I am about 150 hours in, and I can say this is a massive improvement on what breath of the wild brought to the gaming world. I still feel like there is so much content left to enjoy and I am excited to maybe put another 150 hours in. The new world layers feel great and fresh, and all serve their own purposes. All of the new skills feel fresh and fun to use, unlike BOTW where a few skills / powers were fun but others seemed tacked on and did not add much. I am sooo blown away by this game.

I can't believe how I've gone from being a die-hard battlefield fan starting with 2 on PC, to hoping the series dies with this iteration. So many of the defining characteristics of battlefield are gone. Squads mean nothing (I don't know why they even exist in the game), there are no classes, and worst of all I can't even pick my gun or specialist because the game is so bugged. The only thing remotely okay is the portal mode, which is literally just a copy of previous battlefield games with this new buggy game engine. Another thing you should know, this game only has two real game modes, both of which are locked at 128 players on maps that are too big and too empty where so that the only viable way to get kills is with a tank, helicopter, or sniper. I'm so disappointed in this series. What a shame.

This game oozes all of the things that I loved about the original left 4 dead games with a lot of graphical and gameplay improvements. Idk why everyone is complaining about the card system. I like it and think it makes play more dynamic between runs. Definitely adds replay value. Just PLEASE let us access the store in safe houses while people are in the process of joining.

If you're intelligent, and like a game that makes you think, read, and problem solve, then I would recommend this game. If you just want a dumb shooter than I'd recommend going back to Call of Duty. This is definitely an 8.5/9 game but I'm giving it a 10 because of the review bombs. It took me a good two or three hours for all of the game mechanics to flesh themselves out, but when they did I was really hooked. It's worth it to push past that hump of learning how to play the game. Great style, great backstory and character design, and super fun to mess around with the slab powers and gun arsenal. This game does so many things that are NEW, so don't be fooled by people who think this is just like dishonored. It's not.

I love the vibe of this game, it feels like I'm playing a Tim Burton movie. Also, people complaining about localization ... this game is an indie game made by a smaller studio from Sweden with 25 employees. Don't be such crybabies. You can't play every game in existence, so **** it up. There are so many japan-only games I haven't played and I don't go around review bombing them.

I'm not sure why this is getting review bombed. I'm really enjoying Legions. The story themes are interesting, and it may not be the most enthralling tale, but it's enjoyable nonetheless. The futuristic setting is believable and the cars and city are sweet. Graphics aren't too tier, but they are at least middle of the road. I enjoy running around London, jamming out to the radio, and doing all of the side quests / recruiting new team members.

I'm having an awesome time with this game, and I can't believe it's free to play. So far the atmosphere, music, and exploration elements have me hooked. Combat is pretty fun and fast paced, but definitely not the focal point of the game. I wanted something to fill the void that BOTW left, and this is kind of doing it for me so far.

Honestly, I've only known about this game for a week, and I was a bit thrown off by critic reviews as it sounded like such an awesome concept. After getting through the story, I have to say that I am having an awesome time. It is immensely fun sailing around, scavenging for boat and gear upgrades etc. I am fine with the minimalist story, as I kind of like the freedom it allows. I HOP that the developers add some new game modes. I feel like this game could have so much potential if there was just a free mode where you could just roam the procedurally generated ocean discovering new lands.

An amazing retelling of one of the best games of all time. The combat feels fresh but was a bit frustrating at times. I played through 75% of the game on normal then switched to easy because the difficulty and some specific mechanics were hindering my ability to enjoy the story. The music is insanely well done and visuals are as good as they come for 2020. This first part of ff7 is a lot of plot setup, so I understand the linear style. I hope part two opens up and ends up being closer to what ff15 was.

I see the butthurt PC players found their way on here ... Exodus is by far the most expansive and well fleshed out game in the Metro series. The controller sensitivity threw me off for the first two minutes but it's fine on full sensitivity. Other than than, I am loving the storyline and beautiful visuals of post apocalyptic Russia. Absolutely deserves an 8.5 or 9/10, but the reviews have been influenced by those who were upset that Epic made the decision to pull away from releasing on steam, which is their business decision to make freely if they wish.

I have no idea why so many so-called fanboys are calling this game too easy, shallow, childish etc. This is a REMAKE of the originals with gorgeous graphics, and tweaked mechanics for wild pokemon encounters. Everything else feels very similar to the original games, and I am enjoying every minute of reliving a part of my childhood. Pokemon is not a game marketed targeting adults, and some people need to just accept that.

As a veteran hunter (well over 2000 hours of playtime for the series), I was both extremely excited and extremely skeptical when MHW was announced. After about 20 hours of playtime, I can confidently say that Capcom has put out their best work so far. The graphics are gorgeous, and the hunts feel more immersive and real. There may still be some kinks to sort out with the online portion of the game, including the squads and joining friends games (including SOS flares) etc. but overall I know that this game will put me a few hundred hours deeper into the Monster Hunter universe... and in beautiful 4k. After fighting Odogaron, my fears that the game was made easier to accommodate new players were dismissed lol.

I am finally writing a review after putting 450 hours in. This is my favorite installment of the series hands down. Great mechanics, none of the new goofy hunter arts introduced in generations, an incredible amount of content, and streamlined interfaces which make doing all the normal tasks just a bit easier. This game is a seemingly endless source of enjoyment and excitement - much more so than generations. Monster hunter is not for the feint of heart, but once you have the mechanics down...

A great addition to the series! As a veteran player, I was expecting a slight upgrade from 4U, and that is basically what this is. Obviously I did not get nearly the playtime I did out of 4U, but cross introduces some new refreshing mechanics that I believe enhance gameplay and make things feel more fluid. I just wish there was village high rank and G rank ... hyper monsters are fun though.

I'm not sure why anyone thought this game would be earth **** revolutionary. Destiny 1 WAS that game- maybe not at launch, but it became a one-of-a-kind mmo/shooter that attracted and kept many fans who wanted more. Destiny 2 is a massive improvement in all respects from the first game, but it seems that a lot of man-children are butthurt that microtransactions exist for cosmetic items and the way armor coloring works has changed. Honestly, listen to the professional reviewers on this one . . . not the man-children posting scores of 0.

Hmm, I really wanted nothing more than for this to be an incredible and enjoyable nostalgia trip, and while I am enjoying it, I am disappointed. Of course this isn't Bethesda's game, it is Zenimax, but I for some reason expected some of the the feel from the cities, characters, and just some overall vibes from the original game to carry over. The cities are cool, but just lack feeling. The buildings are closed for the most part, and there is not much to do aside from the usual shops and the NPCs involved with my active quests. In Morrowind, just about every destination and persona had huge amounts of character. It just feels to me like they skimmed a little bit of morrowind off the top and sprinkled it on to their MMO. I appreciate this gesture to appease long term fans, but you CAN'T SKIMP THE DETAILS when trying to compare to an incredible classic RPG like Morrowind. Disappointment aside, I really like the storylines, dialogues, and MAIN characters. Some locations are very detailed, but overuse of props doesn't make up for the lack of meaningful accessible locations and interesting characters. I also think that for an expansion or "Chapter" that costs two thirds as much as a newly released PS4 games should have content quality and quantity that justifies the price. I DO enjoy the new class addition. Only a small handful of new armor sets and weapons were introduced, and the mounts and pets do not really seem to be relevant to the content at all. Also at the moment, there are SO many people playing on PS4, you can pretty much waltz through most of Vvardenfell because the loads of other players have cleared out the enemies already. Maybe my opinion will start to change as I get farther through the content, who knows.

The interface and music is very hip and cool, but for me (especially the music) this got old after many hours. This is a fairly long game, and hearing the same melodies and songs repeated over and over for 100 hours is too much. I love some of the boss themes, but I wish they did a better job incorporating more casual- all the time music. The turn based system is kind of dated but works well, overall eh. The finale of the game was underwhelming and kind of anti-climactic. Overall it seems to be exactly what most people would expect from another installation to the Persona franchise ... nothing really innovative or earth ****. I think the best parts of this game were the character interactions.

I was somewhat reluctant to purchase this game, as despite great reviews, I feared it would be a disappointment like Far Cry Primal. I was very wrong. This game is like a fusion of several different dynamics from some of my favorite games of all time. Traveling fluidly over gorgeous terrains and landscapes feels to me like Skyrim with some Uncharted mechanics thrown in, while combat and large robot battles almost make me feel like I am playing Monster Hunter. I love the landscapes, the sounds, the art style, and the gameplay. The plot dropped off a little for me after leaving the first major area, but that's mostly because I was so preoccupied with exploring, completing side quests, and getting better gear. Possibly my game of the year, just barely above Nier: Automata.

It seems that the reception to this game is all or nothing. If you want to mindlessly hack and slash your way through enemies for hours, or play 20 rounds of team deathmatch in a row, this is probably not your game. If you want to play a game that is masterfully artistic, beautiful, emotional, and requires patience and critical thinking skills, this game certainly provides. As a huge Shadow of the Colossus fan, I knew what to expect in terms of art style and game mechanics. This really does feel like an instant classic like the other team ICO games. The dungeon-esque puzzle sections are broken up with jaw dropping vistas and heart stopping moments, and after a few hours, you really start to feel a part of the world of team ICO. My ONLY complaint is that the framerate does dip in certain scenes, but after playing for five minutes, I am too immersed to even notice.

I wasn't too sure about this game, even after seeing trailers, but after 5 minutes I was convinced that this game would have me hooked. My first playing session I had my eyes glued to the screen, intrigued with the art style, the philosophical undertones, and the mystery that lay waiting for me. Each puzzle feels unique and rewarding, and the amazing soundtrack wraps it all up in a bow.

I originally rated this as a 0, but since release (only 5 days ago), the devs have pulled all nighters to bring us patches and fixes. I have an AMD Phenom x4 965, which on release could not even launch the game. I can now not only launch it, but it runs at a constant 60fps with minimal stutter on maxed out settings WITH some graphic improvement mods installed. As far as the game goes, I am enjoying the diversity of landscapes, flora, fauna, ships, guns etc. I DO however see how many see things as repetitive, because they can be, but I have watched a broken game transform into an enjoyable playable game in only 5 days. I am very hopeful that upcoming patches, updates, and user-made mods will bring this game to its full potential . . . the game we all had envisioned when the first trailers were released.
