I have worked in the fashion and Art industry for 40 years, and tho I am now retired, I can honestly say that this movie, and the people in it are very familiar and fun. I have so many friends like these people, watching this series is like coming home. I LOVED it. It is wild and exciting. It portrays the life well, and the story is interesting and fun. I couldn’t get enough of it. I feel for the emotions and the people. I cannot wait for the next season.

The show is fun and light hearted. Not trying to be anything it's not, it's simply a fun summer show for anyone who likes Ugly Betty, The Bold Type and The Devil Wears Prada. It's definitely not serious nor does it take itself too seriously. A perfect blend of sincere moments, pop culture references and some high camp sprinkled in.

Glamorous is superficially similar [to "Ugly Betty"], and there are some likeable supporting characters. But the star of Ugly Betty was adorable. Marco is anything but.

Glamorous, which talks a big game about bravery and ambition but defaults to safe and predictable choices at nearly every turn. In the end, its shallowness dooms Glamorous to forgo the one thing Marco spends the season looking for: an authentic sense of self.

Fun, happy, mindless and Kim Cattrall is marvelous and looks great. Old school show with stock characters and it works.
