This is a 3D platforming adventure game that is packed with love and care for the genre. From the superb aussie-accented voice acting of individual characters (even ones you meet just once), to each and every Michael being a unique style, this game is reminiscent of the early 2000s platform gaming but with the 2026 modern comforts. I didn't think i'd be a fan of the absorb aspect of the game mechanics, but i was wrong. Very well done mechanic with the ability to hotswap between standard and absorbed ability Teetos. The game is charming and has minimal graphic issues/stutters playing on both PS5 Pro and PS5 "amateur". Bought the game on Switch 2 for my kid when his interest in the fun game i was playing on my Portal was piqued. Even at "full price", this game is priced well. Definitely a pick up if on sale and you're still on the fence for whatever reason. If you dig Banjo Kazooie, Mario, Lucky's Tale, Psychonauts, or Yooka-Laylee this is a must play.
