This is similar to the first film but the casting is so much worse. The characters are one dimensional. The story just isn’t interesting this time round and the time between monster attacks is tedious. All the suspense is gone as you saw the monster in the first film and they show you a lot in this film and seeing it so much makes it look goofy. I really appreciated Justin Long returning even if it was only briefly. It’s not good but it is kinda fun because it’s so stupid. What made the bus windows explode? The laughably bad decision making is back. I pretty much hated the ending but the finale was fun.

While slightly better than its predecessor, but not by more than a thin margin, Jeepers Creepers 2 does not stoop to the lowest of lows of plot contrivances seen in the first film, but it is incredibly dull and features some horrendous dialogue.

Jeepers Creepers 2 is a terrible sequel in almost every regard. It brings zero scares and worse acting to the screen.

This is a great follow-up sequel to an already great, thrilling horror. It's as good, if not better than the original!!

Not as suspenseful as the first one but it was genuinely chilling for the most part. Especially towards latter half of the movie. Plus, more action, probably cause there was no hidden who the protagonist was this time. Great movie!

I have watched it a lot of time and I can play it again and again and I am not tired of watch it.

We all know about Victor Salva's awful past and because of that I make it a point to not support any of his films on a financial level. That being said, he does make fascinating genre pictures. Made especially more creepy considering the history. Now where the original films homoeroticism was kept to a minimum as well as the subtext. Jeepers 2 gets right out in front of it in an even more disturbing way. Being a gay man and at the time it was released in my early 20s, I appreciated the film for sexualizing men instead of women. Now looking back at it I can't help but see the obvious exploitation. That being said the man knows how to make a competent genre film. Despite it's checkered past I enjoyed Clownhouse and Jeepers Creepers. As well as some of the films that followed these like Rosewood Lane. This one has the Creeper trying to recoup his harvest after the events of the first film. This time around he targets a bus full of homoerotic athletes along with a psychic cheerleader. The movie is way sillier than the first and doesn't take itself seriously and neither should you. Its dumb and it's fun and the creeper is a cool character that definitely deserves his own franchise. It's just sad that his creator has ruined any chance this series could have had. Now I'm not saying these films are flawless by any means in fact this one has a heap of problems from tacky performances to nonsensical rationale and just a lack of clean execution. But it's still kinda creepy, kinda goofy and kinda fun. Budget: $17 m Domestic Box Office: $36 m Worldwide Box Office: $67 m 3.5/5

The original did lack but this one lacks a bit more. The new story was very odd but its Jeepers Creepers so what do you expect? Well anyways it still brings the scares and excitement so its a decent movie.

Addictive movies!..love both! the first one and the 2nd one!,good job victor salva!!......hope the 3rd one is good like this **** favorite horror movies of my **** i watched this when i was like 5/6 i love this two movies!! one of my favorites!..once again!..good job vic ;)

Like most sequels,this movie doesn't live up to the **** was more ridiculous,the acting was not that good and there was definitely no improvement for the CGI **** movie may be more entertaining and it may had more kills but,it is definitely an inferior movie.

I liked that one, more than the first. More suspence, more crazy scenes, more victims.... and I loved the bus driver. One of the most wonderful horros movies

I think JC 2 took the fun out of the original by turning it into more of a cheesy creature film rather than keeping the aurora that the creature had in the original. It was the suspense and the not knowing that made the first film so good, This movie has none of that.

It is rare for a sequel to reach as high acclaim as its predecessor, and Jeepers Creepers 2 is no different. Jeepers Creepers 2, though scarier at moments than the original, uses dialogue to push along the story so often it becomes unbelievable. Even more upsetting is the fact that Silva blatantly ignores the most charming aspects of the first movie; the catchy theme song, BEATINGU license plate, and mummified truck go unmentioned and unseen. Instead of 2 idiotic teens you have twenty, and instead of a mysterious Creeper you get ones with hints of unneeded charisma. Not a terrible movie, but disappointing for a descent idea.

Just scene after scene of a poorly realised Creeper moving slowly towards a group of concerned looking adolescents.

Better than the first thanks to more characters and an exciting storyline as we follow a school bus of footballers cheerleaders stalked by the creeper. There is just as much Horror as the first with a few more kills probably thrown in this one, but props to the opening scene as it really draws you in! A tad corny, perhaps, which is why the first is critically liked more, but I was entertained more with the sequel and Horror fans will get their kicks out of it

The Creeper is back, and this time he is after a busload of high school students on their way home from the big game! Can the teens outlast the night and force The Creeper back into a forced hibernation? Unfortunately for us, they can, but not before he tears through more than half of their whiny, over-privileged, and utterly annoying friends on the road to nowhere. The main thing this sequel has going for it is the return of Jonathan Breck as the monstrous man-eating Creeper, who adds even more personality and dark comedy to his villainous role. Like in the original, JEEPERS CREEPERS 2 offers a few stylish moments and jolting shocks, but it is riddled with all of the same errors in logic and storytelling as before. Once again, Victor Salva relies on another psychic character to lend some clue as to what is going on, especially to anyone who had missed the first film. At the very least, The Creeper puts an end to the teens' incessant yammering in a number of brutal and bloody ways when he's not ingesting their organs to replace his own.

There is not a great sequel but still scary. The first part is a thousand times better.

The first 'Creepers' was good because of the way it built suspense. The sequel here, like many other horror movies these days, makes the mistake of showing us the monster near the beginning and there are no more surprises from that point on.

Eh it was a little better then the previous film but its still a pretty typical horror film that really does nothing to seperate it from similar films in the genre.

The first movie was passable but this sequel was a complete waste of time. I didn't give a damn about any of the characters as they had no development and they scares were spotable from a mile away. very poor effort!

The original 'Jeepers Creepers' initially seemed like a fine piece of work but ultimately became one great big clichÃ, however this one is just one great big clichà from start to finish.
