Cats and Dogs is just your average talking-animals movie. This movie is made up of horrible fake-looking GCI, lackluster dialogue, pointless gags, and no real charm. It seems as if no effort was placed into this film. This movie is laughably bad, and should be avoided.

The people who say this movie is "incredible" IS LYING TO THEIR SELF. This movie is like that terrible show Dog With A Blog but a bit worse. THIS MOVIE ****!
