Sonic the Hedgehog will go down in history as a generation defining moment for movies, because it took a concept destined for a crisis, but did a complete 180 and we got something truly fantastic! This movie has fun action, fun comedy, a fun adventure, every moment about this film is just fun! You definitely gotta give the studio credit for fixing the design of Sonic and having awesome special effects in the movie. Definitely a great experience and an amazing video game adaptation by far! This ball of surprises rolled in and shocked many fans old and young with it's brilliant charm and surprises!

This movie was surprisingly a fun and awesome comic book adaptation! Definitely a major step up from the disappointment which was Suicide Squad, this movie has incredible choreographed fight scenes, funny crude humor, and even creepy yet charming cool villain. The characters are interesting, though it would've been nice they had more character building and development, but still great characters with the time they are given. This movie and Harley Quinn may not be Deadpool, but is the closest and best thing that comes close to DC's version of Deadpool!

1917 is truly a marvelous fantastic war film like no other! You must see this movie to truly appreciate every aspect of this amazing movie. Everything about this movie is just magnificent, from the action, to the story, to the incredible feat of filming the entire movie in like two long continuous takes! An absolute thrill ride from start to finish with plenty of thrills and some heart wrenching moments thrown in there as well. Definitely one of the greatest feat in cinematic history!

An absolute cinematic blast like no other! Joker isn't your typical comic book origin story movie, but that's just the point! Sometimes a comic book character grounded in reality can be just as thrilling and compelling, even without fancy CGI or explosive fight scenes. Joaquin Phoenix's performance is outstanding in the atmosphere of Gotham is bleak and chilling. All the elements combine together to bring you a DC movie like no other! An absolute must see psychological thriller for fans and even non-fans of comic books!

The Lion King reboot was a fantastical looking spectacle, but at the same time felt like a predictable rerun of the original! If you grew up watching the original the reboot does a good job hitting the right nostalgia point at times, but also kinda lets down your excitement and nostalgia with some awkward altered scenes and unnecessary padding and extended scenes. And due to the movie trying to be too realistic some scenes just don't pack the same emotional charm and magic as the original. It's a great watch but you just can't beat the original!

An absolute unique, atmospheric, and chilling sci-fi robot film like no other. This movie takes a unique take on the tropes of the post-apocalypse and robots and makes it something genuinely special. The performances are excellent and Rose Byrne's performance as Mother is absolutely chilling and hauntingly beautiful. A great sci-fi movie with atmosphere, thrills, chills, and twists, and of course, robots!

An absolute fun and fantastic adaption of a childhood video game/cartoon! Detective Pikachu brings back all the childhood memories and nostalgia we've experienced growing with pokemon. The movie brings to life the fantastic world of pokemon and the pokemon themselves are amazing too. The movie has plenty of laughs and heartfelt moments, even if there might be some plot point twists that come off as weird, dumb, or confusing. But probably like the best video game movie adaptation so far and an absolute thrill ride to watch, makes you feel like a child and believe in magic!

Truly an absolute masterpiece and breath taking superhero movie like no other! A magnificent journey down memory lane and a bitter sweet conclusion and farewell to some of our favorite heroes and characters. This movie ultimately sums up everything the MCU built up the past 11 years and 21 films, but still leaves more to look forward to even if it feels like the end. Truly a must see cinematic experience like no other! It will make you cry, laugh, wow, and feel, all your emotions will just pour out!

An absolute fun and charming joy ride from start to finish! Shazam! balances great humor with fun jabs at superhero cliches. The film also has time to add in emotional heart tugging moments and spirit lifting fun. The action and effects are incredible, and maybe at times somewhat frightening too. Probably one of the best and brightest DC superhero movies to date and a whole lot of fun, makes you wanting to come back for more of the Shazam family!

An absolute enjoyable film filled with thrills, chills, laughs, and mystery! Us, just like Get Out, isn't your generic "horror" movie,but it plays on that trope. Us delivers on the pulse pounding frights and brutal violence building up an interesting story and blowing twists, all while throwing a few comedic and funny moments. An absolutely incredible follow up film, and yet another film meant to be a cult classic!

I guess Marvel studios wanted to try doing something "new" but a good amount of the stuff in the movie we've already seen in previous Marvel movies, so nothing really new was offered. Due to other Marvel movies coming out before Captain Marvel nothing really seems fun or original, like Guardians of the Galaxy made space battles and humor good, and Thor showed the potential power of an ultimate being, while Captain Marvel kinda seemed a bit dulled down compared to them. Also the movie was kinda riddled with plot holes and unsatisfying answers, and if you know how the MCU works, you already can piece together how the movie is gonna end. Captain Marvel isn't a terrible movie, but it just doesn't quite do a good job at portraying the true potential power of Captain Marvel, but instead is kinda pretty cheesy and dumb at times. But I guess the cat was a somewhat fun surprise!

An epic and wonderful conclusion to a beloved movie trilogy. A touching story for both adults and children, filled with thrills, laughs, awesome action, and heart tugging moments. A must see conclusion for all fans who've been there since the very first movie and have waited almost a century for a satisfying end, and boy do they indeed get a worthy end!

An amazing and awesome sequel improving upon the original is all sorts of wonderful surprises! The voice cast is still incredible as always, the animation is brilliant and amazing, the multiple pop culture references and joke are fantastic and well timed, and the story is original and heartfelt. A brilliant and a must see sequel equally enjoyable as the first!

Definitely lives up to the unconventional superhero trope. Though at times the movie may seem slow-paced and just a bunch of exposistion all that leads up to a pretty satisfying climax and awesome fight scene. The characters are interesting and unique, and the final twists are crazy and awesome like always. A pretty good way to wrap up a trilogy, but hope for to come!

A unique and one of a kind "horror" film like no other! Hereditary isn't your run of the mill generic horror film, it doesn't rely on cheap scares and overused cliches, but instead it ingeniously evokes terror through unsettling imagery, sound, and disturbing behavior. The acting is incredible! Really bringing home new terror through unsettling behavior. Though the movie is different and unique, some moments may be a bit slow, and the plot a bit confusing, but in the end it's a terrifying experience that'll shock and unsettle many generations to come.

It wasn't quite the next Wonder Woman movie, but way better than Justice League and Batman V. Superman. Aquaman has incredible visuals and awesome fight scenes,but lacks in some plot points. Though it's suppose to be an "Aquaman" movie, we see more of "Arthur Curry" than the gold and green hero we all know, which doesn't quite show up until like the final fight. But still the characters were interesting, the scenery gorgeous, and even the supporting villain Black Manta stole the show during his scenes. It may not be a Dark Knight classic, but still an enjoyable thrill ride through across the ocean!

An absolute spectacle and visual treat like no other! Bumblebee was a surprise hit and and a charming heartfelt adventure. Though it's a "Transformers" movie, it feels and looks nothing like the Michael Bay films we've known in the past. Bumblebee fixes and just about erases what Michael Bay did to the Transformers franchise, and does it justice properly. The action scenes and CGI are still incredible, the characters are actually likable, and it's a movie that appeals and entertains both kids and adults. This is the Transformers movie we all deserved and got, and enjoyed very much!

An absolute incredible Spider-Man movie like no other seen before! Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is an absolute spectacle joy ride to watch. It's chalk full of gorgeous art and action, lovable and awesome characters, and a heartfelt and motivating story. All this blends together perfectly to bring us a superhero movie that's not too goofy, not too gritty, but just right for all ages and even the most die hard Spider-Man fans to enjoy. Every Spider-Man reference will have you smiling under your breath until the very post- credit scene!

An absolute wild, crazy, trippy, and over the top violent revenge story like no other! Mandy brings back Nicholas Cage in all his glory and madness! This movie feels like the proper Ghost Rider movie we all deserved, filled with intense crazy images, grisly and violent action, and yet it's all so psychedelically beautiful and amazing. An incredible achievement in film making, and one of Nicholas Cages most intriguing roles!

It may not have been as much fun and charming as the first one, but it still had incredible scenes and magical moments and creatures. Though it may have seemed a bit lack-luster compared to the first by not using magical creatures in inventive ways, the twists and plot hangers leaves you wanting to learn more about what's to come in the wizarding world.

An entertaining reboot for a modern generation that still has the same paranoia and terror of the original. Halloween has plenty of suspense, scares, and comedy to keep you heart beating and you on the edge of your seat. An amazing horror film for both the old and new generations to enjoy. Even older viewers will enjoy the little references and scene call backs to the first original!

Though not as bright and friendly like Spider-Man Venom still was an entertaining unique kind of film. Venom isn't quite supposed to be a comedic character but I guess that just adds a new unique personality to Venom's character. The symbiote effects are amazing and the fights scenes are intense and crazy. Even if its not connected to the MCU it was still a super fun ride to kick off a separate franchise and adventure.

A truly magical charming story for both old and young audience members. Christopher Robins bring back all the fun, charm, and nostalgia we've grown up remembering from the Disney classics and adds a modern day touch of life lessons and the importance of family and childhood. This movie is truly a wonderful adventure and story back through your childhood once again.

An enjoyable follow up sequel to the original filled with fun action, hilarious comedy, heart felt moments, and amazing tiny sized CGI. Ant-Man and The Wasp has likable characters you'll root for and laugh at until the end, an interesting but compassionate super villain, and a fun thrilled adventure better than the last. Yet another great addition to the MCU and great family superhero movie for everyone!

An absolute pulse pounding thrill ride in all it's bloody glorious violence! Dredd constantly delivers on the non-stop action packed scenes delivered in brutal graphic fight scenes. The hero and villain both compliment each other and the setting is just right for a high stakes shoot out like no other. It's not your conventional superhero movie, but that just makes it better. First time viewers can skip over the probably forgotten original, and get a better imagining in this one. The Law don't need no restriction limits!

An absolute thrill ride, and one helluv a good time laugh! Deadpool 2 is an awesome mind blowing sequel to the first and is equally as good as the first. The sequel keeps true to it's quirkiness and crude humor. The movie doesn't let up on it's graphic stylized violence, sexual puns, Easter eggs and reference galore, and straight up comic book fun! A must see and never miss sequel. Keeps you totally on the edge until the end with all it's mind blowing twists and turns!

The moment every MCU fan and nerd has been waiting for! And it did not fail to deliver! Infinity War delivers epic and amazing scenes one after another. All the heroes present shine and give it their all to take on the villains and save the world. And Thanos truly lives up to the title as one of the biggest and baddest villains the MCU has ever faced. The Russo brothers do an excellent job of balancing the right amount of comedy and action, and staying true to some heroes quirkiness and heroism. All the action and massive scale fights are awesome and breath taking. And an absolute spectacle and marvel that must be seen to be believed. You can't call yourself a Marvel fan if you don't see this film!

The Shape Of Water is a unique kind of film, it combines the elements of a fantasy heist film, with some musical moments, and an awkward fantasy romance at times. The story telling and characters are all interesting and Michael Shannon delivers and excellent, psychotic, compelling, and violent kind of bad guy. The visual effects and creature design are amazing and incredible, all part of Guillermo del Toro's unique vision. Another excellent addition to Guillermo del Toro's collection of fantasy masterpieces!

An absolute blast, thrill ride, and love letter to every fan and nerd out there. Even if you haven't read the book, the movie still delivers all the modern and past nerdom for all generations to enjoy. Steven Spielberg has brought the world a movie that both critics and audiences can finally agree on and enjoy. An absolute must see to please your inner kid-ult, nostalgia, and nerd!

A Quiet Place is like Tremors meets Signs for a modern generation. A unique take and spin on the horror survival trope, A Quiet Place does an excellent job of building up intense fear and peril at every moment. The movie is well driven by plot and characters and doesn't need to heavily rely on typical cliche jump scares. Though there is limited dialogue it's best to watch this movie with limited background noise to get a better immersible feeling.

Hacksaw Ridge is a truly epic, emotional, and unique take on a war story. Mel Gibson does a great job portraying the story of an unbelievable war hero who's accomplishments were meant to be told through film. Though the graphic violence and intense combat may not be for everyone to stomach, Hacksaw Ridge still provides a good balance of comedy, heart, action, and triumph! A must see inspirational story of courage and determination, this movie is a truly fantastic war flick.

An absolute spectacular marvel! (No pun intended!) Black Panther is a visually striking, action packed, well told unique superhero movie. It has likable characters, a sympathetic unique villain, and the right balance of humor and heart. Marvel keeps pumping out brilliant thrill rides and Black Panther is no exception. A must add addition to your Marvel Cinemtaic collection!

An epic story of bravery and courage that changed America forever, 12 Strong will probably go down as a cult-classic war film. The action is intense and awesome, the characters are interesting, and the story has a motivating and touching message of courage and heart. It's a story that must be witnessed after being hidden then revealed all these years.

A bit better or maybe even better than Batman V. Superman, but not quite a masterpiece. Justice League delivers awesome action and likable characters, but some of those characters could've used more screen time or moments to shine and stand out. A nice step away from the darker grittiness of Batman V. Superman and into the lighter humorous side of a new team of heroes. Justice league provides a good handful of Easter eggs and hype for future heroes and villains to come to the DCEU.

Probably the best Thor movie in the trilogy! Thor: Ragnarok is action packed, visually gorgeous, emotionally touching, and equally funny as Guardians Of The Galaxy. Every character is memorable and likable in a way. With a little bit of humor and fun, Thor: Ragnarok is unique and special. A blast for all the fans of the MCU and nice way to wrap up and conclude the Thor trilogy.

An absolute terrifying masterpiece of a horror movie for the modern generation! We finally have a proper horror movie reboot that's actually good and stays true to its source material. The movie takes advantage of its hard R rating adding in plenty of brutal, intense violence, terror, blood, and crude language and jokes. The movie also does a good job with balancing heart felt moments of friendship and childhood combined with truly scary heart pounding moments. Every moment and scene is powerful and intense, IT will leaving you shaking and shivering in your seats!

This movie is crudely funny poking fun at horror movie cliches and entertaining performances from the main character duo. A whimsical blend of both horror and comedy, this movie is great for any horror fan who wants something new and fresh and original.

A fresh and fun new take on Spider-Man and a fun, action, comedy film for everyone! This new take on Spider-Man has a fun cast of colorful characters and awesome villains. The effects and action sequences are jaw dropping and incredible, the CGI and costume design is amazing, and the comedy is superb. Another great superhero movie from Marvel Studios! So much hype for the sequels and Infinity War.

Not your typical horror movie, The Babadook is more of a psychological thriller, than a mindless gore fest. Over the years horror movies have become cliched and predictable, but this movie gives us something new and fresh. You don't need that many jump scares to make a good horror movie, just unsettling behavior, and an unnerving environment and situations. Once you see this movie, you'll never think of pop-up books the same way again!

Finally we have a great DC superhero movie since The Dark Knight! Zack Snyder has written a good story, but the movie's better when he's not directing. Wonder Woman is the movie that made us believe in DC movies again since the disappointments of Batman V. Superman and Suicide Squad. Wonder Woman has a perfect balance of action, adventure, comedy, incredible effects, and heart. The soundtrack is awesome, the cast is fun, and this movie a major milestone for the history of superhero movies in general.

Get Out is a mind-blowing interesting thrill ride. The movie doesn't really focus on the horror side but more psychological mind games. It has a gripping story filled with twists and moments that'll get you hooked, interesting characters, deep hidden morals and messages, and it all amounts up to a movie that'll become a cult-classic.

A wonderful and beautifully animated film! The Little Prince is a great story of friendship and fantasy, imagination and adventure. The film has a memorable and all-star voice cast, and wonderful eye candy animation. A classic interpretation of a classic children's book. A must see and enjoyable film for both adults and children alike!

Disney has made yet another modern Disney classic! A great movie filled with great characters and great voice cast, a well thought out story, and plenty of humor and emotion. One of 2016's must see films. And for all those Shakira and Breaking Bad fans, Zootopia was able to fit those Easter eggs into the plot!

An absolute game changing movie for superheroes! Deadpool packs in all the dirty stuff typical PG-13 superheroes can not. Well this ain't no PG-13 superhero movie! Deadpool has hilarious humor and jokes, awesome action, great fourth-wall breaks, and lovable characters. A great superhero movie NOT for everyone! That is, not for the kids and some parents, but people who can handle the foulness and violence. Can't wait for the sequel to see more crazier characters, possibly an X-Men crossover as well.
