The First Descendant is still not Destiny at its best or a new revelation in the genre, a very pretty time eater. The game is able to attract the audience with cute graphics and beautiful character models, but it doesn't offer anything radically new. In an era of high competition, this is clearly not enough.
The First Descendant offers engaging sci-fi action with stunning visuals and fast-paced gameplay, but it comes with some caveats. While the combat and world-building are strong, the experience is somewhat marred by repetitive missions and a lack of innovation. It’s a solid entry for fans of the genre, but it may leave those seeking something truly groundbreaking feeling slightly underwhelmed.
At its core, The First Descendant is a solid looter shooter, but that's about it. The limited number of activities, which are quite similar, a botched storyline, awkward dialogues, and excessive grind weigh it down. The characters, while fun to play, are generic. Despite these issues, the game can still be entertaining, and many of the problems mentioned could be resolved quickly. However, the predatory monetization strategy chosen by Nexon won't disappear. Even so, it can be ignored, allowing you to enjoy the game if you can look past all the surrounding clutter and focus on the simple thrill of holding down the trigger.

Game has an interesting narrative and settings, the gameplay, on the other hand ... Mechanics-wise it's a Warframe-clone with Destiny 2's combat, however the devs don't seem to understand why things worked in those games so everything just feels clunky with mechanics contantly working against each-other. After about a year of hyperinflation when it comes to damage numbers everything is an extreme bullet sponge that one-shots players, pretty much requiring meta-builds to get past.

Insane "fan service" (polite way of saying hypersexualization) makes this unplayable for anyone who cares about their wife, children, etc. I'm not w0ke I just don't want to see this trash.

At the games core it’s an average looter shooter. It’s just fine, what is weighing this game down is the devs complete disrespect for your time. Once outside the core gameplay loop, the game quickly divulges into a menu simulator where the player spends more time clicking through menu’s-rather than actually playing the game. All in all don’t spend money on micro transactions and enjoy the next 500 hours to grind for an ultimate character. Disappointed.

The graphics are good, the matches are very good, the variation in play style is impeccable and there is plenty to do at any time. Even though there are obvious weaknesses and a slightly greedy shop.

The First Descendant is awesome F2P online multiplayer game, which you shouldn't pass. There's no P2W , monetizing is focused on cosmetics but character development must done by yourself. Graphics and game-play is really good, and this game has developed much from the day one. It has nice content, grind of course, costumes, guns and much to loot. Game is really fun considering there's no money catch to enjoy the game. I really been enjoying much (1000hrs) and still there seem no end fo this great awesomeness! Strongly recommend!

Excellent looter shooter that's continuously improving. As far as the genre goes - my favorite game. Excellent visuals, satisfying gameplay, interesting characters and a decent story. Endgame gets a bit tedious but that's a given with the genre. My only complaint is that the cosmetic options are somewhat limited as F2P which is disappointing

If you're bored of Destiny 2, you now have an alternative, albeit it's not as good.

The First Descendant does not yet feel like it could become a serious competitor to the big names in the genre. Perhaps the game will surprise us with more endgame content that will satisfy our looter-shooter needs. So far, my experience has been mixed.

The First Descendant is neither bad nor outstanding. It doesn't do anything particularly well, but it doesn't do anything insanely badly either. A mid-range shooter that is outshone by the greats of the genre.

I’m more than ready to put The First Descendant down and not come back for a while. Its character playstyles are fresh and interesting, but underbaked gimmicks, overly familiar ideas, and underwhelming encounters make it hard to recommend. I’m hopeful that The First Descendant can outgrow its need to imitate other games and eventually turn into something interesting in its own right. It’s a live service game and Nexon’s first shot at making something in this style, so there’s every chance it might turn around in future updates.

The First Descendant has moments of fun, but its action is constantly debilitated by tiresome mission design and a grind entirely informed by its venomous monetization. It's designed to frustrate and steer players toward an extensive storefront that lets you circumvent some of its monotony, only to be met with even more. There are no redeeming features to its intentionally infuriating free-to-play model; it feels like a game designed in a boardroom, where every single aspect of its design is secondary to the pursuit of making more money. It's a sad state of affairs, and I wouldn't recommend The First Descendant to anyone.

To be honest there is very little Gaming Titles that I get obsessed about. I like Nexon and the Devs dedication to deliver an absolute stellar beautiful game. It has beautiful character design and customization. Open world, gun and run. Thrilling world creation. I have been playing on my Xbox one since the start of the game and have been loving each minute. Grinding has been made easier. Characters has been made easier to access. You have an option to buy skins and spend cash but there is also the supply store where you can get free loot and skins. I love TFD so I invest in the game. I mostly play solo but the Co op community is great. If you want an easy relax play.. I would suggest TFD

Comparado com outros looter-shooter atuais para PS5 e considerando o tempo de vida do jogo, é um 7 considerável com potencial de 8.

Starts really strong but after 3h+ can become a bit monotone. Nothing to lose since it's a free game. Recommend giving it a try.

It gets boring and grindy really fast. The different characters really make much of a difference in fun. If you want to accomplish anything you gotta give them more and more and more money.
