Strange New Worlds Season 2 feels fresh and exciting, while also honoring every other Star Trek series that has come before it, in ways that will delight fans both new and old.

If fans are looking for somewhere to dive into Star Trek without having to watch endless seasons or movies, then Strange New Worlds is the perfect jump-off point, offering a gateway to the wider Star Trek universe - with the second season more than matching the high bar set by the exemplary first season.

This is nothing but a clever, funny, thrilling series with tremendous visual flair and characters you will love.

All of the classic “Trek” series that came before took until their third season to truly “get good.” So did “Picard.” Let’s then celebrate this show that set out to reach the stars and somehow got there faster than even the legendary series that paved the way for it.

"Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" season 3 is hopeful and funny and exciting and silly and thoughtful and scary and strange and lovely ... and I can't wait to watch more of it.

Smart, addictive and flat out fun, Strange New Worlds is the best Star Trek series since The Next Generation and acts as a faithful love letter to the original. Old fan or new, this is a trek you’ll certainly want to take.

No longer just a spinoff, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds goes boldly into its second season with terrific crew chemistry, more far-flung adventures on tap, and even more depth added to characters who already feel like classics.

By now, Strange New Worlds knows what kind of show it wants to be, and the first five episodes of season 3 (which were provided for review) have something for everyone to love.

All things considered, Strange New Worlds continues to give us the best of what Starfleet has to offer.

Familiar yet unique, “Worlds” is the “Star Trek” series that all others should strive to be. It certainly captures the spirit of “Trek” creator Gene Roddenberry far better than “Discovery” has.
