. Amazing game everyone should check out if you are into Metroidvanias. This was a great kick off to this years crazy gaming lineup. I recommend it to everyone to be honest.

Best superhero game ever made. Amazing gameplay, visuals, sound, environment, story. Everything about this game is top notch. If you have a PS5 don’t skip this game. Its amazing.

This is bar none the best remake to date nothing compares. This should be the bench mark for how to make an amazing remake. I loved the original RE4. People want to hate because of how Ada looks that’s stupid she looks great. And Separate Ways is an amazing DLC for an amazing price of ten bucks. Everything about this game gave me nostalgia feels. Can’t recommend it enough. For a while RE2 was my favorite remake until this came out. Looks like they took the feedback from RE3 remake and made a much bigger ambitious game. No cut content if you get the DLC(Separate Ways). So far this is my GOTY. I know I’m going to love Spider Man 2 but this still might have it beat. The original RE4 is in my top five games of all time. It got replaced by this. Everything about this game is amazing. The graphics, gameplay, control, atmosphere, environment, gunplay, enemy designs and AI. Couldn’t recommend this enough to people. F the haters. Play this game it’s a masterpiece.

I would advise anyone who is considering buying this game because it give them Resident Evil vibes, DO NOT! This game is so bad to me it’s unplayable. Let’s me go ahead and tell y’all my thoughts and overall experience with this game. First off there’s two types of modes to choose from, from the start of the game classic and modern. Classic is considered “the way the game was intended to be played by the dev team”. Whereas modern is more in lack of better words more modern to current survival horror games. I of course choose classic because it’s what anyone with common sense that’s a gamer would choose. Especially if it’s recommended by the dev team. So the game graphically looks like a dog **** than another dog ate that dog **** threw up and another dog ate that ****ty throw up. It literally looks like a PS2/PS3 game. It controls so slow and wonky and janky its almost comical. Puzzles to the game are complete trash. The reloading in “classic mode” might be my biggest wtf is this idiotic decision by the devs. You have ammo and you have clips and you can have multiple clips you can throw ammo into and you can either press quite to do a quick reload but you drop your clip but if you hold square you just reload like you normally would in any game. Same applies for using meds to heal/buff yourself. I read in modern mode the reloading is different and more like regular games that don’t have a dumb reload ****’s just a very idiotic decision by the dev team, again to me. The enemy designs look terrible the acting is completely horrendous. My first three hours of the game and I deleted it off my console and won’t touch it again. And I was playing on my PS5 to and it still ran badly. Why I deleted it you ask? Well because after three hours into the game I got to a point where your suppose to go outside but ll the security doors drop and your locked in to fight off hordes of zombies until they are open again and your free to go. So I end up getting killed. It’s fine you die you start over understandable not even mad I died. So the game loads up tells me press X I do and when I load back up in the game I **** you not the games literally looking like a dev team is in the working on it as we speak. No walls no floor, nothing but the security gates are visible and that’s it. Again I die on purpose because it glitched and I didn’t want to play it like that so load back up in the game. Things resume to normal and I jump back in I come close to beating the section but than I die, cool no biggie trial and error right? Wrong different error occurs this time around and it literally loads me up maybe ten minutes from the beginning of the game. Look at my objectives and literally it’s like I’m starting all over. It glitched so hard that it told me sorry start over from the start again. Complete waste of my 14 bucks I spent buying it on Amazon. I read somewhere someone said this is the poor mans resident evil. Nope it’s not even that this **** isn’t even Aldi brand if there is something cheaper than Wish than thats what this is. I feel bad saying all this because I know devs worked hard but man they didn’t work hard enough to save this monstrosity of a poop shoot game. Funny thing I looked at all the reviews prior and saw all the negative stuff about the still and still choose to buy it and give it a try. Only reason I’m giving it a two is because it has reminiscent moments of resident evil vibes. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone playing this trash broken glitchy janky game. And mind you I’m playing this now in may 2021. They have had one or two years since release to patch up and fix as much as they can and still it played like crap and looked like crap. I’m sorry Daymare 1998 but you should be brought behind the shed and put to bed. How y’all are making a sequel/prequel is beyond me. Hopefully you learn from your massive and many mistakes. But for now you lose a customer from trusting or buying your **** If you wanna have a good laugh get high as **** off some weed or drunk off some alcohol and play this maybe than it’ll be worth the $. But once you sober up you’ll be kicking yourself in the head. Describe Daymare 1998 in one word for how the game is......TRASH.

This game isn’t very good To be honest with everyone. The gameplay isn’t bad it’s ok and fun. But as far as everything else it is very weak and terrible. You have a Avengers game and decide to only have three villains in the game? That being Modok, Taskmaster and Abomination. What a joke. On top of that the campaign is repetitive with such a basic story it’s just meh. The acting of the characters is the only thing to make the game bearable. Also the loot progression and unlocks is so bad. You can get a total of 64 credits a week. To unlock you’re hero card it requires 200 credits total. So you’d have to work for three weeks and a couple days just to fill up one hero card. The paywall is ridiculous they are super shady. On top of all that the cosmetics are trash buckets. I love marvel to death but they gave the keys to crystal dynamics and they dropped the ball so hard. Cosmetics you’re pretty much grinding for are reskins I mean for **** sake you have a rogue gallery of Avengers hero’s and instead of including iconic outfits they just decide let’s make the same outfit with just different colors and charge a **** ton of money to unlock them otherwise you gotta grind for a year to get everything. It’s a joke this game is trash and the only reason I’m giving it a 5 is because it has some fun gameplay elements. Graphics are no where near as good as say final fantasy 7 remake or last of us 2. Nobody wants a game as a service Marvel game. We just want fun single player experiences like Spider Man for PS4. I hope Marvel learns from this and they let a better developer make a GOOD game. Because this game is just sad. I’m a big Marvel fan and this is a let down and disappointment. It will be on my list of bad games of the year.

I would give this game a 3 because it’s disappointing that there is not enough “Beat Em Up” levels. That’s what this game is and was in the past a action beat em up like streets of rage. This game literally has 4 beat em up stages and about 2 stages in the beat em up style but only boss fights. The rest is just random mini games. I won’t spoil it but one of the acts in the game that has the most levels has 0 beat em up levels all just random mini games. Disappointed with the art direction as well. Why they decided to go with the Nickelodeon look is beyond me. But for what it is the game is just a meh at best. But it’s definitely a one and done. Never seeing myself go back to this. We waited 26 years and all we got was 4 stages of beat em up action. The rest is arcade mini games. Xbox did this on purpose to **** fans up so they could be like see we gave you something. Now shut up we didn’t succeed we are never making or talking about Battletoads again. Rare is a joke they aren’t even a shell of the company they use to be. Dalalalalalalala nobody’s heard of you for a reason please remain in the shadows you clearly don’t care for gamers and butchered this game on purpose for sure to end any chance of another Battletoads ever being considered. Dotemu should have been given the keys folks. Dumb art style that looks wonky and terrible. Beat ‘em up portions are so short lived it’s sad. RIP Battletoads we as fans tried to get you back to you’re glory days of battlemaniacs and double **** Xbox nor Rare care about the fans. Pass on this game you ain’t missing much brothers and sisters.

I’m going to put it like this. All the review bombs for this game tells the tale. This game was reviewed perfectly from the majority of critics/youtubers alike. If you want a good “fan” review look at the fans rating it between a 10-7. For me I give it a ten because it is truly an amazing game. Graphically it is stunning there is no denying that. So for people to give it a 0-4 without even thinking about the graphics in mind are idiots. The sound and level design is phenomenally done. Again people giving it a 0-4 without that in mind are dumb. The combat and gameplay are superb. If you gave it a 0-4 for that again you are not all up there and have a lot of screws loose. The controls and overall feel of controlling the character is amazing. The accessibility they put into this game truly is amazing and is going to be a standard for games to come. The story is a emotional rollercoaster just like the first game. Everything about this game is amazing. Stop listening and believing the haters who thought about giving this game a 0 the day it was available to. Because of what some leaks that were half right months prior? A lot of those leaks you read aren’t true. If you aren’t a bigot than you will enjoy this game. It is truly a masterpiece in my humble opinion. Would I have liked the story to go a different route sure I guess a tad bit. Since that’s the biggest complaint/hate of this game is the story. Yes it **** something terrible happens and I wish it didn’t but it’s ok because unlike angry **** in their parents basements I’m at peace with it ladies and gents. We can wish and want the story to do this or go this way but at the end of the day guess what? We’re not the ones writing or making the story. It’s not our story to tel. We are the players. We’re here for the ride. And if you didn’t like the story of this game that’s fine and all, If you actually played The game. But you can not deny the marvel of everything else that I mentioned. The music in this game is amazing. So many intense moments. So many twists and turns and unexpected stuff happens in this game. That the leaks paint a different picture than what the game is. An it’s sad because a lot of dumb humans believe it. For me this game is GOTY contender and my advice to anyone reading this is to buy this game. If you love Naughty Dog and trust them and see that they have brought us nothing but great fun and amazing games. Than you won’t be disappointed in this game. I loved it! To all the haters eat a ****. To the Xbox fanboys hating; and probably are more than half the ones review bombing eat a ****. You’re console/consoles will never get a game like The Last Of Us. So enjoy you’re overplayed Halo and Gears. Enjoy the review bombing; and **** talk all you want **** because 10-15 years from now Y’all won’t have a console to play on. Xbox won’t exist just like Gamestop. The only thing that will exist is Gamepass but that’ll be available on everything including Playstation.
