Greetings from Lithuania.
I am a huge Rambo fan. I loved all of the previous movies and first three were my childhood superhero movie. The fourth one was good action flick, but not a great one - kinda lacked that part that goes between second and third part in any motion picture. And then 10 years later comes "Rambo: Last Blood". I was excited for this movie to see Rambo on screen one more time before i saw a trailer, but after seeing it I knew exactly what this movie is going to be about."Rambo: Last Blood" is the smallest and the weakest movie in the series - in my opinion. It kinda felt even not as a Rambo movie. What it lacked even considering that this is a true Rambo sequel - I wanted to know or hear a little bit more about Rambo himself. On the other hand this is a very hard rated R movie - this is not for kids, and this aspect kinda saved this flick from being not so good. The last act of the film puts even Jason Voorhees to a shame. Overall, "Last Blood" is not a bad flick, but unfortunately is not the best Rambo movie. It lacked the budget, the scope and ambition of previous movies. But for action and Rambo super fans, it is an OK one.

For whatever reason, Rambo has been digging a labyrinth of tunnels under his father's ranch. This guy needs therapy.

Okay movie, but I did like the action sequences involved. Sly may be old, but still has a heart of gold.

As the "last" entry in the Rambo franchise, it misses on almost every level.

SummaryAlmost four decades after he drew first blood, Sylvester Stallone is back as one of the greatest action heroes of all time, John Rambo. Now, Rambo must confront his past and unearth his ruthless combat skills to exact revenge in a final mission.

Rambo: Last Blood. Home Alone for adults. Sylvester Stallone will soon be 80 years old, but still continues to run around with a bow and machete to punish the bad guys. This time from Vietnam to Mexico. Mr. Stallone does not seem to lose his dexterity and can still go to the partisans. The film itself looks more alive compared to the previous part, it is more dramatic and gradually increasing the degree of tension and feelings for the protagonist, but unfortunately this spoils everything too quickly. When you are just starting to enjoy the spectacle, and it has already ended, and this, unfortunately, stands out very much against the background of all other parts of Rambo.

What a surprise. I didnt expect much but this one part was on the same level as the last part from 2008, wow. The drama was in the beginning was nice, the father character was beautiful and fit perfectly to the old Stallone. But Rambo means action and here everything made sense, although he fought against many again. But this time it was not just stupid killing, it was full of traps, he learned from Vietnam. The brutality is on the same level as in the last part. There is only one weakness in the movie: The bad guys are too simple: they are just bad. Thanks you Sylvester for such beautiful movies: the 1st, 4th and 5th are great one. The outro was also beautiful.

Don't read the reviews by critics, they just wanted politics in this Rambo movie. Yeah, crazy right? This movie imo is almost as good as Rambo 4.

What a great end to an iconic franchise. Blood, pain, justice, explosions. It's not the best Rambo, but a great one.

Critics are just so sick of this guy but frankly speaking this is not as bad as what the critic rates this show. if arnold does it, would the rating b so bad?
as a non thinking show, this is quite bearable to watch, just a lazy afternoon no brainer outing and let rambo do what he does best.

Rambo: Last Blood. As the name suggests, this time it is the last time we get the opportunity to see Ramba roar and kill all the enemies around us. So did we get a proper conclusion? Ladies and gentlemen, think of me as a fool, but definitely for me! I apologize to the fans of number one or the previous part from 2008, but I just liked this part the most. I would start by saying that the film, as the previous one, takes time. He introduces us to the characters and it ... represents it further? Yes it's right. We'll wait for the event for a while. It won't be right away, as in previous episodes from the 80's. The environment has also undergone a change. I understand that not everyone will be a fan of where the film takes place. It's just not the forest anymore, the jungle, the desert. No. This time we will look at the city, specifically Mexico. For me, a great change and a city from which it was easy to feel that there was a cartel in it, which, as you can guess, Rambo intends to destroy, and that he has a damn good reason to do so, but I won't spoil it anymore. In short, the film takes its time and we will see proper events only at the end, but I dare say that it is worth it and that Rambo's last action had grades, I was sorry that it is the last, but better to end the series well than it would be. it became an endless series that would gradually begin to lose quality. In my opinion, the overall ending was done in number one and I just liked it. In my eyes, this is a wonderful end to the series. Great movie for me, which I recommend.

It is a great Rambo film. Gruesome, real and callous. A befitting ending for the ghost soldier who could never escape the field of war.

Masculine, heartfelt and vengeful. The movie doesn’t waste any time with fluff and it doesn’t take the easy way out. It gives us enough reason to empathize with the characters and it delivers a satisfying pay off at the end. The extras are pretty bad actors but they are barely in the movie. This movie was fun.

meh... You know what you're getting with a Rambo movie. Lots of badass Stallone, bullets, explosions, and violence but, this movie feels like a cash grab and nothing else that checks off every box of what a generic action movie is. In fact, I chuckled several times at the ridiculous and predictable moments. Other than Rambo, I could care less about the story and the characters themselves so all you're really left with is a boring revenge story, shootouts, rolling heads (literally), and what seems like a forced ending to the Rambo series cash grab. If you're looking for an action movie and nothing else, this is for you, but if you want something a little more in your action movie, move on.

This movie was amazing. I watched it as the extended edition. That's the way I heard and read its supposed to be watched. I was surprised the way it went when they were in Mexico but in the end it makes since and It was a great ride. Stallone's last two Rambo's were what I call "Gorno's". I will recommend this movie for sure to friends. 8/10.

What a pile of trash. And people writing its an action movie, what? No, its a bad drama with some action in the end, that does not make sense at all. Think about what actually happens in the movie, dont just swallow cause you like Rambo.

This movie is a great addition to the Rambo Series. The character of Rambo stays true to himself and those around him. However, it is worth noting this movie is extremely dark (as most Rambos) are. If you are up for something that is willing to take a very serious tone and provide mortal kombat levels of violence. You will love this movie.

This is a classic action movie all the way. Rambo: Last Blood is dark, visceral and unapologetically violent. Ignore the so called professionals. Giving it a 10 because it lives up to what its supposed to be. Stallone can still make an enjoyable popcorn bloodbath flick.

This is not a Rambo movie. Watched this movie during the COVID-19 lock-down and it was everything I thought it would be. It is absolute garbage. It took almost an hour before we got any action lasting more than 5 seconds, the setting is idiotic, Sly does what he can but there's zero characters of any weight in it if not for Rambo himself and he's just a brutal old man, the action is stupid, it's just brutality for the sake of it, guys with their heads blown of gets another shotgun shell for no reason, some of the effects are terrible, some of the cinematography looks like it's out of Two and a Half Men, a lot happens of camera but at least that means the movies only 90 minutes but worst of all..... This has nothing to do with a Rambo movie. It's like a Taken/John Wick hybrid with bad action scenes and zero believability. IT was like watching the last Die Hard. IT had nothing to do with Die Hard. It was just Bruce Willis doing stuff. Eventhough the 2nd and 3rd Rambo movie go a bit 80's action movie bonkers it's still Rambo movies. John Rambo has to do something because he's the only one that can. In the 4th one the plot is so dumb but Rambo as a character stays true to himself. Here he wants revenge because some girl did something stupid. In the 2nd and 3rd movie he has to save the POW's or Trautman because of the mission he is on or was asked to do. They still have ties to First Blood because he's still dealing with the war and is trying to do the right thing. Here it's just revenge and it's **** Pointless.

Really enjoyed this film. Stallone is great, other acting is very decent. A great action movie, with a terrific ending, and a surprisingly half decent story line. A fitting final tribute to the franchise. Ignore the politically correct snowflake movie press. This is what an action film should be, and it’s action the whole way through, albeit very violent, so not one for the kids. One of my favourite films from 2019. I saw it in the big screen, just enjoyed it again on TV download.

Glorious, over-the-top violence, that brings as much laughs as gasps.
A narrative so bad it serves to do nothing more than justify the gore.
Choca-block full of stereotypes, bad acting and shoddy CGI.
What more could you ask for, or expect?

Ignore the critics and those who have grown up snowflakes. While it's not "Rambo" in the sense **** running through a jungle with a gun or whatever, it's a solid movie that kept me entertained from beginning to end and it's easily Sly's best film out of his most recent ones. It also has a message to the movie that a lot of people don't seem to like but is completely acceptable. Solid watch.

Decent film, Sly Stallone works his ass off to make this work.. The action scenes are cool and the kills are jaw droppingly violent and over the top. The last half of the movie almost reminded me a bit of a twisted version of Home Alone due to all the traps he uses to kill people. The main issue is THERES NO STORY or if there was it could have been done alot better. It's still worth a watch if you're a fan of the series and action movies

Not terrible but kind of empty. It’s better than most of the other Rambos except First Blood.

The movie is EXACTLY what you expect it to be. Stallone and his team did not set out to make a masterpiece; they just want to entertain, deliver the goods, and they succeed. My only quibble is the use of Paz Vega, a legitimate actress: why did she sign on when she knew she would be wasted?

A real movie finally compare to the garbage Hollywood and Disney makes!! These no PC rubbish in it or dysfunctional "girl power" rubbish as well. Characters act normal (muscular men, feminine women). It's nearly impossible for Hollywood to produce "normal" characters today.

My vote for 1 of the top 10 worst films of the year. Stallone could have done must better than this . Unbelievable plot, somewhat racist, overly violent (but, hey, it is a Rambo film), and poorly scripted, photographed, and edited. I hope that viewers do not judge the early Rambo films by this failure. All that is missing is Stallone saying 'Do we get to win this time?'

After a start that promises very little more than a vengeful ending, the story spirals into mindless violence in tunnels that were clearly cut out for this purpose. Guts and gore shred to pieces the once painfully human character formerly known as John Rambo. This could have been so much more .....
Don't waste your precious time on this.

A movie seemingly written by 12 year olds for a mentally challenged audience. The acting is bad the plot is pretty much nonexistent.
