Fans will feel right at home. The Walking Dead Saint and Sinners: Chapter 2:Retribution takes the successful formula and enriches the gameplay with neat additions like night missions and new weapons. Hoewever the shift towards a more action-oriented gameplay and the bad story might be enough to break the deal for you.

É um jogo excelente, não reinventa a roda em comparação ao primeiro jogo, mas é bem sólido em suas mecânicas, com muitas armas novas e mais ação que o primeiro, além da possibilidade de explorar as áreas durante a noite, o que dá um ritmo bem diferente de gameplay. Contudo, a história não é tão boa quanto o primeiro, e eu tive mais bugs na minha experiência, além de que eles inflam artificialmente algumas partes do jogo, te obrigando a apenas procurar recursos sem uma missão real, fora que eles retiraram as missões secundárias que um NPC poderia te dar durante a exploração, e que você só teria o período do dia para concluir. No geral, eu ainda me divertir muito, e o jogo é bastante imersivo em VR, de modo que eu fiquei tenso em vários momentos. Eu pensei em dar um 8, mas a motosserra, as soqueiras, o Lança granadas e a Lucille me fizeram aumentar a nota pra um 9, realmente divertido

Immersion, great comfort and atmosphere to spare: The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2 offers very little new compared to the previous chapter, also due to a less interesting adventure, but the survival mechanics still work well and the result is a pleasure to play, especially on PS VR2.

If for whatever reason you skipped out on the initial Meta Quest 2 release of The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2: Retribution, then the PS VR2 version is definitely the way to go. While Chapter 2 doesn’t reinvent the wheel or present a full-fledged sequel, Skydance Interactive has still provided enough polish and content to the experience to warrant a revisit to post-apocalyptic New Orleans.

This is a great VR experience. You should really give this game a chance on PSVR 2 as there aren't many great games for it which is disapointing.

While The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution doesn’t squash all the bugs that festered within the Meta Quest 2 release last year, it’s a significant improvement that fans of the series should check out; just don’t go in expecting a full-on sequel. With its fantastic, physics-based brawls that make excellent use of the PSVR2’s Sense controllers, sending the undead back to the grave has never felt better. If you’re a fan of the series or survival horror games (with an emphasis on survival) in general, this one’s worth adding to your PSVR2 library.

If you enjoyed the first part and you just want more, you’ll find it here. Other than that, Chapter 2: Retribution is an enjoyable adventure, but not the ‘must-have’ for VR that it was the original.

The Walking Dead Saints and Sinners 2 is not a bad game, but a bad sequel. It's certainly entertaining and successful in many ways, but it's no different from the first game. Yes, it's a sequel directly related to the first episode, but still. The new features can be counted on the fingers of one hand and are not sufficiently marked to really add value. Except maybe the night sorties, which are fun, a bit creepy and devilishly stressful. A very honest and fun PSVR 2 game, but not essential.

It isn't clear where to go which always lead me to having to use a guide which is an immersion breaker. Could the guns last a tiny bit longer? Outdated mechanics as its essentially the first game with a slightly expanded map, so if you haven't played the first one it would be much more enjoyable still with its gripes. If you have played the first one there isn't really any progress to go along with a pretty shallow story. Overall, it still isn't not, not solid.
