WWE 2K26

Visual Concepts has done it again, delivering a phenomenal experience and a solid entry with WWE 2K26. Thanks to the new modes, 'The Island' experience, and an overall layer of polish, it provides WWE fans with a fully realized product boasting incredible visual fidelity.

WWE 2K26 is one hell of a game, featuring tons of variety across matches and how they play out as well as game modes, giving players plenty of freedom to enjoy.

WWE 2K26 has a nice balance between adding new elements and tweaking its formula while respecting what has worked for years. Each year, it demonstrates why the series is the best wrestling simulator on the market, and this time it gets so close to realism that there are even a couple of annoying things. Clearly, it's an imperfect title, but the elements that work fine are pure quality.

WWE 2K26 presents itself to fans of great pro wrestling as a revised and improved version of the previous game that smooths out some rough edges (while, unfortunately, leaving others unchanged) and further increases the enormous amount of content that has all the makings of keeping fans engaged for several hundred hours. If you're a fan of the discipline and want to get caught up in the fervor of WrestleMania Season, perhaps with a group of friends, WWE 2K26 could be just the thing for you.

It’s all too easy for me to say that WWE 2K26 offers the best gameplay this series has ever seen. The moment-to-moment gameplay was already excellent, but the improved collision and physics manage to push the presentation even further. While not revolutionary, the new match types offer new ways to have fun and widen the suite for folks who are on the lookout for authenticity. While it’s wearing a little thin for me as a concept, this year’s Showcase is solid, and the MyRise and MyGM offerings continue to impress. Isn’t it a shame, then, that all I can think about when I look at WWE 2K26 is how much this game wants to nickel and dime me, just for being a wrestling fan.

WWE 2K26 plays it safe and it shows. This year's entry feels, in many ways, like a close relative of its predecessor. It tinkers with certain aspects of the gameplay and content with mixed results, stopping well short of anything that could be called a reinvention or even a meaningful leap forward. And yet, there's something about a WWE 2K game that keeps you coming back

WWE 2K26 is like a star that is ready for a push. It’s put in the work and has a great foundation. The roster is pretty stellar, the game modes are all there, and so many systems are in place. Now, it’s just about bringing them all together and taking that next step. No more Showcase, no more new match types. Focus on what you have and enhance it significantly.

The best wrestling game of the last 6 years. A truly beautiful and very realistic game.

Jogo muito divertido, e pra quem é fã dos games essa edição trouxe melhorias significativas nas mecanicas de gameplay e modos de jogo, é sem dúvida o melhor jogo de Westling no mercado com um roster gigante com varias lendas e superstars atuais também, porém, ele possui um sistema de passes de batalha que liga um alerta para os fãs no futuro da franquia, outra coisa ruim é a forma de liberar algumas versões de lutadores as chamadas "cartas Personas" que é somente no modo My Faction, ponto negativo que não me incomodou mas para os fãs mais ávidos pode atrapalhar a experiência.

WWE 2K26 is one of the most disappointing entries in the series. The game brings almost nothing new to the table and feels like a lazy copy of WWE 2K25 — except in many aspects it’s actually worse. Gameplay still feels stiff and repetitive, animations are recycled again and again, and the overall experience becomes boring after just a few matches. The biggest disaster is MyRise. The story mode is terribly written, full of cringe dialogue, predictable twists, and completely uninteresting characters. Player choices barely matter, and the entire mode feels rushed and uninspired. Instead of improving the career experience, WWE 2K26 turns it into a chore. The developers clearly focused more on microtransactions and grinding than on real innovation. Menus are slow, some bugs from previous games are still present, and the AI can behave in frustrating and unrealistic ways. For a “new” release, this game feels more like an overpriced patch than a true sequel. If you already own WWE 2K25, there is almost no reason to buy WWE 2K26.
