This is a horror masterpiece! The atmosphere (music, artstyle) and the story are admirable. The game mechanics are a bit clunky.

I've already played the 3 previous Supergiant Games before starting Hades, so my expectations were already high. The music, the artstyle and the voice acting are great. I really liked the game mechanics and the rogue-like genre. This game can be very addictive and can be played for 100+ hours. The story was okay, but I liked the stories of the other SG games more.

This is the only Witcher game I've ever tried. Nevertheless, I'm greatly impressed by the story and the characters. I think the 2nd DLC was good, the 1st was better and the original release was the best. However, the graphics and the atmosphere were great in all games. I'm not a big fan of some of the game mechanics (looting, alchemy, ...), but still one of the best game of the action RPG genre.

A surprisingly addictive bullet hell game where you are the source of bullets. It is really enjoyable to try out different strategies and to get more and more content as you progress in the game.

**** Valley is a peaceful, feel-good video game. Building your own farm and foraging around the map can be quite satisfying. The story and NPCs are okay. The amount of action and battle is a bit underwhelming. You can play it with friends which is great.

Good (but a little short) story and lovely story telling. Clear mechanics, easy to control. Weapons are not very versatile. Arcade mode and duel challenge are fun too. Watch the "Call of Juarez Gunslinger Launch Trailer", it's the most honest and descriptive trailer I've ever seen.

When I first played Morrowind I was much more receptive to games than nowadays. So I just fell in love with it and had the greatest gaming experience in my entire life. So much freedom and creativity, brilliant music and artstyle, The story is captivating and deep. As i didn't have internet back then I had to learn all the game mechanics by trial and error method which was fun. However, as other ES games were released I realized that there are some flaws in the game: too many bugs, easily exploitable game mechanics, too much luck based game mechanics. And I hate cliff racers. Still this is probably one of the best games ever made.

The futuristic city "Cloudbank" looks amazing, thanks to the artstyle. The music and sound effects create an even more immersing atmosphere. The story is a little vague in the beginning. But don't worry, it will make more sense as you proceed. The ending is great. I recommend reading about the whole story after you've completed the game at least once. You have to learn the combat mechanics and strategies and you are forced to adapt to different challenges. There is a way to adjust difficulty. Overall this game was a short but still fantastic experience.

Great atmosphere and story. I like the expansion: Shivering Isles. The battle system is improved compared to Morrowind. Lot of game mechanics are simplified. However, the character artstyle is weird and the leveling system is simply worse. Some NPCs are hilarious and provided great meme material.

A truly disturbing dark horror. The story unfolds really slowly (and probably the game is too long) but it is deep and great. Walter Sullivan is one of the best antagonists of all video games. The environment and monsters are really scary. The control and some game mechanics are uncomfortable or annoying but it is part of the plan: make the player feel miserable. The music is great as in all SH games, thanks to Akira Yamaoka.

I haven't played too many visual novels, but Pyre is an excellent one. A lot of well written characters and a good story. The artstyle and music are great just as it can be expected in Supergiant Games. The ball-game is a good concept, but could have been more polished. It was still an excellent experience to learn game mechanics find out different strategies. In this game you have to make hard decisions, accept consequences and proceed after losses.

The retro vibes of this 2D adventure/RPG is really good especially the music. The characters are funny, sometimes a little too goofy for me. The bullet-hell-shooter type combat system is decent, the puzzles are okayish, wandering around the world is sometimes a little dull. The greatest things in this game are the unpredictable story and that choices matter. Just play it through and you'll probably want to replay it asap to try to play with a different "attitude". This different attitude results in a whole different game experience...

As a low-skill player this class based FPS game is perfect for me. Some classes don't require aim or good reflexes, thus picking them I can still be a useful member of our team. Valve and the community has been creating a lot of funny TF2-content for years. It is recommended to check them out. The downside of the game is that it feels abandoned by the developer.

Dota 2 has a very rich and long history, a very steep learning curve and a huge and creative community. Dota 2 is an E-sport, so you don't even have to play it to enjoy it. Dota 2 is a team game, thus playing with friends is advised. It consumes a lot of time if your aim is to get to the top of the ranking system. Be aware that too much of Dota can be harmful for your health.
