The game is kind **** wannabe that ties to emulate the aesthetic of NiER, but in an ugly, lazy and dumb way, and that doesn't live up to either of them. Besides, the gameplay is clumsy, the evade is broken, some animations are just surrealistic (fighting to death and 3 seconds to grab a healing potion a take it) and many enemies just start to spam unstoppable attacks one after another, without any cooldown, when they reach the final stages of the fight. It's as if you took the perfect dance between attack and defence of a soulslike as a model, but you were so dumb, you made it all the other way around, all clumsy and disgusting. Then you have the platformer mechanics, another broken part of the game, that honestly shouldn't have gone out in this state. Just another bad game.

The game starts as an interesting rogue-lite. The story is quite engaging and rhe gameplay feels attractive. There are clear mistakes when auto targetting, and even when choosing one of the three rewards in Caronte's shop, because of a bad configuration of the direction control and because they are too close one another. The duration of each run feels balanced, but the problems arrive when you complete 5, 6, 7, 8 runs... The reward you get is very little because the story advances too slow and takes so long to progress. All in all, it is an acceptable game, but could have been much better of some details had been polished.

Great visuals, great music... But the game just isn't fun. And that's the worst thing you can say about a game. Having played the first one, during the first 4 hours of Death Stranding 2 I found myself trying to figure out what was going on with the game. Too many markers, random stuff happening, cargo stolen without any encounter with enemies... It's as if they have tried to add a layer of complexity to a game that originally was just about delivering stuff. And that doesn't make it funnier -but the contrary. Then, the fights with bosses are even worse than in the first one. The aiming, shooting and dodge mechanics are ridiculous or non existant. Controls are slow and clumsy. At some pointa, to the extent of looking like a parody of a real game. Don't know, there are just too many things that don't work with this game.

One of the less solid games I ever played. Did it in 2025 out of curiosity and no wonder why it failed. Flawed mechanics make you miss 70% hits, wasting your time. You can chain 8, 9 hits and make 0 damage even with risk zero. It's just not serious, nor respectfull with players' time.

Honestly, they should look into that, because you can't feel comfortable playing. Plus, you constantly feel trapped, no freedom, doing at every moment what you are expected to do. You can't even choose what move to do in many cases. It's ridiculous. This game is just not worthy.

The game is ok in general, graphics are better than Metaphor Refantazio at least -not that it's difficult. Music is very good and story is ok. The wordt part is the gameplay itself. It's stupid that in 2025 you can revive any member of the group, except for the main character. Add insta-kill attacks, that if you cast them never work, but that are surprisingly effective when coming from enemies, and you have an awful mix. Plus, the evade/fail mechanics are close to broken, making combats stupidly long. The scenarios are... well, just one. Used to the imaginative and varied scenarios from Persona 5, here you find just one tower with many levels. From time to time they change a little bit, but it's just the same with different colours and shape. Lazy. All in all, the game let me down, and I didn't even expect too much. Atlus should start to really work in their games, or soon enough they'll lose the charm they have.

I had played GoW 3, GoW 2018 and Ragnarok. GoW 3, which is the most similar to this out of the thre I've played, is light years away from this nonsense. At least, is much more enjoyable. This game could have been a 10 on my book. I really like the story and, over all, the atmosphere it creates. Graphics are good, without being superb, and the sound design is really amazing. The progession of the narrative is captivating, and you always feel you want to know more about the story. Unfortunatelly, and here is where it loses most of the points, you always feel like you are fighting against the clumsiness of its own control. Even grabbing a cassette from the floor results in a tedious labor, trying once and again and again, your hands getting stuck in holes, or in the floor itself. A true pity. Even more when you attemp to solve puzzles, and you can't know if you aren't succeeding because your idea is not the required one, or just because the hands are not doing what you are trying to -most of the time that's the reason. Another con would besome of the jumpscares, that are really cool the first time, but at some points get too repetitive, doing the same once and again. In the end, you just know what's going to happen, you just get scared anyways because of the sound effects and the sudden appearances. Which could be considered as a compliment, I guess. Nonetheless, I'd be really pissed off if I were the brilliant story creator, or the script writer, or even the sound designer, with the one who designed the control and interaction with the surroundings.

I played this one in 2025 so I could play Alan Wake 2 without missing anything. As a result, I decided not to play Alan Wake 2. At least, just for now.Alan Wake Remestered is arguably in my top 10 of worst games ever played. It fails at almost everything it tries, with a gameplay, not just outdated, but simply horrible. The original Resident Evil 1 and 2, as well as Silent Hill, are much older and have all aged much better, because they are better. And what about the narrative? Awful. It mimics an old, cheap TV show, and even fails at it. The way of having the voice of themain character to narrate the story feels old and childish, and even thevoices themselves, at least in spanish, feel like a cheap commercial. Not only the voices, but also the sound effects. Now I understand why Alan Wake 2 sold so few copies. Maybe the game wasn't bad and it was just dragged by this first installment.

The game is a good game, a bit Elden Ring wannabe, sadly flawed in many aspects, but good overall. It starts as a good mix between an Elden Ring and a God of War. You can see the souls mechanics meeting the abbility tree, and that's quite promising, even more with the captivating chinese mythology and atmosphere, including beautiful landscapes and engaging music. But soon enough, maybe after the first chapter, all the flaws start to show up. First of all, the input lag is the longest I've ever seen in a soulslike. Many times you'll find yourself trying to drink to recover health in a fight, but the monkey just won't do it in time. The same goes to many hits, specially with abbilities that you try but the character just won't react, but with the drink is way too exagerated. I've got the platinum in Elden Ring and never had this feeling. Second, as the landscapes go from narrow roads to more open spaces, invisible walls show up everywhere. And you don't know where there are and where not, so you try everywhere as a ****, losing patience and time. Third, the difficulty is artificially hard, not by making powerful enemies or interesting mechanics, but by making the character lose his abbilities without using them (you have to wait all the cooldown even without having succesfully cast them) or by playing you with a too narrow evade window, or by drastic increases of enemies' power, or by making them invulnerable to your attacks. A true pity for a game that promises a lot but fails to meet, for some moments, its own expectations. Besides, six months after its release, the game still crashes in the middle of battles, which is unacceptable in my opinion. All that lags down this game, that can be the superb experience it could had been, but promises a lot for its second part, if Game Science learn from their own mistakes.

Somebody should tell Atlus we are in 2024. After playing Persona 5 back in its day, I was eager to play this new IP. Then played it and realized that it's just the same, but worse. I can't understand their marks, nor their nomination for the GOTY. The graphics seem to be from PS3. The level design is non existent, and when it comes to improvements, the real time battles (that media said it was an improvement) is just flawed, due to a camera that is less more than a bad joke, to the impossibility of targetting, and to old mechanics. On the good side, the story is fine, as well as the music, but none of them are at the level of a Persona. I will really have to think twice before buying the next game these people chunk out if they are going to be all the same but worse. We've had enough lazy development.

This game is not a Tekken. Maybe, a Dragon Ball wannabe. But not a Tekken. And it's not because of the developers have killed the game. First of all, the strategy and knowledge of each one of the characters gets lost with the inclusion of garbage like Azazel, the final Devil Kazuya or the Angel Jin. All their unstoppable attacks, their "magic" and their **** goes against the logic of this saga, and completelly kills the gameplay. Second, they steal main, iconic characters like Heihachi, Eddie or Lei, just to make people pay for them. Heihachi has been in the saga since the first game, for gods sake. Lei since the second, Eddie since the third. And many more. This is not an addition to the saga as a DLC, like if they were adding a random character from other franchise, it's just the contrary. If they want to kidnap our favourite characters, at least they should put the pull of fighter on the box of the game so we can decide if we wwant to buy ot or pass. Those greedy Bandai Namco people have killed the best saga they had. Congrats.

The story is the best part, it reminds of the tv show, but is the only thing that feels good in the game, along with the music, that of course was easy to nail because thay only needed to take the ost from the tv show from time to time. I played it in 2024, before the release of Neva. And I enjoyed it a big deal. As difficult as it is for an indie studio to create something really meaninful, creative and memorable, guys from Nomada Studio have done it. From the concept to the art direction, it really feels as an author game, a special one, with unmistakeable identity, that tells a story through the gameplay, and that has been crafted with love and talent. The gameplay feels simple, but surprisingly enough, manages to do a lot in that simplicity. It's easy to get it finished, but possibly not that easy to get it 100% complete. It's pace is relaxing, and along with the superb art direction, results in a beautiful journey made to be enjoyed. I definitly would recomend it.

An absolute disastrous souls wannabe, that shows a blatant lack of talent, ideas and will to do something, not even special, but just playable. It's like they had taken any souls just to tweak it for worse and make a parody of it. Although the graphics are really good, the art direction lacks some imagery and diversity, resulting in areas that, being different from one another, feel all like the same in some way. Same goes for the music, that lacks charisma and goes by without leaving a mark. Nothing to do with the epic osts like Elden Ring or **** is the gameplay what shows its biggest flaws. And most of them are related to the targetting mechanic. First, the AI never chooses the closest enemy, nor the most dangerous, to target. Sometimes you find yourself targetting an enemy far away when another one is attacking you from a close distance from the same direction. Second, trying to change the target is ridiculously unneffective. And third, evading while having a target locked results in the character rolling or moving to unexpected -and unwanted- directions. You'll find yourself fighting against the game mechanics rather than **** difficulty curve is also weird. Some final bosses are easily beaten at the second or third attemp, while random enemies or mid bosses kill you once and again. Those enemies are always the same, sometimes with poison, sometimes with fire... There's an absolute lack of diversity in enemies, resulting in a repetitive gameplay. And the way the game has to add difficulty is to add huge amounts of enemies, that always ambush you. The first times is surprising, but the abuse of that makes it anoying. And then, the map. It does have the typical shortcuts of every souls game, but here don't help the player at all. They are missplaced, located at places where you just don't need them. Another feature that feels natural and smart in every Fromsoftware game, and that here feels twisted for bad. The adittion to the genre would be the lamp mechanics, which allows the player to change between worlds, but something feels off with it, as it was unexplored. It's fun to change worlds at the begginning, but soon enough you realize that you can only do it when you are asked to, and only for the time you are asked to. Who would want to explore the other world when a multitude of enemies show up to get you? And, once again, the ambush mechanics where you go for an item and a beast sends you to the other world. Once more, anoying. Anyway, it's a good way to level up when you need to, but it could be much **** in all, a game that mimics the souls sagas, but fails to find its own identity, feels boring and repetitive, and does everything worse than those. It honestly feels like a botched job.

After the astonishing experience with RE Village in VR, I waited to play this one in VR from the start. Unluckily, it didn't worth it. I can't understand people who say this is one of the best VR experiences. It completely lacks VR mechanics. In Village, when you climbed a ladder, opened a door or took an object, you really did it in VR. You even could feel the haptics of the ladder or the object. Now, everything becomes 3rd person actions, even when you kick an enemy or get trapped by them (who, misteriously, appear out of nowhere). It takes you out of the experience. Apart from that, if this was a flat screen game, it would have a better mark, but even though, the bad dificulty progression, irregular gameplay and repetitive enemy voices (that were ok back in its time, but not 25 years later) would have stop that mark from being too good. All in all, the game has been very dissapointing for me. The good side is -now I value the VR mechanics in Village even higher.

This game starts looking like all I wanted: the story, the music, the visual part... and they ruined it with minigames and a combat style without any sense. At this point, it feels crystal clear that the greedy decision of splitting the original game into 3 parts was a **** choice. Not only makes each part artificially long with senseless add-ons, but also has disgusted players and, as it seems for the sales, it won't pay out. The only comfort I get is knowing that next time they might think twice, but this one was one of the games of my life and they've already ruined it. The enemy's attack will always break your own attack. Especially when fighting against more than one enemy. Why? Well, just because. You lose both the action bar and the action itself, because developers haven't thought on a gameplay more respectful with the original. Most of the times, you die while healing yourself. It's a complete nonsense, what a waste of game. Some enemies have stupid mechanics, like "cover all your attacks" where you need to slowly build up their vulnerability bar through repetitive moves once and again for too much time, resulting on boring battles. And then you have the mini games. Luckily I got to play a little bit of FF VII between one minigame and another. Waaay too many and waaay too unnecessary. One would argue that the original game had minigames as well. But this is not what the original FF VII was about. Minigames were scattered here and there, but in the Rebirth is the story that is scattered. "You don't need to do them if you don't want to". Yeah, ok, but I've loved FF VII since I was a kid and I obviously want to have this one 100% complete. And many people just like me. The developers knew that and have played with it. Sad truth is -this is not the game we loved.

Roguelite mechanics add to the mix and make it interesting, even if not as innovative as one could expect. The eye tracking is incredible. A game that could have been incredible to play, specially on VR2. Would be a 9 on my book if it wasn't for two major problems. 1: Money system and GaaS mechanics. They have turned a wonderful game that remembers the joy of the first Gran Turismo to a game where your main concern is getting credits to buy new cars. Now you don't get cars when you win a race-just credits. And since the amount of credits ridiculously varies from one race to another, you end up racing once and again the same circuits, the most profitable ones. Just like a job. And that makes it boring. Then you have the roulette-scam, that honestly I prefer not having gifts at all than having that scam roulette. 2: Rivals go stick to the ground, you don't. This really spoils the experience. You are racing, suddenly feel a touch on the back and you find yourself spinning while 10 CPU controlled cars take your position. No judge will send them to pit stop, nor give them a **** the contrary. The violence of the hit you need to take a rival car out of course will probably be worse for you than for them. It's ridiculous and just doesn't work. Completely ruins the experience in the most competitive tracks. "The real driving simulator" lacks a ton of realism.

This game shows best graphics on PS5 (at least on 2023). Took a photo to the TV screen, sent it to a friend and heasked me if the Horizon TV show had already aired. When it comes to the OST, without being one of the best I've listened to, it really enhancesthe experience with deep, beautiful or epic tracks. The gameplay is very similar to the first one. Now there are some more options because new weaponscome into the scene, but apart from some exceptions, best weapons still are the same as on Horizon Zero Down. And here it is one of the downsides of the game: there are so many kinds of bows, so many kinds of weapons, that it can feel a little bit overwhelming. Because each one tries to be good for some specific target, they add a strategic aspect that doesn't really fit in the game in my opinion. But the biggest con of this game, and what prevents it from getting a higher mark on my book, is the story. Horizon Zero Down surprised me, and fully trapped me in its world and plot. It was more difficult for this one after the events of HZD, but they could have done better. The plot now goes to a place much less interesting than before, and thenew characters are uncharismatic. It's a pity, I had high expectations from this second part. A good game anyway, and a technical marvel, that simply falls bellow its predecesor in some ways.

This game is a piece of garbage. I'd like to say a different thing, but it is what it is. Worst role play game I've played. Ever. Worst ally AI. Ever. Played it in 2023 to know the lore before buying Dragons Dogma 2. The outcome is, I won't buy Dragons Dogma 2. The story is not memorable, nor catchy. The technical part is ok, just ok, even having in acount that is a 2016 game. Graphics are not detailed, music has no weight, ... The gameplay is a Skyrim wannabe with some good sides, like some of the secondary misions, but the downsides really are many more. No autosave make the mechanic of beating a random enemy - saving - beating a random enemy just tedious, the short stamina bar is kind of a bad joke, the power of random enemies, higher than that of principal bosses, clumsy movement, non existent ally AI... It's all like a bunch of things put altogether that just don't work. I really wanted to like this game and has been a huge disapointment.

The story is very original, interesting and captivating, and the various endings make it even better. The graphics are ok without surprising, while the OST does surprise due to its excellence. The gameplay offers alternatives, it might not be the most memorable but at least the characters add various strategies. The great downside comes with the game not autosaving, nor offering the possibility to save in a whole mission. Add that to the possibility of crash (happened 3 times and had to restart, playing in 2023) and you have the killer combo to waste your time. And it wasn't necessary for this game. A true pity. It really needs to be fixed.

An amazing art direction meets a challenging, but not unfair, gameplay. This was the first soulslike I played and loved and hated it equally. It really keeps you playing and impropving your character through the game. The level design, with all its shortcuts, is outstanding and final bosses give you some of the most memorable fights ever. The downside: a cryptic story that doesn't tell too much about the characters and the lore (searching on the Internet shouldn't be a must do to understand and know it). Anyway, this game will always deserve a special spot in my mind).

Played it in 2023, graphics keep up with dignity and the atmosphere is quite cool. Mayor issues with the gameplay, though. The worst I've played this year to be honest. The game mechanics are completely broken. You see the alien through a window 20 meters away, turn around and in one second you have it at your back. Sometimes enemies see you 100 meters away, sometimes don't notice you 2 meters away. You have a gun but can't kill with it even an android. So what's the point of it all? Playing it becomes really tedious. Making a difficult game is not about making it random, nor unfair. I deeply regret having bought it.

8 characters and not even 1 has a good, deep story. Terribly unbalanced enemies and mechanics, and overall a boring gamethat only gets 3 points from my side for the superb art direction. Iexpected much more fromthis game.

This game is a huge Final Fantasy, one of the best, most adult stories of the saga, with relatable characters (main and secondary) and memorable moments scattered all over the game. The gameplay changes from previous versions, being now a hack 'n slash with some (few) RPG mechanics. That, which isn't necessarily bad, has led to one of the biggest opinon diversity around the game. In y opinion, the game is really enjoyable as it is, but it's true that can be a little bit repeatitive at the beggining, when you lack a range of abbilities and everything is about pressing square and triangle plus evading. Later on, that range of abbilities will give diversity to some extent. Anyway, I did miss some more RPG mechanics: some altered status and elemental affinities and weaknesses would have been nice, maybe not as many as in the previous games, but a shortlist of them would have been possible to implement on a hack 'n slash game. When it comes to the difficulty, no: it's not a difficult game. Just as FF I, II, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XII and XV weren't difficult. After leveling up and farming a little bit, you could destroy any enemy with a single attack, except for Weapons, Dark Eons, Omegas and wathever secret enemies. Ff franchise has never been a franchise of difficult games. They never had to. I died in the original FF VII only facing Emerald and Ruby Weapons, not before. So don't pay to much attentions to those saying is too easy. I feel they have never played a Final Fantasy before. The art direction is very good regarding character design, but even better with the enviroments, giving the world of Valistea its own personality. Graphics are just amazing when it comes to visual effects and lighting, while music is just superb. Negative points come, however, for the spanish dubbing, lacking Spanish from Spain. And the biggest cons of the game in my opinion: one, it lacks some more secondary missions, with better rewards or material motivations to follow them, like weapons or whatever. The economy system of the game is broken, being pieces of music the most expensive item you will buy. And finally, the game also lacks secret content: that is a foundamental of every Final Fantasy, and this one is empty of it. Maybe they keep it for future DLCs, but it always has been a core of every FF (except for the XV that doesn't even count for me). Some huge secret enemies apart from the hunts, secret eikons, weapons... That os what I really missed out. Much more than a turn based combat, much more than anything, because it was really enjoyable going for all that hidden content to make your team over powered. Anyway, in the end a Final Fantasy is about walking side by side with your character through a wonderful story. And this one is one of the games that has made me feel more emotions of the whole franchise. That's all I was asking for.

Another soulslike wannabe that tries to be hard by being just unfair, with childish PS1 graphics and repetitive soundtrack. The isometric top down view deeply damages the gameplay too, making it non natural and difficult to calculate moves. The dodging mechanics are also a nonsense. It's difficult to save something good about the game, even having in account that it's an indie, but to say something good, the story and characters are the best of the game, not being awesome, but just fine. The gameplay is unconsistent and dull, but luckily the duration is not too long either.

Top-notch graphics and nothing else. That is what you should expect from this hiper linear, boring and full of rigid mechanics game. The stealth mechanics are nonsense and the Quick Time Events don't feel natural. If the atory was engaging at least, maybe it could make up for the dull gameplay, but it's not. It's also too short, but you might even be glad of that.

Played it without expectations because of all the hate it received, bad marks and all. And its not that bad. Tremendously flawed at some points, but not as bad as everyone says it is. Story: 5 Tipical story of hero taken to another world, the script is not memorable and its difficult to care about the main character because of her personality, too Netflix-esque and written for a teenage target. Gameplay: 2 The control is really awful, and it truly drags down the whole game. It totally lacks accuracy and has input lag. The parkour is clumsy and too automatized in a bad way. Art direction & visual: 7 The graphics feel good without being top noch. As for the art direction, the world of Athia lacks a bit of personality and feels a bit generic, like the whole game. Sound: 7 Just as the visual part, the sound works without standing out. It lacks energy at some points. All in all, a beautiful concept of enjoying the discover of an open world that is flawed in its execution, specially (but not only) in the inaccurate control of the main character. The story can be entertaining without being memorable, because it clearly follows a formula that we have already seen too many times.

Hugest disappointment of PS5 so far. It's just a crappy game with cool graphics. It's horribly linear, you can't even return to previous points, only where the game wants you to. The control is probably the worst I have tried on PS5, at some points it simply doesn't obbey you. Fighting mechanics are not only surprisingly bad, as everyone is saying: they are also inconsistent in their own, and, you can't fight several enemies at the same time. God, you can't even save progress to the exact point you are, only where the game wants. Take my advice and stay away from this crap.

Graphics are awesome, even better than the original, that were already amazing. That's probably the best part of the game. As for the rest, thos might be one of the most forgattable Final Fantasy games ever. Gambit system is completely flawed, altered status mechanics are unbalanced, specially virus effect, traps just don't work propperly, espers are not charismatic, the story starts promising to be one of the bests stories of all the franchise and then goes worse and worse... It's sad, I really wanted to remember how it was to play a classic Final Fantasy before the XVI releases... I should have tried the 10th.

An. Amazing. Game. I tried it cautious about all the critics I had heard. After 30 minutes I was trapped. A trip to my chilhood, back to the first Gran Turismo, taking my licenses and improoving my garage. I don't care about those "graphics are not good" stuff, it's just not true. Ok, maybe some trees at the sides of the way don't show an incredible definition, but the cars and the road, WHAT YOU REALLY CARE OF WHEN DRIVING, are amazing. And the best of all, the game just keeps you engaged for ages. I don't play online so I don't know if it has any problems, and I started playing after the car price adjustment, so I haven't noticed any of those problems. And the best of all, this game is clearly made thinking of the Virtual Reality. I just can't wait to try it with the VR2, because I know that will be an unmatched experience.
