An hour and a half of giddy, ridiculous fun.

Only a sourpuss could fail to be amused by this movie's sight gags and action sequences or to be charmed by its lighthearted good humor.

Cats & Dogs is a charming family film that cleverly explores the age-old rivalry between our furry friends. With a mix of live-action and CGI, the movie brings to life a secret war between cats and dogs, revealing their high-tech gadgets and spy tactics. While the plot may be predictable at times, the witty humor and endearing characters make it an enjoyable watch for both kids and adults alike. With its playful take on the dynamics between pets, "Cats & Dogs" delivers a fun and entertaining experience that will leave you smiling

Loved this silly movie as a kid. Cats turning into villains and TAKING OVER THE WORLD, and only special dog agents can stop them. This is a kids movie through and through, and mature audiences (and cat lovers) probably won't enjoy it. Objectively it's probably terrible and it's been decades since I've watched it but I won't apologize for liking it.

This special-effects animal-action comedy is for heavily identified pet owners.

Inoffensive fun that kids will love and adults will likely love too, it's a middle of the road affair, but a far cry from roadkill.

It is never less than interesting. But who wants interesting from a movie called Cats & Dogs? It needs to grab the audience by the scruff of the neck and shake it.

The premise is tragically flawed and politically incorrect. In fact, it is blatantly cat-ist.

movie of my childhood. rest assured you will enjoy watching it. it is funny rave, that does not pretend to be a high art. but if you haven't seen it 10 years ago, do not watch it, because you won't understand this trash and won't enjoy it.

The stagnant machinery of a domestic turf war: A 3.0-star vivid but mechanical drift through CGI chaos.2011(3.0)I watched "Cats & Dogs" in 2011, and it remains a functional 3.0-star record in my archive—a vivid display of how high-concept premise can sometimes feel stagnant in its execution. This experience **** the fourth wall of the family adventure genre by infusing the raw rivalry between species with a high-tension technological gimmick that felt 100% mechanical. While the production attempted a sensational parody of spy thrillers, the narrative rhythm felt too stagnant, dragging through a pathetic cycle of predictable pet jokes and early-2000s visual effects that lacked the chewy intellectual depth of my top-tier records. Seeing the vivid but pathetic ambition of Mr. Tinkles provided a rhythmic sense of irony, but the emotional payoff felt too stagnant, leaving me in a state of silent frustration at the formulaic plot beats. The 95% preservation of my memory is dominated by the rhythmic, raw novelty of animals using gadgets and the vivid but stagnant execution of the final confrontation, creating a journey that felt more like a pathetic diversion than a permanent, sensational scar on my soul. Unlike the vivid soul of "Johnny English" or the raw wit of "MouseHunt," this encounter possessed a rhythm that was far too stagnant to reach a higher level of cinematic appreciation. It stands in my 2011 record as a vivid exercise in creature-feature comedy—a 3.0-star artifact of rhythmic mediocrity that remained too stagnant to achieve a sensational impact on my psychological archive.

Cats and Dogs is just your average talking-animals movie. This movie is made up of horrible fake-looking GCI, lackluster dialogue, pointless gags, and no real charm. It seems as if no effort was placed into this film. This movie is laughably bad, and should be avoided.

The people who say this movie is "incredible" IS LYING TO THEIR SELF. This movie is like that terrible show Dog With A Blog but a bit worse. THIS MOVIE ****!
