Get Out is very creepy, very funny and as pitiless as a surgeon’s scalpel.

What makes Get Out more than just a slam-bang scarefest is that, in its own darkly satiric way, it is also a movie about racial paranoia that captures the zeitgeist in ways that many more “prestigious” movies don’t.

Extraordinarily detailed psychological work. You understand more seemingly normal lines have a larger meaning. The ideas that inspired this film are horrifying and Peele exploits that into a thriller that puts this idea into the light.

Get Out is unbelievably great. Perfect writing, symmetric cinematography, great framing. I've seen it in a reaction video since I watched it yesterday and I realized how perfect, foreshadowing the dialogues are. The characters are amazing, my favourite is Rod. He is the definition of a perfect friend, he's always there to help and that's what I love most about him, but he is also funny. The story is mind blowing. I could kind of figure out where it was going, but I'd have never guessed what actually was going on. The directing and the cinematography are perfect. The way they shot it is beautiful, especially the framing. I loved the opening scene how the camera followed the car, but the way they revealed certain things was also amazing to see. The editing and pacing are also exceptional, these movie is extremely intriguing and never boring. Get Out is a modern day masterpiece.

A jolt-a-minute horroshow laced with racial tension and stinging satirical wit.

The Film Stage
Writer-director Jordan Peele has smartly created a horror comedy that doesn’t feel like a series of sketches from his show: the whole thing is a single, coherent episode and individual scenes are masterfully and subtly crafted with tonal shifts that work well.

We Got This Covered
Get Out marries racial satire with a terrifying finale, one that tears down blinders that some may have kept conveniently in place. Don’t listen to those who say horror movies are defined by physical scares. Plots based on real-life fears typically make for the most horrifying scenarios.

Throughout Get Out, Jordan Peele incisively probes the connection between liberal racism and good old-fashioned white supremacy.

Time Out
A horror film with the power to put a rascally grin on the face of that great genre subverter John Carpenter (They Live), Get Out has more fun playing with half-buried racial tensions than with scaring us to death.

Nothing can ever really prepare you for what this movie has in store. This is probably the craziest movie I've seen yet and I think it was amazing. The mystery and societal themes expressed in this film made me hard. This was so good. It was a perfect mix of comedy and horror (Not that scary just a lot of tension built up that makes you squirm). I love this film and thought the ending was great and fitting. 10/10

not bad movie, but not good either. The story is really miss & match, visual is decent, and the voice is also decent

Everyone’s calling it a masterpiece — I was checking my watch.I get it, not everyone is going to connect with this film, and I know the core idea is **** the execution? Completely predictable from start to **** moment we meet the parents, it’s obvious who’s playing what role in the story, and from there… nothing surprises.

To quote Bill Burr: How many more of those 'White people are evil' movies are they going to make? Full of cliches, it becomes hard to watch quickly.
