Invincible VS is bloody brilliant. Accessible yet packed with depth, Quarter Up has crafted a fighter that welcomes newcomers while offering the nuance that will excite the fighting game community. While more modes and options for solo players would certainly round out the package, this is an incredible fighter worthy of its heroic name.

Invincible VS from developer Quarter Up is an impressive fighting game that plays it safe in some areas, but exceeds expectations in others. The mix of story content that launches into 3v3 battles is seamless as it is entertaining. The game isn’t perfect by any means, but it’s more impressive than it is not.

Over-the-top violence? Check. Iconic memes from the original series? Check. A solid battle system that cleverly borrows the best ideas around to deliver something uniquely its own? Double check. Honestly, there are very few reasons not to jump on board.

Although the story mode lets itself down a bit and the offline offerings are slim, I still had a great time with Invincible VS and expect to lose even more hours to it when the servers go up. The excellent and welcoming mechanics, well-developed roster, and tons of fan service not only make Invincible VS a stand-out tag fighter, but also the game that the series has deserving for a long time.

If you are someone that enjoys single-player content in fighting games, then Invincible VS won't hold your attention for more than a few hours. However, for those who are ready to go online, then you are going to have a lot of fun with this, especially if you are a fan of the source material. Fans of Invincible are going to go crazy over this game and they did a perfect job adapting to the IP to a new medium. It's a very good 3v3 fighting game but the full package does feel a little barebones.

Invincible VS is a very respectable 3v3 tag fighter that plays unlike any other out there. Its two-way interactable combo system opens up opportunities for exciting mind games and chances to outthink and outplay your opponent, despite the action looking and feeling quite stiff. The story mode also shines as a quick and authentic filler episode of the show, though its cliffhanger ending did leave me hoping for a DLC conclusion.

Invincible VS is a decent spin-off of the Prime Video series based on comics and a solid-enough fighting game, but it's barebones in enough areas to make it feel like a big missed chance for meaningful expansion of the IP.

The gameplay is amazing but gets old quick and I love that it is a different fighting game but the story and online are not good at all, the story is too short and the online is ass but other then that this is a mid fighting game.

wow ... **** was **** as hell. Bad animations, bad combo, move set stupidly weaks, missing a lot of fighting game mechanics. If you like fighting games, RUN !

SO BAD! Its like mortal Kombat and Sreet fighter put together in a trash can and served... HOW WOULD PEOPLE BUY THIS **** FOR 50 BUCKS!?
