Turnip Boy Robs a Bank is a very good thing. Adorable, silly, and quite funny indeed, this roguelite might be a big genre shift from its predecessor but it’s just as lovable. It hurries itself along a bit too much, but the fast pace of gameplay and swift progress at least ensures it never gets dull.

Turnip Boy proves he's no one-hit wonder, taking a slightly different direction to his debut yet still hitting all the right notes. Fun to play and enjoyable to master, it’s a creative action-shooter that shouldn’t be missed.

This game is really enjoyable if you played the first one and I still would recommend it to anyone who did not play the first one. This game has really interesting story to it even though a lot of it is centered around the events at the end of the first game.

Le jeu est rapide et fun et les boss montrent la progression du joueur, par exemple, j'ai galéré sur le 1er boss, mais plus ****, je lui roule dessus, car on peut refaire les boss à n'importe quel moment ce qui est un plus. Les petites quêtes réparties sur la carte ont toute du charme et permettent d'en apprendre plus sur le monde qui nous entoure. Petit bémol cependant, les paramètres se reset quand on ferme le jeu et c'est chiant.

Turnip Boy Robs A Bank understood what it wanted to be, an extension of the Turnip Boy world with refreshing new roguelite elements to spice up the combat. Everything from the bank setting, to the soundtrack, to the characters both new and old, hold up to the excellence that was the first game. However, some points have to be shaved off for the game’s ending, which feels drawn out and tedious.

An incredible game that improves in many things from the first game. The game is MUCH longer but it still isn't super long. There is lots of replayability with the different playstyles. It even carries jokes and characters from the first game. If you enjoyed the first game then you MUST give this one a try.

At first I missed the pace and feel of the first game, but this goofy little rogue-like is pretty fun in its own right. I feel the humor also misses a bit compared to the first game. After learning the layout of the map the game becomes more fun as it can be a little confusing your first few times through. I ended up enjoying it more as the game went on, but I still think the first game is a better experience.

I just finished Turnip Boy Robs a Bank. It was a silly little twin stick shooter, a completely different genre than the first game. But ya was fun. Only took around 5 hours to finish.

Gioco divertente e con una lunghezza breve ma appropriata. Il vero punto debole del titolo è rappresentato dai boss che sono troppo semplici da affrontare anche al primo tentativo.
Tantissime side quest, forse pure troppe visto sia il modo in cui vengono proposte che la tipologia.
Non ho apprezzato neanche l'estrema disparità fra i bottini che possiamo ricavare da un'area all'altra, capisco il progresso e che avanzando nel gioco si possa guadagnare di più ma le differenze sono veramente incredibili.
