David Robert Mitchell finish an almost perfect movie, this mystery neo-noir follows the deeper parts of a broken society and makes the spectator empathize with the protagonist and his goal. Excentric and raw as funny and intriguing. 85 / 100

The Favorite is a difficult movie to classify, but the easiest thing would be to say that it is a "tragi-comedy", a story in which bad things happen, horrible things, sad things, but all that is no reason not to laugh. And Yorgos Lanthimos does not miss the opportunity to take a laugh, while showing us how a Queen in poor health loses connection with her lifelong confidant, and has a fight with her own feelings when a servant infiltrates her relationship to make some "changes". Olivia Colman, Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz give us a triangle of "confidence" and three performances to remember. 88.2 / 100 (8)

The first half is a lot of moments united only to reach the second half, which has more coherence when it comes to telling the story. The end is intense and exciting, it has you on the edge of the seat at all times. 7.7 / 10

If I had to define it in one word it would be: CRAZY. The special effects are not exactly perfect, but they're fine. What bothers, is that the director puts in the background interesting characters and great performances as Tessa Thompson to focus all attention on Natalie Portman. 7.2 / 10

Realism is something that is always appreciated, especially auditory realism; in this case every chase, every shot felt real because of the sound. Although the script is a bit behind, I have to clarify that the sound is spectacular. 6.9 / 10

It's exciting, like a Marvel movie should be; and it does not overexploit the humor without grace of its predecessor. A good adaptation, but tremendously overrated, is not a masterpiece. 7.5 / 10

Another action movie by Liam Neeson, exciting and intriguing like others; but without leaving a cliché that has maintained since the trilogy of Taken (2007, 2012, 2015) and Non-Stop (2014). The action unfolds very well, and the mystery can be felt. But finally it ends up being another action blockbuster. 6.1 / 10
