Absolute trash from start to finish. As an action movie it fails because the protagonist is a clumsy junkie with no fighting skill or ability with firearms. As a revenge movie it fails because the plot is incoherent. As a gothic movie it fails because you don’t care about the characters and the rules of the supernatural elements are ill defined.

This is only a marginally better movie than Godzilla vs King Kong 2. Literally the film is written and directed by people who have never been in a real fight or seen real conflict; some characters in the movie with no training and fighting or military/police background immediately become hard core killers magically. The protagonist himself doesn’t become good at fighting until some transgender priest at a temple give him psychedelic drugs to make magically a better fighter. The plot is poorly written, fight choreography is terrible. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your time or money. I literally cannot tell you how many times I fell asleep; the movie suffers from awful pacing.

The worst movie of 2024 by a longshot. Do not waste your time or money on the absolute rubbish of a movie. It’s written like a child’s cartoon by absolute morons , written by absolute morons. There is absolutely no redeeming value in this movie save for one comical scene with King Kong. Avoid this movie at all cost , if at all possible. You will absolutely be dumber after having seen it.

The only Kaiju movie that is as good as this one is “Skull Island”. This is a much more serious and dramatic movie, whereas Godzilla is more of a plot device in this film than an action banging together with other action figures in a giant CHI set pieces like the awful Godzilla vs Kong tripe.

Both simultaneously fast paced and slow. The action scenes are mostly enjoyable; Alex Garland is nowhere as good as David Ayer or JohnWoo or Antoine Fuqua or someone like that but it’s still good. My main complaint is there are far too few action scenes and combat scenarios in this action film and far too much lamenting the loss of journalism as a heroic and needed job/ career/ archetype. Overall a good film though.

Awesome movie, good action, funny. Well done. It doesn’t suffer from bad fight choreography or daft dialogue, it pokes fun at liberals and conservatives.

Complete assbag of a movie . The writing is nearly nonexistent, the plot is ridiculous it gives the the most outlandish Bond film a run for its money. Fight choreography is so amateur that it’s apparent the writers have never been in or witnessed a fight their entire lives. Guns make silencer noises without a silencer and 90lb women decimate 4-5 200lb men simultaneously.

It’s an excellent movie. It’s definitely in the vein of other Guy Ritchie movies. Lots of action, lots of jokes , way better than Bad Boys 4.

Absolutely a terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible movie. Other than celebrity cameos , this movie has squat to offer Jason Mewes(Jay) looks like they peeled him of a bus station bathroom floor.

This is the absolute worst movie of 2019 . Don’t waste your time if you like believable characters or plot. The director swears he’s clever with this garbage; but it’s basically a CLUE movie to include the overacting and all. Daniel Craig pretends to be Foghorn Leghorn for several hours it is the absolute worst impression of southern accent I have ever seen.

Super slow paced, most of the movie is Adam Sandler yelling like Bernie Sanders, maybe a few good scenes. It’s a lot of setup for no pay off.

Solid acting , and rare semi-accurate military portrayal. Not too over the top or unbelievable. Good representation of military camaraderie.

A movie seemingly written by 12 year olds for a mentally challenged audience. The acting is bad the plot is pretty much nonexistent.
