This game gets hated on way too much. It’s a good game and quite enjoyable but it should’ve been dlc rather than its own separate entry in the series. Still a good experience and if you like Spider-Man you should go play it.

This is a great dlc. I think our decisions could impact the game even more, and the performance in the year 2025 is still not perfect. But it’s pretty good. Cyberpunk isn’t carried by its narrative, that’s where phantom liberty comes in. However the overall world and world building of the game is on another level.

This game is a 10/10 in my heart but objectively a 9/10. Go play it like please. It’s a very engaging narrative along with slick combat and moving around the world is incredible. The game is held back by its side content taking the Ubisoft world approach as well as having to play as mj and miles. This is a Spider-Man game let me play as Spider-Man. However they did these type of missions better than Spider-Man 2 as at least it had some challenge in being stealth. But mind you the ai of enemies is unbelievably stupid in this series.

The combat is excellent, the story is fairly engaging, and they have mastered the Ubisoft open world approach however that is where I have my issues. This game unlike Spider-Man doesn’t get a free pass on this open world design as these task particularly get quite repetitive and the side content feels equally less engaging for the side characters. Spider-Man gets a pass because simply moving around the city is a never ending dopamine rush. This game is Greta and should be played but I can’t give it a 9/10. It’s definitely a B+ type ****.

I think this game is also a little overrated on here. It’s fun for the most part but not deep whatsoever. There is almost no platforming and a lot of the enemies are just sponges that you soak shots into. The enemy design doesn’t really vary and this game isn’t too challenging whatsoever. Psychonauts 2 is definitely the better platformer in 2021. This game is still good but not great. It’s still incredible visually and the rifts show exactly what a ps5 could do.

Legitimately the greatest co-op adventure ever. Play this now, go buy it. Friend pass, mini games to compete, really great heartfelt story with lots of fun. Just buy it and play it already or go make friends to play it lol.

The easiest 9/10 I’ve ever seen.Only way it could be a 10/10 is if it was longer as well as I wish our decisions felt like they had a little more impact than they do. They’re impactful I just wish a little more so. The gameplay isn’t great but it’s definitely engaging the main dispatching game. It’s just surprising addicting. This is great value for the price and if you have friends you should all sit around the couch and crank this one out, it’s a blast. Buy it now!

This game is a little overrated on here. I loved 2018 Spider-Man and that game remains a 9 or 10/10 for me. I even loved miles morales while most didn’t. But this game is such a clear step down as a sequel. The gameplay is better in the combat and flying around the city with webs and the new web wings, however the story is such a step down I can’t give this game a similar score to the first. This game suffers from having 2 Spider-Man because they both don’t get a sufficient enough time in the spotlight. Also the Peter nerf is very real. The mj missions will always be a nuisance and it’s rediculous we have to play as mj in a Spider-Man game. And they really cranked the mj missions in this one. You don’t even have to be that stealthy since she has a gun now. The cinematic are incredible, the black suit is incredible, the combat and movement are incredible, but the story takes what could have been a 10/10 GOTY to a 8/10 at best.

I’m going to be honest here. When I picked up this game for the first time I felt the hype and got it completely. In the beginning stages of this game it’s so fun, the destruction physics just turn off your brain and you have a blast exploring. However and the reason this went from a 10/10 to a 7/10 to me is that the game is too easy and closer to brain rot than anything. The bananza mechanic while cool initially makes every boss fight piss easy and you don’t even really need to use most of them. Besides the sections where the game forces you to use one I only used the first bananza on bosses and the ostrich to cheese areas. They don’t feel as vital to the gameplay as they should be and even then they also ruin the point to the skill tree. All the bananza abilities make most of the skill tree useless. Which then brings the issue of there being way too many collectibles to the point that you don’t really need to explore and do the more “difficult” bananas. Sure all the collectibles can contribute to a stronger dk but as I said the game is way too easy and the bananzas already do this making the collectibles feel pointless. I get that some people like just having a sandbox but that’s not me I guess.

The story is not good. But that’s not why you play this game, it is so much fun with a friend and has incredible leaps in its gameplay compared to its predecessor of it takes two. While there are a few less minigames where you face each other it doesn’t matter, it’s so incredible what they’re able to do here. It’s cheap for industry standards and you only need to buy 1 copy to play with friends due to the friend pass. Go make friends and go play this game. Buy it!

Truly a life changing game. I haven’t even finished it yet, but this couldn’t wait. Everyone needs to play this game even if they don’t like turn based gameplay. The exploration is still fun while limited but the combat is incredible and the level of customization is also great. It’s GOTY for good reason and will be remembered. It’s insane value for its price tag go buy it!

I can’t give it the same score as the 2018 reboot but it’s still great. It’s an upgrade in the combat, however playing as Atreus is fine initially it overstays its welcome fast. The story suffers from the decision to squeeze 2 games into 1. The difficulty is definitely less than the first game as well. The game is still great though and is a must play if you’ve played the 2018 reboot. Go play that one and then play this game, they’re incredible. This game takes the approach of what if we just kept upping the spectacle and that’s what they do. Each scene gets crazier and crazier and then you play as Atreus .

One of the best games on the PlayStation platform. A truly breathtaking story that is very tight. The combat is incredible and has plenty of challenge for those looking for it. Lots of exploration and fun puzzles utilizing the metroidvania style of going back to old areas. Christopher Judge is great. It’s a very cheap game at this point. Go play it.

This is the best platformer I’ve ever played. The price tag of $60 vs the industry standard of $70 or even $80 now is insane for the value you’re getting here. Especially when you consider the fact that unlike Nintendo games this game actually goes on sale.There are very fun challenge modes that are superb. So many unique mechanics that they utilize and never give the chance to get old. The soundtrack is great, the audio design hearing the metal hit the ground as it walks is crazy. The physics in this game is also so crazy. It’s a ton of fun, doesn’t overstay its welcome and they even add more stages as free updates. If you like platformers at all or have a PS5 you must buy this game!
