Cold Pursuit

Cold Pursuit is stark and refreshing, like taking an icy swim with the Polar Bear Club. A jolt. The movie makes you want him to stay around for a while longer.

By pumping up the darkly comedic undertones, augmenting the frigid chill of the original, Moland’s terrific, riveting noir-tinged picture distinguishes itself from other rote, reductive remakes.

Dig a little deeper, however, and you’ll find … another Liam-Neeson-gets-revenge action thriller. But one with quite a few laughs thrown in amidst the unlikely ugly heroics.

An action thriller in which the Irish actor plays Nels Coxman, a snowplow operator at a Colorado ski resort with the death-dealing skills of a special-ops commando. This time, the absurdity is intentional.

To be fair, Cold Pursuit is rarely boring. You’re never particularly invested, but its shrill unpredictability is like a circus performance. It’s impressive the sheer amount of calories being burned despite the lack of believable characters or compelling situations.

A wholly forgettable movie, most likely to be remembered, lamentably, for its contributing role in Neeson landing in hot water.

The stupidity lacks smarts in the script department, and the joke, such as it is, wears thin, then turns sour.

Definitely a funny movie ! Not only action but also black humour , good acting (especially Liam Neeson) . The humor here is cool, and the shootings are cool ! Who hasn't watched it.

A classic Liam Neeson movie with revenge as main topic. Starts strong but has a so-so middle part and ends with much action.

Better watch the original as simple as that Thank GOD my eyes catches someone's comment in somewhere about this movie and its better to see the original one so I did and glad that I didn't see this one first this remake is a crap and no reason to do an exact copy paste of the original one some director in both movies but the acting in the original way better also there was some details this one haven't mentioned don't know why if you see this first you'll see there is something missing go watch the original one to complete the puzzle ! This is just a waste I thing it like more of marketing and making some more money

3/10 is most likely to be too much for this crap. Waste of time, of money, of Leam Neeson's acting and prestige. Movies like Star is Born, Bohemian Rhapsody and Green Book should be available for viewing in the cinema and at this moment the visitor must choose the least inept film.
