The extensive Pokedex and library reference guide are almost worth the price of admission alone. Add to that, the capability of the Transfer Pak to access Pokemon from the Game Boy versions and things really begin looking up.

The best new feature is the school... There's no more need for those huge strategy books--this mode covers everything and reinforces it in a way no book could.

The Pokemon Academy section of the game was brilliant, and the mini-games are a lot more fun. What it boils down to is this: Did you play through Gold or Silver? Did you enjoy battling? If so, you will love this game. If you did not, pass.

in my most honest opinion, was better than the gbc and gba mainline pokemon games. The best version of pokemon stadium, too bad we never got a true sequel.

this Pokémon Stadium 2 had definitely a lot of potential like say the stadiums were good the Pokemon would brilliant and skill-based as well and literally they couldn't have been programmed any bear and also these CPUs definitely put you to the test to see if you can make it to the very tough tip top of the game when you did all that you know you got good reward when you dig into the games biggest challenges good luck trainers

A solid game but not as good as Stadium 1 unfortunately, this game is still a good game though overall to be honest though lol.

One of the most rounded and comprehensive packages you're ever likely to see, something that makes it worthy of recommendation to all discerning Pokefans out there.

It looks pretty, and is an impressive game -- but is ONLY for Pokemon fiends.

If you do have a Transfer Pak, want to get more out of Gold or Silver, and enjoy a lot of battling, then Stadium 2 is a complete package and is definitely worth picking up.

Granted, I fell asleep playing it.

If you swear by Pokemon, have attached a surname of Wuggly to your name, or are one of the many who want me dead for calling these creatures "silly," then you'll probably like it.

Pokemon Stadium 2 is one of the best Stadium games of all time. I did finished this game a year ago and it's so damn good. Sure the rental Pokemon are awful but using your own team from Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal will be a lot better. I had to use my own team from Crystal. Overall, this game still holds up and I want all of you to play it someday!

I've always loved this kind of game, and when I saw my son playing it, I understood how good it is.

This is a pretty fun game except it has one fatal flaw. If you do not own the game boy reader thingy for the N64 controller, it is a barebones, boring, mundane experience. Kind of a middle of the road basic Pokémon game that should not be $70.
SummaryHundreds of Pokémon in Three-mendous 3-D! What's sweeter than victory in a Pokémon battle! Victory in a 3-D arena on the N64™! Set your strategy and stand back while your Pokémon battle it out. You can even set the Pokémon you've trained--fully rendered in 3-D and ready for battle!
