If you went into this game expecting an amazing story you’re a clown go play your red dead redemption or elden ring if this is too sophisticated for you Story- 3/10 **** boring it feels like nothing is happening (as expected, I wasn't really looking for a great story with this) World- 10/10 It FEELS like a 1:1 scale of reality, unlike Skyrim, GTA, or RDR2 Bosses- 3/10 EXTREME difficulty spike when you reach the Reed Devil. It's like going from the Tree Sentinel to Melania. I'll update this with more soon.

Anything this game does, other games do better. Minecraft has better terrain generation, while no mans sky terrain is boring and uninspired. Graphics and art style are better in Starfield, while no mans sky is a dull ugly mobile-looking game. They keep adding things to the game that they said they would add at launch and are getting praised for delivering mediocre content 9 years later. The game didn’t even have basic ship customization until a few weeks ago. Planets are flat and ugly, traversal is boring and tedius, mechanics are ok but at that point I’d just go play Starfield, even though that game has its flaws. If you like aiming a laser at rocks for 10 hours this is the game for you. 4/10.

So far, I’m really liking it. Some people hate how short each episode feels, how braindead the combat is, how theres barely any puzzles, but I’m really liking how fluid and insanely polished this game feels, and seriously, this feels like one of the most polished experiences I’ve played. Everything being short and to the point without any obstacles makes this flow like no other lego game. Feels like a complete reset for the entire franchise, especially since its on a new engine. Gone are the days of puzzle structure platformer lego games, now it’s more **** AAA production. It’s a mashup of every key moment, character, and location this franchise is known for. Theres no “smoke and mirrors” or anything like that, but some fans of the series have this idea in their head that every lego game needs to follow the old formula, and that this new reset is some kind of abomination with way too much handholding. The whole purpose of it is that its an experience, not a struggle. The world is so huge and detailed it makes me feel like I’m at Disney. Now, I’ll talk about what I don’t like Keyboard controls: why can’t I make shooting and melee both the same button? (Being LMB) Instead, I have to make shooting set to Q, which feels wrong on so many levels. That could have been thought out better. Crunch: since this game was made with crunch, a practice where companies unfortunately overwork developers, some parts of it feel way too brief and corner cut. The game already had insanely large delays and the staff weren’t treated the best, so the final product kinda shows that. PROS TO THE SKYWALKER SAGA -Great if you love the series or played the complete saga as a kid -The world is everything wanted out of a star wars open world game -Fills the void Ubisoft made with Star Wars Outlaws -Graphics are insane and it feels like you’re in front of real lego sets, old games always felt graphically behind because of the old engine -Entire experience is insanely polished and fluid CONS -Feels too brief at times -Not great if you value challenge as important in your games -Obvious development crunch even with delays -Abandons (most) of the old puzzle platformer top-down-ish formula of every game that came before it, something older fans may not like Overall, so far, this feels like nearly everything I’ve ever wanted out of a star wars game. With some better controls, slightly longer, more detailed storyline, and a little more of that old TT games formula, this game would be an easy 9-10/10 experience. So far I’m giving this an 8/10.

This game feels great to explore. Graphics are so good its one of the few games that looks as good as a new Pixar animation, all without any ray tracing. Only thing I hate is the roadblocks you reach when attempting to defeat bosses. You seriously need to over-level yourself. It’s a huge pain. -2 points for that, and -1 point because side objectives make this feel like a ubisoft game

Look, it’s good I guess, its just not for me. Here’s why: Witcher 3’s story never gave me a reason to care. The whole objective is about finding the mysterious (at least she is to me) Ciri. Why should I care? Not a very interesting concept. Unlike KCD, which made me csre about the story and characters because it represented how people lived back then, the witcher 3 has nothing for me to relate to. Its like a stranger telling me about their family's day. Why should I care, nothing interesting there. Voice acting didn’t help it either. While the world is kinda interesting, most of it has the color dried out of it like in Novigrad and Velen, along with its surrounding area. You could put me in one of those cities and I couldn’t tell the difference between them. It’s about as bland as the combat, which is basically just a random fantasy creature attacking a boring old guy with 2 swords, and you click to swing. Then you use your magic occasionally, but other than that, it’s uninteresting unlike KCD where you learn a combat system that feels real, and feel accomplished as you learn it. Every enemy defeat in KCD is an experience, a big deal. Every defeat in The Witcher 3 is a stat upgrade. It feels so generic, same and boring. I’m giving this a 5 because the world can be kinda interesting, like with the DLC, and its still kinda immersive. It’s ok. Just not for me.

My GOTY for 2025 (Either this or Crimson Desert when it comes out) and honestly in my top 5 best games I’ve ever played my entire life. It’s a bigger sequel thats so similar and different at the same time. Henry’s story, starting with the first game and leading to this, is probably my favorite of all time tied with GTA 5. Besides the story, here’s why this is so great: Lively cities where every interaction feels real and you can do anything (Like lockpicking into a random shop at night, going upstairs and stealing everything and bringing it back to your apartment) I love the stealth above everything. Combat feels real. Feels like you’re looking through a full time machine. No interaction with anything feels half assed, unlike bethesda or ubisoft where you go from small to big with some boring unlocks that are really just simple health bonuses or stealth detection improvements. KCD2 has you learn genuine skills that you feel you really accomplished. This whole game feels like one accomplishment after the next instead of just mindless progression of Bethesda. No loading screens either with way bigger towns and a city than skyrim could ever dream of. Update: Since Crimson Desert was delayed, this is my GOTY for 2025 and that won’t be changing. Warhorse has been flooding us with great content. I’m probably going to pick up the game art book and the 2 DLCs. The 3rd lets you explore a giant monastery infected with some kind of plague. I feel like they’re taking ideas straight from my own head and putting it into the game flawlessly. 10/10.

Absolutely incredible attention to detail across every single aspect of the game. Phenomenal story and RPG elements. It basically lets you live in the 1400s. Immediately made me jump to the sequel after finishing. No game has hooked me this past year like KCD has. Too many times have I talked about completing something and not doing it. This is an exception. The only thing this is missing is a big central hub/city…… 10/10 for what you pay for. Honestly, it’s more straightforward than skyrim.

If you want the sumarized version of my review, here it is: The objectives are UNCLEAR for new players, both in how to complete them and what the objectives even are. I still haven't completed the game, but I probably won't be able to. Look, this game is great. When it works. I've had many instances where this game breaks and doesn't really allow you to progress if you don't do what they want perfectly. For example, sometimes I like to save while im starting a battle. When you die and the save is reloaded, it has a delay, meaning you spawn back in and die automatically in an infinite loop. NPCs are pretty broken, although less broken than Oblivion. Sometimes their pathing messes up and they just don't walk forward. A lot of the missions are broken. For example, on the mission Diplomatic Immunity, you have to give someone some supplies to get you into an embacy. I thought to myself, "Why would I do that if I can just keep it in my inventory?". What I didn't realize is that they would CLEAR my inventory for the quest, and overrite my saves so that I couldn't progress any longer. I totally understand why people like this game, but for me, it's hard to progress when you don't do things exactly how they want you to do it and your save file becomes corrupted when you don't do things right. Hopefully I can find a fix for my problem, but even then, a good game would never have this problem in the first place. Not accepting “But it’s Bethesda jank” for this one.

It can be really fun fir a while, until you make it to the inner city, where you spend hours trying to find a way to get to the Washington Monument. It’s probably the most depressing thing I’ve ever played and captures an atmosphere that can’t be matched In today’s world of colorful games. Creatures are terrifying and the landscape is really annoying to traverse, as this game started the trend of Bethesda making rocky landscapes everywhere.

(Yes, I checked the event ID in the event viewer) “Well then theres something wrong with your pc” If there were, then this wouldn’t be an isolated issue. But it is. When you buy a game for $60, you expect it to work just as well as other games with the same or higher PC requirements. This game is just incredibly boring to me and I feel no real reason to want to continue. Sure, the combat is kinda nice, but the world is so dead and barron that there's really nothing in it. It's also seperated by mountains, so all you can do is go through these long boring paths and ocasionally come through empty towns with a few enemies. That's all there really is to this game. Nothing else. Not much in it and no real reason to ever feel interested in it. This isn't really much of a videogame at all because there's nothing here for me to talk about. Boring maps that feel like the same, undetailed and un-cared-for slop since 2017. Very stimulating for some, and for others like me, there's no reason for the grind. They pretty much just steal from culture and monetize it for whales to consume. This game would honestly be better off paid, but without an item shop. Do something original Fortnite. 0 effort put in. It’s not even a real game anymore, it’s a crappy social media platform. The Tiktok of gaming.

I've dumped 500 hours into this and I'm still enjoying the world. Story is fun, with the writing being a little corny, but the world, combat and mechanics make up for that. It's Far Cry 7 from Temu. I'm giving it 6 points for the amazing world and 1 point for the systems within it like the movement which was seriously a ton of fun and the combat feels great too. Insane difficulty spike once you get to the 3rd area. Theres also this one laser ore processing facility, which if you’re thinking of going there, don’t. This place is terribly designed. The weakspot mechanic feels kinda broken and it decides to work half the time. The world is one of the best looking bright, tropical, extremely realistic and detailed worlds ever. You can interact with everything. In a way it feels like one of those games thats always a future game that feels decades out of reach and it’s too good to be true. Horrble optimization across all platforms, not just PC. Uninteresting, bland story that starts off with a really dumb statement. If you do decide to get the game, just pay attention to the first few lines of dialogue really carefully. You'll probably see whats wrong with it. Probably one of the dumbest lines I've heard in a game.
