This game requires an online connection and runs as a live service game with greedy microtransactions. It's also a full-priced game. If you live in a rural area with bad internet, don't have internet, or are traveling with little to no internet then there's no way you can enjoy this game. GT6 is the last good game they produced.

The gameplay and characters were so fun and interesting I just wish we knew more about them and the world they live in. This games sets itself up for a franchise that is sadly (over 7 years later) never capitalized on. It was even more fun than the original. Hopefully one day they pick it back up and continue to build on this character.

How are the critics so mixed on this game? Acting? Great. Characters? Unique and amazing. Story? **** you in and keeps you interested. Gameplay? Addicting AF! Upgrade system? Check. Regrets? That I didn't play this sooner. This games definitely deserves more praise than it got, and Sony should be jumping on the opportunity to keep the series going. If only all zombie games were this fun.

Not only is the greatest God of War game I've played, it's also one of the greatest games I've ever played. The characters, the story, the mechanics, and my god the gameplay was mind-blowing. There are no microtransactions. No ads. No bs DLCs that are comprised of content stripped from the original game. THIS IS HOW TRIPLE AAA GAMES SHOULD BE ACROSS THE BOARD. It lacks co-op, but it doesn't NEED it because everything else about it screams excellence.

I played this on the PS5 so that could be why it froze 11 times during my playthrough (Mostly when using a waypoint). Grapple hook chain doesn't work in some areas. Like on the mountain northeast of the village. There is also an issue where the character won't grab ledges with vines after repeated attempts. This is only in certain areas like at the daysha hand ledge near Pardaku Lookout. Sometimes R2 doesn't make the character draw back on his bow (This was a constant issue for me and my girlfriend in this game and I'm glad to see this was fixed in the subsequent games). It also kept constantly changing from the club to the two-handed club without my permission. This was extremely annoying. Aside from those issues, I had a ton of fun playing this game. It's probably my favorite installment (I platinumed 3, 4, 5, and New Dawn). The passion they put into this game - as well as the lack of microtransactions and ads like the new games have - was wildly appreciated and made the experience that much better. While I wish the language was in english since I hate subtitles, I do respect they went out of their way to make a language for the game. The characters were all very interesting and unique. The environment and mechanics for the time it was released are fantastic. If this had at least co-op to enjoy the story with someone else it would have been even better.

I love the Far Cry series. I've gotten platinum on all of the games since Far Cry 3 until this one... and this will probably be the only one I don't platinum because the game began stealing my resources. For example, I would spend hours farming to upgrade a camp facility to 3. Then it would degrade the facility's level upon exiting the game and coming back, but it would save the spent resources. I made sure the game autosaved multiple times after upgrading the facility. It even saved everything I did afterwards, like the weapons I purchased and modifications I made to them. If you google this issue you will see others reporting this problem since release and nothing has ever been done about it. Sure all Far Cry's have had their bugs, but one that steals a ton of resources from you? I just can't do it. Not until this has been resolved. I emailed customer support and I will update this review if they solve the issue. Until then, I will cut my losses and not be wasting any more time on this game.

Absolute garbage. Breakpoint was better in every way I can think of. My biggest gripe with this is the terrible AI. Your teammates do nothing but stand there and look around. The enemy AI magically always knows where you are, can hear suppressed gunshots a mile away, call in reinforcements after you've completely cleared an area, and the list goes on. I've never played a game where you can escape from the enemies and hide for hours in real game time and they'll still be chilling outside waiting for you. Other games like GTA reduce the wanted level after hiding for a period of time. Even when I leave the area completely and wait in hiding this often doesn't work. Why Wildlands is **** The moment an enemy detects you the whole base knows you're there without them having to call it in. Enemies can detect you through solid floors, walls, trees, etc. Once you're detected, limitless fleets pursue you, even after you've killed them all and left the area. After you've killed everyone, sometimes your wanted meter goes away and the map clears up (no more red, yellow, or suspicion), but reinforcements are called even though there's not alarm or troops left to call them bringing your wanted meter back. Shoulder continuously switches to the left and right without permission and there's no setting like in Breakpoint that tells the game to automatically switch back (or to not to do this at all in the first place - which would've been much better, imo). Dead center shots don't always land. Making shots much less accurate than other games I've played. Sometimes the guns don't reload when I press square. The controller is fine. No issues in other games. Enemies in general are bullet sponges. It doesn't matter if they have armor or not. I can mark all of the enemies in a base, but more will randomly appear as red/purple clouds from seemingly nowhere. I've seen their actual character model appear out of nowhere after ordering a Sync Shot with the drone. There have been times when I'm in the middle of clearing a base and a random loading screen will prompt is send me off to a random Rally Point (never went online/offline - during solo play). Some idiot came up with the idea to not include the ability to jump. This makes it even harder to get out of situations when the game glitches you in between objects (this game in general is very buggy to be so post-release). Sometimes off-road vehicles will easily flip over from nothing and there is no way to recover them even though the trash mechanics is the cause in the first place (this is a feature in the GTA series even when the mechanics are much better than this game - in GTA 5; a 2013 game). The airplane mechanics are the worst I've ever felt in a video game and the fact that a tiny pole can't destroy the entire aircraft doesn't help. Somehow enemies very often will hear silenced shots through floors and walls, alerting everyone around. Drone constantly gets stuck scanning and won't allow you to mark enemies. Pressing square almost never works for reloading on the first attempt. This is also the first game where silencers don't seem to matter. They often don't hear me without one and often hear me with one. Missile will randomly strike down your helicopter supply deliveries and there's little to nothing you can do about it (at a low altitude). Enemies have the ability to run and jump through walls. The game will fail my missions and make me completely restart (taking away my transport vehicle) while I'm tailing someone I can clearly see but they're "too far away." Even though they're right there in my line of sight. Unidad patrols often interfere with santa blanca missions. Shouldn't they be patroling their own turf? Fast-traveling during a mission can make you lose progress without any warning at all. I can completely clear the map of enemies and no longer be pursued but fast-travel will still be locked because I'm "in a fight." With who? The air? At times "order assault" does nothing. They just lean out of the vehicle and watch as we're being barraged by enemies gunfire.

This game would be a perfect ten if they made it more stable on console. There's constant stuttering when the game switches from gameplay to cutscenes and sometimes the game will crash on ps4 (error code CE-34878-0). I've also played this on my ps5 and in one of the final scenes it crashed the entire console (turning it completely off on its own). Aside from that, this game is amazing. Some of the best acting, graphics, cutscenes, writing (the philosophical questions and touches on oppression are next level), and player choice I've ever experienced. Truly an experience I will never forget.

While the gameplay, combat (aside from the attractions that are so repetitive and unnecessary), graphics, worlds, gummi ship missions, voice acting, and everything I can think of felt MUCH better than 1 and 2, it still wasn't enough to keep me from utter boredom on my way to platinum. I tried my best to pay attention to the cutscenes but they happen so often, and they're so long and uninteresting I was more worried about fighting off the impeding yearning to nap than what threats they faced. They could have all died and I would have been okay with that, and I love disney movies and anime. It's just this doesn't work for me. There's nothing gripping about the story. A lot of it is just rehashed from the movies like 1 and 2 were with bad writing thrown in. I guess this style of game just isn't my cup of tea despite my love for anime and the disney characters that are featured in it.

I expected this to be a 6/10 before I started playing and it far exceeded my expectations. The gameplay, artwork (including the joy of being able to create my own and see it displayed all over), story, voice acting, style, and everything else was a blast to be a part of. The only things I didn't care for are the ability to skip cutscenes (even though I enjoyed them, I realize not everyone will) and implementation of motion control (thankfully can be switched to the right stick), as well as the way painting feels while trying to walk around - the forced camera angles can tend to be quite cumbersome. I played this alongside my girlfriend and she had just as much fun.

Garbage. Wouldn't work on my ps4 without the app no matter what controller I tried so I had to use my ps5 (the app has connection issues). The game makes decisions for you if you don't decide on a moment's notice and if you don't like the decision it made for you then you're SOL. It automatically saves anyways and you'll have to start all the way over. Couple that with the swipes sometimes not registering correctly and completely ruining my desired playthrough (and having to start over) and this is easily one of the worst and most frustrating games I've ever played.

While it's not nearly as enjoyable as it's predecessor, it was at least visually enjoyable to look at. On the road to platinum, I couldn't help but ask why this game felt so rushed. It had a ton of issues. Like it forces you to play a NG+ in order to unlock all of the skills, and on top of that you're unable to skip a lot of the cutscenes you've already watched. There are also bugs, like enemies glitching into walls but still being able to shott you and keep you from completing the mission/stronghold. The web puzzles can also keep you from progressing through the mission, or at the very least delay their completion as they don't always work even though you've done everything right. This happened to me more often than I would have liked, and I eventually just kept shotting until it decided to randomly work. And the trapped trophy was glitched for me. The trophy requires 50, but didn't pop until 96 (I checked via the benchmark). During the stolen vehicle car chases you'll quickly find that the people in the car you're chasing are unrealistically world-class snipers with a handgun and the game artificially keeps triangle from working until a certain amount of time has passed. So have fun doing it without getting hurt because you can land on the car and if it's too soon triangle won't work. There are other buggy missions too like the Toy Feast side mission when you're required to take a picture of the trucks license plate but I wasn't able to because the game was preventing me from moving and a car spawned in front of it so I literally had to restart to mission to get it to work. Also there's the issue with not being able to do ceiling takedowns even though you're on the ceiling and it shows the button for it in certain areas and wall takedowns taking down people off screen rather than the person you're actually looking at. And if I really wanted to nickpick there's the mission where you have a cat in your backpack and when you land you roll onto it but it's magically still alive. And what are the odds Miles is also a genius and spiderman like Peter, his mom is running for a big position of power, his best friend can hack into a huge tech company like Oscorp on a moments notice, his other best friend is a tech genius who is in a big position of power, his uncle is a big figure in this world, and his dad is n honored hero known throughout the city. Take out the fact that he's spiderman and what are the odds of all of this? Very unbelievable along with bad story writing.

After getting 100 percent I can't think of anything I liked about the game. It's short with subpar graphics. The story is nearly non-existent and it forces you to play online as long as you have an internet connection with probably the most rudimentary options menu I've ever seen. On top of that the trophies can be glitchy. I had to collect the glyph behind the sandfall in the first area 3 times (while complete the area two of those times) for the collect 10 glyphs trophy to actually pop.

I just got platinum on this game and I can honestly say that even though it is slightly better than the first game, it's still garbage. I can't tell you how many times I would tell Sora to jump and he wouldn't (like on the skateboard delivery minigame at the beginning) or spam triangle to grind during the 5,000 point challenge and he would just land on it like I never even pressed triangle. It's like the inputs often don't work in this game. Couple that with the bosses constantly becoming invincible for no reason at 1hp for a while. They'll just continuously eat attacks without defending and won't die. This can be especially annoying during the data battles, for example. What sets this game apart from the first is the improved gummi ship missions, and even though the worlds seem rehashed - the story is definitely improved upon. Sadly the trash mechanics couldn't make up for that and now that the platinum is in my rear-view mirror I will never pick up this game again. I can only hope that the third one isn't as bad as the first two, because I'm a big Disney/FF fan and love games in this genre.

The mechanics were phenomenal and graphics were great for the ps4. I only wish I felt more satisfaction by the end of the game, but it only left me with unanswered questions. There is also the occasional bug like enemies appearing and disappearing randomly when they're not supposed to and weird things like not being about to walk up certain sets of stairs. This is coming from someone who has achieved the platinum trophy and didn't play the original games these are remastered from: The skateboards, music, skater models, and maps are amazing (for the most part *cough cough* skate heaven *cough cough*). This game doesn't have any microtransactions and you can see the passion that went in from SOME of the game developers. The reason I say some is because there's a reason I'll never play this game again and scored it much lower than I would've wanted to despite loving skateboarding games; both games are packed full of bugs, glitches, and inconsistent mechanics. They're so bad that in comparison to other skateboarding games I've played that they're easily the worst and most overrated ones I've ever played. I can't tell you how many times I've glitched into walls of fallen through them and through the entire map. I've also fallen through rails and roofs. Sometimes the game wouldn't register my command inputs on both ps4 and ps5 with multiple controllers (trust me, it's not my controllers). There are times when I'd bail from the skateboard on completely flat land without jumping or doing any tricks - or my combo would randomly end. These bugs were a nightmare when I was doing the get theres. And on top of that, the monotonous grind to level 100 in a (buggy, undertested) game like this made me especially keen on never playing it again.
