Need for Speed Heat8
Apr 24, 2024
Heat doesn't really have to do much to fix Payback's mistakes, and with that, it's pretty solid game. The handling is very good, and you earn money pretty fast, so it takes no time to start purchasing a lot of cars. But its at night where things get very risky; you gain Rep to unlock parts to buy and customize this time and the Cops are no pushover. Honestly, the Cops are the worst thing about this game. They are downright brutal and it gets aggravating to the point where you'll get busted a number of times and the punishment of losing money and Rep is so severe, it kinda makes racing at night a chore to do and it's just not as fun. The Multiplayer, once again, puts you into a lobby with 15 other players who mostly likely won't join you in races as they're doing other things. Pretty disappointing. Other than that, it's the best NFS game we had in awhile.

Need for Speed Unbound10
Apr 24, 2024
While Unbound took some great ideas from Heat, the game tweaks those mechanics into a progression system that's a breath of fresh air for racing games in general. We finally have a dedicated PvP mode; something the franchise needed for many years. Its got a cool graffiti style, its got the best handling, the cars themselves, while reused from the previous games, are still great and we even have more new cars that haven't seen in a NFS game till now. This game is a masterpiece and is definitely the best NFS we had since...well Heat and Hot Pursuit Remastered!

Sonic Adventure 28
Dec 20, 2023
A very great step up from the first Adventure game that keeps the focus on 3 gameplay styles for each characters on their side of the story. While the Mech and Treasure Hunting gameplay won't satisfy fans, they're short enough to jump right back into the traditional 3D Sonic gameplay. Each type of gameplay controls okay and the music is a joy to listen. The story can get pretty confusing but it is enjoying to play through. I recommend giving this one a go!

Sonic Rush10

An excellent game that took a huge leap and becomes the best of the 2D formula. The gameplay is fast, frantic, oozing style with the level design, the music, the gameplay that introduces the Boost mechanic that makes Sonic blast faster, knocking enemies out of the way. Having that control of speed makes Sonic, and the new character Blaze, fantastic and fun to play! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this game as it is my favorite Sonic game and in my opinion, the best Sonic game of all time!

Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II7
Dec 20, 2023
This game took a step forward from Sonic 4: Episode 1 in terms of originality. The newer Zones look amazing and the inclusion of Tails, along with the Tag Action feature, makes this game a lot more enjoyable to blast your way through each Act. The only issue is that the game needs more Zones, but I guess it isn't too bad since Sonic 4 is an episodic game. The duoligy is pretty good.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 16
Dec 19, 2023
It's fun but feels too similar to the first Sonic game with an added Homing Attack. The zones, while looking too similar to the first game, are still pretty good and Sonic himself controls just fine. The music can get pretty repetitive, but I do enjoy most of the soundtrack as it gives off a classic 16-Bit-like vibe. Overall, you'll have a better experience playing the very first Sonic game instead. Nostalgia isn't enough to make this one better.

Sonic Superstars7
Dec 19, 2023
A trip back to the classic style gameplay of Sonic with new Zones and a cast of characters to play! The gameplay is pretty good and the levels themselves are well crafted; all together with a fantastic soundtrack that I spent hours listening to! Emerald Powers are new and interesting, but completely forgettable compared to the Wisps in previous entries. The biggest downside are the bosses near the end of the game. They take too many hits to defeat and there's are no Checkpoints in-between each of their forms. It is still a very solid game and worth playing. Just be aware that the frustrations will come later down the road.

Sonic Forces7
Dec 19, 2023
A short but fun adventure that brings back the Sonic Generations style gameplay of Modern and Classic Sonic, with a new alternative gameplay of Modern Sonic as your own Sonic character! The Avatar Creator isn't robust, but it is enough to create your own characters and they participate well into a goofy, but enjoyable story, which isn't bad, but it fails to take itself seriously. The music is great, all three characters play well, and the stages themselves are fun to play. Definitely recommend the game even though it is pretty short. If there were a little more levels, I would rate the game higher.

Family Feud Decades6
Oct 23, 2023
This game had the potential to be great but it left with a huge miss that was also the issue with the 2010 Edition: not having featuring a host. I know it would cost more money to have a model and clips of voices from the current host around that time, John O'Hurley, but at least have different voice actors with models the loosely represent the Eras of each set to give the game some charm and variety. It's less soulless than the last game, but it is still soulless.

Family Feud (2006)4
Oct 23, 2023
The second worst version of Family Feud. Not only was the Face Off questions weren't scrolling texts to prevent anyone from spamming Cross to hit the Buzzer, but the amount of time you have to input to answer the question as well as the awful time limit on for Fast Money, doesn't matter of the game stops the timer for a bit after each letter or number you click on, just isn't enough for someone to think of an answer; it only makes the players feel too nervous and can't focus on thinking of an answer. Doesn't help that the music playing in the background plays throughout the whole game and it can get annoying super fast.

Family Feud: 2012 Edition8
Oct 23, 2023
The best version of Family Feud since the 16-bit version. While the game may feel dated with some of the questions asked about events around the late 2000s and that there are pauses in-between animations that slows the pace of the game down a bit, it is still a joy to play the definitive way with family and friends.
