The characters in TLOU are not real people. They're not your best friend; they are signifiers. Stop whining and realize that is the case with nearly every piece of fictional entertainment.

A general lack of innovation. I kind of had a fun time, but I cannot truly support the lack of creativity on display. The worst aspects of the games Valorant ripped off are more pronounced here. Such as: An over-reliance on having competent teammates and simplistic precision shooter gameplay.

Deeply haunting. Greatest gaming experience I've had in at least several years. Open-world games have never been better. In the joy I felt after overcoming a great challenge, then finding a vista overlooking my destination, I wanted to cry. Future developers should look to Death Stranding and strive to create experiences unlike any other. All modern games have been rendered unimaginative in comparison to Death Stranding. Not subtle, yet so much is thrown at the player; This game tries to give the player more than incentive to finish the game. Rare that a game tries to teach ethics to the player, than just being blank-slate entertainment.

Resident Evil 2 Remake is not as fun as RE4, and not as dreadful (in the horror way) as the first half of RE1:Remake. Nor is it particularly difficult as a survival horror game. The level design is circular but doesn't feel as claustrophobic, horrific, and never-ending as the mansion in RE1:Remake. The game design takes RE4's basics while 'modernizing' it, taking out/reducing the interplay that was present in RE4. Which makes RE2:Remake essentially a precision shooter/survival horror hybrid. I enjoyed it, but nothing stands out as particularly exceptional in any genre except for a few technical feats and interesting ideas. Even compared to other Resident Evil games.

It's not good. I could walk into a base armed with a shovel and kill 20 people just by holding and letting go of the right trigger. WOW. It honestly feels like I'm playing a cutscene. (There's also a perk where you just press a button and your character kills everyone nearby them) STEER CLEAR: if you want gameplay that is fun to master or deeply rewarding. I bought this mainly because of the multiplayer and custom maps. But the core gameplay ruins much of the fun you could be having, by including instant death animations by someone jumping on your head by a meter higher in elevation, explosions being OP, one-shot headshots leaving lower fire rate weapons already at a disadvantage, etc, etc... If you are playing with a friend sure you could have fun for maybe at most 6 hours before realizing how deep this game isn't.

Watch Dogs 2 is better then Grand Theft Auto and Saints Row. +Gives you better incentives for exploring the world that has effects on the gameplay. Something that most developers tend to forget about. +Requires you to think and observe rather then just shoot every enemy you see. (If you don't like puzzles/platforming/stealth, this game might just be irrelevant to you.) +Self-aware script and dialogue +Grounded enough to be speculative satire. +Unconventional characters not typically used by most developers. Downgrades from Watch_Dogs 1 (that I noticed) -Explosions are basically immediate kills to yourself whereas in the original it causes a staggering animation. (This may make multiplayer less fun unless this only applies to Single-player) -Animations are pretty much downgraded from the first game, mobility doesn't seem as realistic in the sequel. -Much more convoluted controls, harder to focus on certain aspects as you gain new abilities. (Such as Equipping tools and accessing NPC's profiles.) Overall, this might just be one of the best open-world sandbox games out there, depending on what you're looking for. To get the most out of it, you should be prepared to explore and do the side-quests, otherwise you're looking at a pretty short game.

Still one of the most overrated pieces of turd I've ever had the misfortune of even looking at. It's not even worth TWO PENNIES! It's like the number 'V' has a curse of being the worst game in a franchise; And it all started with this abomination that shouldn't even be called a RPG, then it leaked into GTA then Metal Gear. EVERYTHING STILL LOOKS GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY BY THE WAY GRAY MONOCHROME CAVES TREES MOUNTAINS, OR UMMMMMM EVERYTHING! This story and dialogue is written terribly from the moment you start the game, none of it redeems itself beginning to end. (Michael Kirkbride isn't part of the writing staff as well) THE GAMEPLAY OH GOD THE GAMEPLAY. THE ADDITION OF KILL ANIMATIONS, EXPLOIT YOUR WAY TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL, GO THE FORGE AND CRAFT YOURSELF 1000 DAGGERS AND MORE, VIOLENCE IS FUN huh... WRONG! NO DEPTHS. KILL ANIMATIONS HUH THATS TOSH. This addition to Elder Scrolls is like why GTA is more popular then Shenmue, WORSE BUT CELEBRATED CAUSE VIIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOOOLENCCCCE!!!!! If you like looking at characters who somehow look like more disgusting higher poly versions of the 5 poly faces in morrowind. (HA IT'S WORSE!) OBLIVION SOMEHOW HAS BETTER LOOKING AND MORE EMOTIVE CHARACTERS. OBLIVION EVEN HAD A PERSUASION SYSTEM THAT'S MISSING IN THIS ONE. (PLUS, WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THE REDGUARDS?!?!? ORCS?! khajiit?! ARGONIANS?!????! OR MOST RACES! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH IN SKYRIM!) DRAGONS ARE SO STUPID. THEY MAKE FIGHTS SUPER LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WERE A DRAGON WOULD YOU LAND WHERE EVERYONE CAN ATTACK YOU EVEN THOUGH YOUR GREATEST WEAPON IS FIRE BREATH AND FLIGHT! THAT IS NOT HOW DRAGONS WOULD FIGHT! DRAGON'S DOGMA HAS WAY BETTER EXAMPLES OF FIGHTS WITH DRAGONS! CLASS SYSTEM OR MOST SUBSYSTEMS ARE GONE. PERKS ADDED... WHAT IS THIS CALL OF DUTY? OH WAIT IT BASICALLY IS! ONLY SIMPLIFIED OPTIONS! WAIT LET'S JUST ADD INSTA-WIN ABILITIES! DUMBED DOWN STREAMLINED CRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP! YOU LIKE FIGHTING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AgAIN?! BASICALLY JUST SKELETONS AND SPIDERS IN DUNGEONS! VOICE CAST IS WEAK. NO UNIQUE VOICES THAT I'VE NOTICED. I mean it's not like I'm asking for Patrick Stewart like in Oblivion, BUT EVERYONE SOUNDS THE GODDESSDAMN SAME! MAGIC IS SUPER DUUUUUUUUMB IN THIS GAME. YOU HAVE TO ALLOCATE A HAND MAGIC. NO WEAPONS WHILE USING MAGIC. HOW DO THEY JUSTIFY IT? SHOUTS?! WTF WERE THEY THINKING! OBLIVION HAD A WAY BETTER AND PRACTICAL SYSTEM! AND OBLIVION DOESN'T TAKE 40 SECONDS TO CAST SOMETHING. OR NEED TO GO BACK INTO THE MENU AND EQUIP MAGIC EVERYTIME! DLC BECOME VAMPIRE! BUILD HOUSE! DO THINGS THAT ARE DONE WAY BETTER IN OTHER GAMES THAT AREN'T CALLED SKYRIM! Uncharted 4 multiplayer is great. Though it isn't as rewarding or satisfying as The Last of Us's Factions Multiplayer. Uncharted 4 will most likely bore me once I unlock close to everything. Though that will take a bloody long time. If Naughty Dog were to add modes that make you value each of the lives given to you like survivors in LOU multiplayer (One life per round), this would probably extend the multiplayer's lifespan in my eyes by 10x. Otherwise I'll just continue the trend of shoot, get killed, spawn back, run in and get killed again. The Last of Us multiplayer has no match yet in my eyes. Though it is a definite improvement over previous uncharted games.

What we really have here is Kojima recognizing that all gamers want nowadays want is giant dumb robot battles, cool cybernetic robot ninja dudes, fan service, and comic relief characters? If you want a true metal gear game spun from Kojima's own personal direction and imagination, play MGS:2.

When I play Bloodborne, it feels like exploring I'm Dol Guldor or facing the Nazgul in Middle-Earth. It feels like the Bloodborne community is alive as well, new things being discovered, people working together to solve mysteries, etc. This truly is as much if not, even more of an experience and experiment than the original Dark Souls was. It feels as if they mashed a whole bunch of influences and put them in a blender. I thought that some parts reminded me of Resident Evil to Princess Mononoke to H. P. Lovecraft to Lord of the Rings. My friend however who's less ****, says that he can't nail down only one influence, it minds him of everything from Neverending Story to a bunch of other things. This game will start off pretty slow, but soon you get to set the pace and go on your own adventure. With paths that will sometimes lead you to nowhere. (Or so you think)

You know, what is the industry really going through now... We get broken ass games, with filler content to extend the length of games. So when an extremely polished game with hardly any glitches or bugs comes out, it is immediately criticized? People are being unnecessarily negative about this game, I mean seriously what the hell is going on? Is everyone used to broken, terribly written games, and focused on multiplayer? I mean what happened to the gaming world? Games like God of War, Uncharted, and Alan Wake were highly praised back then, and now we get poorly made DLCs, Microtransactions, unfinished products, etc. It doesn't sound like they are just holding a voice actor by gunpoint and forcing them to say crappy lines. The depth in gameplay isn't there, is all I have against this game. If this game were to have something similar to Resident Evil 4, I'm sure it could have gained multiple hours. I mean those are 3-6 hour games that you can run through and the only thing that extends it is certain game elements. This game is quite irrelevant to my tastes, but it still shined brightly through the polluted ocean we call the gaming industry.

Great in a Philip K. **** sort of way. With philosophical writing that requests you to wonder about the world outside of the game. I will admit that game play sticks out way less in my mind but adds a whole lot more depth to this game. The serious engines have always been one of the best optimized engines letting you get away with a better looking game. With vague writing cynical of Judeo-Christian dogmas and revisiting such questions as Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? This game is much more enjoyable for those who love subtext and less about what is coherent in this story. (Portal is small time compared to this game)

"We're just going to take the worst aspects of way better games." Is basically what the developers were thinking when they made this game. Games need to give you an incentive other than, go shoot because that guy is bad. Dark Souls gave little dialogue and narration, however it excelled at environmental storytelling and interesting lore. In Destiny the lore is absolutely minimal and boring, PvP is shallow, and gameplay is static. Nothing dynamic in terms of gameplay is in destiny. One of the worst stop and pop shooters ever since RAGE.

Story- Overrated Gameplay- Underrated Not the most intriguing story ever, not even the most intriguing story on the PS4. However the gameplay is what made this game for me. Think of mass effect (If the dialogue was free-flowing and not 'Let us stand around waiting for you to think of an answer.'), Think of Half Life 2 (and how quiet-time established how much it greatly improves the experience), Think of the Metro Series (Environmental Storytelling). The main complaint I hear about the gameplay is that the AI is glitchy/terrible. There's a cure people. Just raise the difficulty from Easy or Normal to a higher one (you big baby playing it on easy, shame on you) Factions MP is fun as long as you just don't use the strategy everyone else is using. If you want a deep, philosophical, strange, satirical commentary-like storyline you probably should look somewhere else then here. It is character driven, like most great storylines however the story just wasn't what I find interesting. For the average movie-goer this will be a blast. A dark story yet with some happiness hidden inside. OH WAIT DID I FORGET THAT IT IS A GRAPHICS UPDATE?! SILLY ME. Don't buy it if you want to spend 50 quid on it. You are not missing out on alot if you are just going to play the game over again. 60fps and some extra clothes are not enough to justify another purchase. (Unless you loved the Factions mode to death and want to continue to play it.)

This game isn't poopoo! You silly children. Your reviews are poopoo! Play it. Don't smell out click bait reviews and just copy those. This game I admit SHOULD ONLY be played CO-OP Online. Not split screen or solo. The boss battles are sometimes questionable but it wasn't as repetitive as past RE games. (As in shoot in face for 15 seconds, then wait 20 sec then repeat 20 times.) Sure it's over the top. But it wasn't as over the top as Wesker just teleporting all over the place, with the only way to possibly beat him is to either A, use a Rocket Launcher; or B, shoot at him constantly for 30 mins. Can not be compared to Resident Evil 4 since the zombiez (T-C-V or whatever virus) virus has gone global not just in a low populated countryside village. And resident Evil 1 was not scarier the only thing scary about that game was graphics, gameplay, voice acting, inventory system, camera angles and the controls. Don't go pulling "oh when that dog jumped through that window, I nearly fell out of my window. (The only reason most people like it is mostly nostalgia.) Gameplay is much improved; doesn't feel like you have played it quite before. UNDERRATED.

Only thing that was interesting was what everyone had to say to Booker. And why he was in Rapture. The ending is a weak-sauce ending that is laughable considering how much I paid for this. Only the Fanboys who hold this above their heads as the great gift from their god Ken Levine. Not worth 15$. Does not get how this is episode one in a series though. The reason why there is no life in this review is because this DLC can be considered dead and makes me feel dead just talking about it. Although it isn't a perfect game, it still is one of the best games ever made. This game takes mechanics from many games, and improves on it without feeling undeveloped and it has seemingly made it's own mechanics. The story follows a great framework with characters being it's driving point, not plot unlike many games today. This game has the right idea of realistic horror, it does not bring the jumpscares it brings atmosphere and a real disease in a environment you would likely see in your everyday life. In short it's likely one of the best games ever made. However preference has made it not my most favorite game of all time but 5th best game of all time. In terms of quality however, it is my number 1 game of all time.

Somewhat good game but terrible PC optimization. The graphics are noticeably very good but I get poor framerates out of the blue especially during multiplayer. The story is very forgettable with undeveloped characters. This game brings back the flair of the original splinter cells but forgets most of it and goes back to conviction gameplay. I went non lethal for all the missions but felt robbed as Sam would always just kill in each of the cutscenes. Controls are sometimes infuriating and can easily be the death of you. (I played this on realistic) Multiplayer can be fun for an easy 6 hours. Singleplayer seemed like an average time to beat, but then again I was playing on realistic w/ non lethal and died every 10 min. High production values, low originality, and tries to appeal to a wide audience with its customization. But still unless your looking for this type of gameplay this will not be your cup of tea. Reason for the 6/10 is for all of the PC problems and it's major and minor flaws. This game appeals to many people, as much as it doesn't. Not high replay value wait for it to get cheaper. Good for 20-40 min a day as it comes in bursts.
